These boots are absolutely fabulous. They ran rather small and narrow so I returned and ordered the next size up. The second pair came today with scratches and flaws in the leather so for the price, I am returning them today! Maybe a 365 day return policy is not the best idea, Zappos. I am not a happy camper.

Sometimes difficult to get on, depending on the type of sock you're wearing. Love the look, but you need to put some kind of protective polish on them right away or the toes immediately look scuffed. They clean and polish up easily.

After looking for ankle height boots for weeks I tried these: AMAZING! Despite bilateral bunions and just being quite picky, these are fab! The width is true, ample for a thin smartwool sock. I can wear these all day and not too hot. Perfect with leggings or to wear under boot cut jeans.

Great color and style, but had to struggle too much to slip into the boot.

I had high hopes for these boots, as I am a boot lover. They are cute and wear super well with skinny jeans. I just have never had so much trouble getting into a pair of boots like these. I have average width feet but have a great deal of trouble getting into them (especially the left one). If you have thicker ankles or feet I would not recommend. Good luck.

Very comfortable, second pair. Easy to remove insole for orthotic. Smart and stylish. My feet are on the wide side and these are comfortable for me.

The length of this boot is odd. It is too short to flatter my knees and too long to flatter the calves of my legs. Unfortunately, I have to send this boot back and look for something that would actually look good on me with both pants and skirts.

These are amazing boots -- so comfortable and so well-made. I wore them for 2 straight days when I first got them, and didn't have any blisters, back ache, or anything like I usually get with new shoes. I could barely afford them, but I can see that they're going to last a long time because they're so well made. And great looking, too (lots of compliments)!

Very nice everyday boot! I got the Chimney color and it is beautiful and pretty true to the picture. They are narrow. They were fine for me, although I don't need narrow sizes I often have trouble with shoes being too wide for me.

These boots are really well made and comfortable. The suede is so beautiful I hope to wear them on the outside of my pants rather than tucked in, shame to hide the upper part of the boot. True to size. I wear an 8 and ordered 8. No break in time needed with these boots, they are soft and classy.

Way cuter in person! These are great boots with just a touch of cowboy. I find the height tough to wear with dresses, but they are great with jeans and skinny pants. Very comfy.

These felt very comfortable and the rubber sole helps a lot. I walk several miles a day. Unfortunately, with my calf shape, these would not look very good with a skirt (I need a taller boot) so returning them. If they made knee height version in this color, I would definitely get them.

This is a great boot for rotten weather and looks great and hip. I am very picky with shoes and boots since my feet are hard to fit and this is a perfect fit and comfortable all day.

I love these boots! The leather is soft and a lovely golden color. The fit is very narrow so beware if you have wide feet.

Probably my favorite shoe ever. So unbelievably cozy. I usual have very sensitive feet and these feel great. They are so fly too.

I had to order half size up in this shoe. My toes were pushing up against the edge in my regular size. I've only worn them around the house so far, but they seem to be really comfortable! Look great with skirts and leggings.

If you are looking for a casual, extremely comfortable boot, then look no further. I got these before going on a trip to Napa and no break in was needed. Was able to take them from day to night and still look stylish. Caution: They are definitely more green than brown. But I find them a nice color that still goes with everything and isn't the same old brown...

I love these boots! I've wear them almost every day since I got them. Under jeans, over jeans, with dresses and skirts with or without leggings/tights. They are so comfortable and versatile. The color is more of a peat-gray than a brown. One of the best purchases I have ever made.

Really good looking boot. Fits true to size. Beware - the color "peat brown" seems more green than brown.

Very stylish and well made. Very hard to get on but gets easier over time. Perfect casual boot for everyday wear. I usually order an 8 1/2 in boots or athletic shoes but had to send the 8 1/2 back to exchange for an 8 as they were slipping off my heel.

Cute, but good luck getting it on your foot! This is a super cute boot. I ordered it in my usually size 6.5 and had a really hard time getting it on my foot. When I did, it was snug but comfortable. I exchanged it for a 7, and I couldn't tell any difference between the sizes. I decided to return because I don't want to hassle of wiggling my foot back and forth just to get the boot on.

Great looking boot, soft leather, but I can not get my heel in! A zipper would have been nice. So back they go.

I wear an 8. I ordered an 8 and 8 1/2 and could not get either boot on my foot, the opening was too tight. Very cute boots but didn't work out. Boot should have a zip on the side.
