Back in the mid '90s in Coronado, CA, I purchased a Kango hat for my husband. Since then he is hooked. He absolutely loves these hats because they are lightweight and airy. He has become known for his hats wherever we have lived in the past 20 years.

I order all my footwear and hats from Zappos and have a winter Kangol I ordered last fall. This is my summer hat. It fits perfectly although measuring head size must be done carefully.

Classic flat cap: with its ventilation and light fabric, this style is especially great for summer. Fits true to size. Only downside is that this iconic British brand is no longer made in the UK (guess where).

I'm very very satisfied with this hat. Style and fit is great. Ventilates well for warm weather.

I have longer hair so I sized up from what the tape measure told me. Hat ran a little bigger than I had hoped but one wash shrunk it to fit nicely.

My husband loves this hat! It is lightweight, stylish and ventilated to allow air circulation to the head, which makes it a good hat in warmer weather. It looks sharp with dress or casual. Size runs true and also has an elastic band around the rim for good fit. It comes in many colors. Zappos delivered to my front door in two days! I an very happy! Thank you!

I decide to switch from ball caps to mostly flat caps, about two years ago. I bought a couple of Hooligan and Driver styles. I really like the look, but, even the ones that are 100% cotton (for cooler weather), are still a bit too warm for mid Texas. My search led me to the Kangol caps. This is the perfect one for warm weather. Put it up to the light and look though it and it looks like a mesh. The edges, when you look closely, look almost knitted. In your hands it’s flexible and flat; like a pancake. Put it on and it becomes solid and stylish. It has a nylon band that’s elastic. Don’t worry, it doesn’t leave a mark on your forehead; it just holds in the wind, and you don’t even feel it. I bought a charcoal color one to go with my summer wear. I was worried that the white one may stain or dirty too easily. I intend to buy a black one’ for mild Texas days. I see many men, teens to seniors, checking flat caps out, then shy away. They want, so badly, to try them on, but theirs afraid to try something different. They shouldn’t; you can see the approval on people’s faces and many treat you with more respect. It adds style and confidence to your look. Of course Texans should look on line for stores like Zappos because the pickings are slim in local stores. By the way, girls look great in them also.

This is an awesome hat especially for those tired of ball caps. Backward or forward, this is fantastic attire.

This is a phenomenal driving cap. It's comfortable, allows air to flow through, and my head stays cool. On a five-star scale, I'd rate it at a six. The same goes for Zappos service. I'm beyond delighted with both the driving cap and Zappos.

This is a great spring and summer cap. It looks great on my husband, and we both like the rich brown color.

Very comfortable and stylish hat. This is a roomier hat than the 507. The sweat band is elastic so it stays snugly on the head without being too tight. The open "Ventair" weave keeps your head from getting too hot.

My husband once borrowed a Kangol hat from a friend and has been hooked since. The Kangol hats received from Zappos are top quality, well made hats. My husband receives compliments on a regular basis about these hats and we would highly recommend them. Zappos has been great to deal with. I never wore hats in my life time until I tried on the Kangol Tropic 504. Now I'm sold, especially on this one. With a rather large head, no baseball cap looked good, so because the sizes offered on this one were mine, I decided to try it and couldn't be happier. The hat is lightweight, and very breathable in the warm weather,even though it is black. I am a believer now and will purchase more. Only because of Zappos #1 service and supply. Being that I have a large head and sizing has always been an issue with me on buying hats. I take a 7 3/4" hat. I ordered the XXL and it is a perfect fit. I mean perfect! Unfortunately the XXL are hard to find... I will have to grab them up as they become available. This hat is also very comfortable, and breathes well as we just got back from the OutBanks, NC and I wore my natural one and was cool as a cucumber. Recommend this hat to all of you that have the "Big Helmets"!

I have a couple of the wool 504s for the winter and decided to try this one with the weather getting warmer. It has exactly the same fit and style that I loved with the wool hats in a very light and breathable fabric. I've worn it for a few rounds of golf and it works great.

These Kangol caps are unlike others sold elsewhere. Authentic. They are fuller shape and contour simply - real traditional Kangol mystique. Not a duplicate.

A very nice hat/color. It's great in the summer because of the many open vent holes that let in fresh air & give the hat fashion detailing. It easily folds flat which most hats can't do. The color& styling will handle any casual setting. I get lots of looks & compliments.

Cool hat! I bought this hat for my elderly uncle, who already has a few of these in different colors. They look so dapper and darling on his bald head. He always has matching suspenders to go with them. Great hat, good price.
