I bought all three colors of this boot. I have problem feet and have had surgery. These are incredibly comfortable and stylish and warm. Pricey, but worth it for good boots in the winter.

Gorgeous boots, very comfortable even though the heel is high, and run true to size (I wear a 10 in a boot). Only drawback: I don't believe that this suede is waterproof as that is not specified in the product description (LaCandienne makes a point that their boots are waterproof leather, but these are apparently an exception to that). But they are really great boots, so if you don't mind saving them for cold, dry days, you will love these boots.

This boot is awesome! Just got it last night. It's great quality. The suede is rich and soft, and the inside is lined by this really warm fleece material. The insole is also very generously padded, so every step is cushioned. The heel is just the right height, and doesn't compromise the comfort at all. La Canadienne always has the best boots, and Zappos service is great too.

I just received these boots yesterday. This is my second pair of Canadienne boots. They are slim, but they're not tight. The heel is very high, so I'm really concerned with how comfortable they will be, but I've decided I'm keeping them, based on others reviews.

Although I loved this boot it would have been better for me if the platform was a little higher to offset the heel height. La C's are always one of my first choices for boots or sandals.

My first pair of La Canadienne boots. There is obviously a reason the various styles of this brand are replete with 5-star reviews. These shoes are not only stylish, but they have all the tell-tale details of excellent craftsmanship and are very comfortable. Plus, I get plenty of compliments on them. These are definitely the most expensive shoes I have ever bought, but I have no doubt that I will get so much use out of these that they will be well worth it.

I've now worn this shoe three days in a row for approximately 8 hours each day, standing without rest (job requires me to be on my feet a lot) and experienced no pain at all. Quite unexpected given that the heel is so high and I have foot problems on top of that. I am impressed. I love the tall heel and the fact that they are so easy to walk in - no stability issues here! These shoes are well worth the splurge.

I compared this shoe to a similar style by Clarks and although I wanted to love the Clarks more due to the significant price difference, I just could not. This shoe is way more comfortable all the way around and worth the price. I\'m on my feet most of the day and am glad I splurged. I got the gray color and am now considering the brown too.

Perfect winter heels. On-trend if you care about that, cute, comfy, and walkable. The sole is crepe and would be perfect for snow and which we haven't had yet, but I'd feel okay wearing these in the snow. I'm usually a 6.5 and had return that size for a 6. I own three pairs of La Canadienne and it's my fave winter brand!

La Canadienne is a fantastic brand. I'm so glad to discover them on Zappos. The boots are terrific. It's pouring rain here today, so I love being able to put on something so stylish and not have to worry about them. The sole and heel are very sturdy, the styling is very cute, the manufacturing is perfect. The color is almost a dusty brown. Oh, and they're made in Canada and I love that. Can't wait to wear them with tights and a skirt this winter. This is the 3rd pair of La Canadienne boots for me, now a very devoted customer.

I got these boots in the grey, and they are lovely. They look very classy and well-made. When I first pulled them out of the box, I thought for sure they would be too narrow, but I was pleasantly surprised when they fit perfectly. I usually fall between a 6.5 and a 7, and got these in a 6.5. They fit quite well, and the toe box is even a bit too long, but fine with socks. I love that the sole\/heel is rubber and fairly light-weight. I have not worn these outside yet, but around the house they are quite comfortable- they feel like slippers (except for the heel of course!). I did call Zappos to find out if they were waterproofed, since other boots from this brand are, and the one reviewer said that they were. The customer service person I spoke with said that they were not. Not a huge deal, but good to know since they are suede. Overall I really love these boots, and feel that they will last a long time. They are a classic and the grey is a nice alternative to black.

I love La Canadienne boots but I found this heel too high. It would be fine for a regular fall or winter day but not at all good in the snow.

Cute but just too high. I love the look of these and knew it would be a stretch for me at a 3.5 inch heel. But I tried them anyway. I'll keep them but will only be able to wear them for a short period at any one time and with no real walking. A 2.5-2.75 inch heel would be perfect for those of us with bunions etc. But if you like a three and a half inch heel, these are cute.

This boot is so good looking, but YIKES!! It was the most uncomfortable thing EVER to walk in. I wore these to travel and had to rush from one terminal to another in an airport. My feet were trashed for 2 days AND I wear heels all the time. Something is wrong with the design; maybe needed a platform. Had to return.
