I am an RN and need comfortable shoes, but I'm totally over clogs, track shoes and other typical options. I have been wearing Crocs flats for the past 2 years and swear by them! I also get a lot of compliments!

I normally wear a size 7½ and I own these in a 6. I love the shape of the bottom part of the shoe. I am not a huge fan of the Mary Jane strap because I am 35 years old, but I bought another similar style (the Marnie a few years back) and I couldn't keep the strapless style on my foot. I kept walking out of the strapless style even after trying to shrink them down in the dryer and using a hairdryer. So the strap is pretty essential for me to keep them on, but I do not mind it so much. I have owned this pair for nearly two years and they are my go-to commuter school. This is a great price for waterproof, fairly stylish, super comfortable shoes. Great style, Crocs. Do not stop making Alice Work! I am really glad that I had a chance to try them on before buying. I would never have believed to buy nearly two sizes smaller than my normal size.

Cute, comfortable shoes. No rubbing or discomfort at all. Size runs big and wide. Usually I am a size 10, but I'm going to exchange for 9.

These are very comfortable for waking or standing. These are relaxed fit which is very comfortable with socks.

Love these shoes, this is the second pair for me (after the dog ate the 1st pair). They are rubbery texture, but no problems w/ rubbing or irritation for me. Very comfortable. Great casual office/house shoe.

I purchased this shoe to give me extra traction while using crutches. They were perfect and complimented my business clothes very well. I was so impressed with the comfort and style I'm searching for another pair.

I love these shoes! Super comfortable and even cuter than the pictures showed. I have Crocs of all kinds, including the "ugly" ones. Forget everything you think about Crocs and try these!

This is my second pair of Alic Work shoes by Croc. I had the first pair for several years, and wore them all the time. These shoes have all the comfort of the classic Croc clog/sandal, with the advantage that the Alice Work is dressier, so it can go places the others can't. These shoes are cute, comfortable, waterproof, and easy to get on and off your feet quickly.

I thought these would make cute and lightweight shoes for taking on vacation., but when I wore them all day to break them in my feet got so tired that I thought I wanted to take something with more arch support. Nothing else I can find is even close to as comfortable as these, though, so I guess they're going after all.

I've worn these shoes every day to work for almost two years. They have held up wonderfully and are so comfortable!

I was a bit skeptic before I ordered shoe but with the assistance of the online customer service I was very happy when my shoes arrived. I work at a hotel and this shoes and slip resistant. Excellent for hoteliers who work in the kitchen or slippery areas. It plastic so water if ever just remove in ur feet and tip shoe to throw water. Very good shoe great quality. Long lasting

I love this shoe. I stand all day and this shoe is very comfortable. They do run large I wear a 6 and ordered a 5 and they fit great.

I got these shoes to wear around the hospital and on days I have to walk a lot between buildings. They are great! No blisters and I like the mary-jane look. I am also really glad they can get wet, perfect for rainy days and if they get dirty I just rinse them out. If you have sweaty feet you may not like these because they might feel too slick on the inside. They do squeak a little when I walk, but it doesn't bother me.

I bought these shoes to work in at a restaurant and I love them! They're supportive and practical but they aren't so huge and clunky like a lot of work shoes. At first they gave me blisters but they went away once my feet got used to them. I normally wear a 7.5 and I got a 7 and they fit me very well!

I ordered these shoes in my true size 7, based on the reviews. When I got them I was super excited, unfortunately I wish I would have gone a with a 6.5. They are comfortable, they fit me with socks on, but sadly not without them. I could have returned but I took the tags off.

They are perfect! I bought a pair for my month-long trip to Africa and they were worth every penny! There are grippers inside so that when your feet sweat you don't split around in the shoe and they have the added bonus of exfoliating your feet! The size also fit perfectly. I also have pressure points when I walk and the added padding from the rubber gave me perfect support for the long walks and treks. And best of all all you have to do is rinse them again and again and they are like new! I highly recommend this shoe!

I really like these shoes, I did buy a size smaller and they fit perfectly. You definitely need to wear ballet socks with them and they are about an 8 out of 10 for non slip.

I had to order the next size down because they actually fit more like a size 9 than an 8. For reference my size is usually a 7.5 and in career/work shoes I usually buy an 8 to accommodate socks and thick socks for winter. Anyways my mother is about an 8.5 and she tried them on (they still were a bit large) and loved them! So instead of sending them back for my right size I gave them to her and just bought a 7 for myself. Cross my fingers! Cutest shoes I've come across that are suitable for the professional culinarian!

These things are a life saver! They are perfect for a summer rainy weather. They look nice with a business casual attire, are very comfortable, and not slippery.
