The boots are true to size. A little wide but with thick socks, the boots will be great. My son loves the boots. Great for walking to school and less time messing with boot laces.

Warm, but too big and I ordered down a half size. Also they are very heavy.

Tim seemed to run large.

I wear a size 13 & have bought many shoes through Zappos over many years. These boots run a full size larger than marked. They're well constructed but big. If you buy them order a size down.

I just received my new boots from Zappos, as always the shipping was amazingly fast. Unfortunately, the shoes are too big. I wear a size 13 in everything, shoes, sneakers & boots. I'm going to reorder them in a 12. Hopefully that will do the trick.

My feet are a bit wide, usually a EE, but I can sometimes wear a normal width shoe if the toe area is boxy and I use a lighter weight sock. My normal shoe size is 10.5 EE. I read the reviews about the Kamik Canuck running a little large so I ordered a pair of size 10. Wow, when I received the boots and slipped my foot into them I thought, this is the most comfortable boot that I have ever tried on. The fit seemed perfect. Then...I took a couple of 4 mile walks on flat terrain in an inch or so of snow. During the walks the liners either compressed or the boot itself stretched, perhaps both. Afterwards my feet just sloshed around inside the boots no matter how tight I cinched the laces. I tried heavier socks to no avail. Sarah, at Zappos, immediately understood my dilemma and sent me a pair of Kamik Canuck's in a smaller size (9). What a great company to do business with. The size 9's are just right. Yes, they did feel snug at first but after a long walk or two the boots conformed to my feet. In summary, the Kamik Canuck is a great winter boot, warm and comfy. Zappos is the place to buy them. Just order down a size (in my case a size and a half) if you intend to be doing any long winter walks.

Very good value. This is a very light light boot that has kept my feet warm so far, as temperatures dipped to single digit (Fahrenheit). My only disappointment has been minimal arch support, which I need more of.

I have wide feet and needed a good pair of waterproof boots and these are TERRIFIC. Plenty of room and very comfortable.

I bought these for my husband to use shoveling snow. He wanted boots that went up to his knee and these were one of the few I found that had a tall shaft that didn't cost $300. He says they keep his feet warm and are comfortable to wear even after a few hours of work. And he likes that they are adjustable at the top. Great purchase!

Only two straps

These boots look huge but actually run narrow. I finally decided to buy a men’s boot hoping the toe box would be wide enough for thick socks. I wear a women’s size 7.5 or 8. I ordered the men’s 7 (I wish the boots came in a size 6). The length was way too long for me but the width was still narrow! And I don’t officially wear a wide shoe. But the outside dimensions of the boot were huge and wouldn’t have looked right on someone my height even if they fit. These are big bulky boots with a narrow fit. They look larger than a pair of men’s size 9 duck boots that I compared them with. The quality of the construction seemed very good though. These are great for a guy with slim feet.

Just didn't fit quite right.

I normally wear a size 9, these were much too big. I ordered size 8 and they are much better.

These boots confused me. I'm a size 9 and other Kamik boots fit me fine. These boots allowed way too much movement for my foot. Initially I thought they were too big and ordered a smaller size, but the smaller size was too tight and still allowed a lot of movement. I suspect it has more to do with the lacing system on the boot not being sufficient to hold the boot to your foot. I sadly could not recommend these. The quality of materials was great and I liked the style I just couldn't wear them comfortably.

I will echo what others said about this boot. My heel lifted up off the floor of the boot every time my foot bent to take a step. I suppose it might have been a different story if I had a whole size smaller, but the toe felt like it fit pretty well, so I would expect then I'd just have had other problems with them being too tight. I really wanted to like these boots, but the molded part just wasn't shaped correctly for my foot.

I recieved these very quick as VIP member. I ordered my regular shoe size but the boots were way too big regardless of socks. They are nicely made but they do not enough support in my opinion. I returned them today.

I selected these for the ease of tightening them, with cinching laces. But the upper part of the boot was very "floppy" with no ankle support, so when combined with the loose sizing, the boots did not feel secure on my feet and it felt like I was sliding around in the boot (I usually wear a 13 and even these 12s felt roomy).

I specifically ordered a women's 8 and you sent me a men's 8

I have hard to fit feet that are wide, pronated, high instep and thought from the reviews that this boot would work. It is not wide enough - in women's I wear a 10 extra wide. This boot fit too snug to wear socks and just wasn't wide enough nor was there enough toe space. In addition, it was too narrow to pull more than half way up my calves. The only good thing about their fit was the ankle fit just right. I used to wear UGGS but my feet have developed a tendency towards blisters if there is not enough toe or foot width.

I am a woman with huge calves and have terrible trouble buying boots. I ordered these men's boots because they have a 20" circumference which is very hard to find. With another nasty Chicago winter approaching I was excited about these boots until I tried them on. WHY would you make a boot with such large calf circumference but make the inside liner so small? I could barely get my foot and ankle through the liner it was so narrow. The liner inside was made for someone with toothpick legs and there was no way possible I could ever fit into it. The only other choice was to take the liner out which defeats the whole purpose of warm boots. This is the 2nd brand of boots that I've returned because the liner is so much smaller and narrower than the boot itself. Ridiculous. Other than the liner problem these boots were made really well with great traction and would probably be very warm. As always, Zappos ROCKS with their awesome return policy! I won't buy shoes anywhere else!
