I just bought my second pair. Crocs Alice Work are the greatest thing to slip on when conditions are damp. They have saved countless other pairs of shoes from getting ruined. And the open design is not too hot on my feet.

Very comfortable and very cute for a Croc (you can really only tell its a croc close-up of the material and the button on the side). I normally wear a size 8 or 8.5. Very rarely a 7.5. I ordered a few croc flats in size 8. This was too big (though the Taylor Sling-back fit). I thought I needed a half size down (which croc doesn't have) and thought a 7 would be way too small, but I was glad I tried it (Thanks to Zappos free shipping and returns!) and it fits like a glove. Comfortable to walk in -- no rubbing on the heel. Very grippy soles and surprising support (though I mostly sit at work all day). Obviously it's a casual shoe, but very nice for casual skirts and capris.

Love them - use them at work all the time. They look like little doll shoes and I like that. Only downfall is feet to get pretty sweaty in them so once in a while I kick them off to feel better.

These are terrific shoes! My one suggestion is to by a size bigger and a size smaller than what you normally where. Then return the size that does fit. I wear an 8 1/2 in flats so I bought an 8 and a 9. With my socks and extra insoles (im on my feet for 9+ hours) the size 9 was the better size for me.
