I love these boots, they're so cute...but be warned...they are definitely not fit for winter conditions. Sure, they're great if you want to look cute and romp around in the snow for a day, but I live in Alaska and regularly snowmachine about 30 miles out to a cabin in the woods. After just one trip while wearing these boots they were completely soaked through and my feet were freezing. Also, after only having them for about a year, the whole bottoms came off and the boots pretty much fell apart. They are made out of Styrofoam. So I'm just saying that if you want them as a fashion statement and you are gonna wear them now and again for special events, they're amazing and super adorable and cool. But if you're expecting to wear them for the weather...just don't.

I love how warm these boots keep me. They are light weight and comfortable. I have a somewhat of a funny story to tell. Last weekend I went walking downhill (I live on a hill) and experienced chest pains and phoned for a friend to take me to the local walk-in clinic. My boots were the conversation piece everywhere I went and not the fact that I thought that I was dying. The clinic had to send me to the hospital by ambulance. The same thing happened with the EMTs in the ambulance. Once, again in the hospital I was asked about the boots. That went on from each and every person with whom I interacted in the hospital. It was something out of a comedy. It would start out something like this: Medical Person(MP): What is your name? Me: M**** G**** MP: Your date of birth? Me 10/******** MP: What brought you into the hospital? Me: Explaining pains MP: What kind of boots are those? Me: Moonboots MP: Ohhhh - They look really warm - are they? Me: Yes that's why I got them MP: Are they comfortable? Where did you find them? etc, etc One of the nurses just kept staring at my boots and blurted out "They make your feet look really big." I shut her up when I said "That's because my feet are really big" in a monotone voice. I love these boots even if my feet look huge because I am warm. There was one problem and that is that they seem to run a little short so I had to exchange them for the next size up. The next size up was a little too big so I put in some extra insole inserts and othodics and that seemed to address the problem well enough for me to say once again I love them. Zappos was great about the exchange. They got the larger pair out to me the next day.

I got my 1st pair of Moon Boots earlier this week from my husband as a early anniversary gift and I love them! Love them so much that I asked for a second pair in a color for Christmas. ( I got white this week) They are comfy, very warm and super cute! I've only worn them 3 times so far but managed to go on ski slopes, drive to target and shovel a few inches of snow in them.

I'm in love with my Moon Boots! They are so warm and cute. I wanted something other than Ugg boots, every where I go is Uggs. Not that many people are rocking Moon Boots. That makes them stand out! I love to wear them with my leggings; it gives them a very feminine look. I wasn't sure of my size before I order my moon boots, so I went to the shoe store near where I live to try them on, because the sizing chart was a bit confusing. Once I knew my size it was a go for me. One last thing - Zappos customer service is amazing. They are everything! I will always check with Zappos first when ordering shoes if Zappos don't have them, I will check those other sites, but Zappos first!

Amazing boots. So comfortable and warm and I get comments about them all the time. I'm going to buy a second, brighter pair in fact!

I love them, everywhere I walk people stare and ask me where I got them from or they tell me they are cute. I love the attention.

This moon boot is so cute that I wear them now and I'm in eighth grade I recommend these boots for everyone. I got one an inch bigger so that next year I could wear them. I really like the grips so that you're snowblowing and you don't fall back on ice. I love these boots but still be careful!

Super cute - memory foam conforms to your feet! These boots are awesome! They seem big but if you're an 8 get the smaller size (mens) and they are perfect. Purple pink is fun. Just try them - once you put them on you wont take them off! Super cozy and light as walking on the moon.

These boots are amazing! They are light, keep your feet warm, and most of all they are fun!!! I moved to Alaska last year and bought and returned numerous pairs of cold weather boots, until I found these. I now have 2 pairs and plan to order more colors! I get SO many compliments when I wear these from men, women, and people all ages! They cover every aspect of cold weather boots and I love them! They form to your feet and are not marked right or left, so after wearing them I marked the inside top w/ a sharpie myself L and R. I walk my dogs in these and have even had to run after the dogs, no problem! They are awesome and I wear them everywhere!

These are very spiffy shoes. I bought them for my grandson and the expression on his face when he opened them was priceless. He does not wear them often, but he says he wants to keep them looking new because they are so nice! And I do not blame him because these are nice looking shoes. I recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love this boot. It is freezing in NYC currently and my Hunter's with thermal inserts and Ilse Jacobsen were not cutting it; my toes were turning into popsicles. I got my Moon Boots today and my toes were warm and toasty. What is that foamy insulation in the boot? I don't care - it works! And they are ultra light. And they have some sort of suction thingies on the bottom to decrease slippage. Just took my pre schooler to Disney on Ice tonight in frigid conditions and was able to walk swiftly through the snow. Not to mention, people stop me and complimented me on the style. It is a kind of an out of this world boot, but if you're into fashion and want to be ahead of the game you'll love this boot. I see 2 mediocre reviews from 2011. Maybe they were different then. I love them now. BTW I'm a podiatrist.

Pretty comfortable. Great color. Get comments everywhere I go. If you want to look super fly in snow boots while feeling comfortable, these are what you need!

I bought these boots for my 9 year old and she loves them! She says they are like walking on a tempurpedic pillow!

Love the vinyl. I have had both before and these look newer longer so far and are easy to wipe clean. When you first get them they will feel a little tight but once you wear in the foam a little bit, they will form to your feet. Definitely recommend! I live in Alaska and also live in these boots about 6 months out of the year. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a size 39/41.

I love Moon Boots. I love the memory, the idea, the incredible design choices...but I wasn't sure I would ever really feel comfortable wearing them in small town America - let's face it - they are a little outrageous, particularly in vinyl. I was pushed into ordering them because everyone says Sorels stink now and LL Bean has discontinued the shearling models I was most coveting. I ordered 2 different sizes of Moon Boots because I usually wear a 38, which is in the middle of the size ranges. My toes hit the end of the smaller size and the bigger ones were falling off. More important to me was the fact that the scale of the foot part of the boot was miniscule compared to its width and height, which looked totally unattractive on me. Too unattractive to overcome the awesomeness of the ridiculous spectacle they create. Also note: my 5 year old son (who insisted upon trying them on) is now begging me to order some for him.

I have the original, not vinyl, but they are amazing! I live in NYC and the winters can be extreme but these boots hold up extremely well. I've had them or about 2 years and constantly wore them they are still holding up, I'm about to get a new vinyl pair. The only downside is that stepping in water puddles will leave your feet wet so just avoid them. Other than that these kept my feet extremely hot and I got a lot of attention. People love them and so do I.

I love the shiny look. They are great for jumping around in snow, but not so much for just walking around in cold weather. I purchased these boots specifically for a ski vacation in Austria where we would be doing a lot of walking in deep snow and they were wonderful. My feet stayed super duper warm (and I am always cold!) Bur the sizing is sorta strange, each size covers a range (i.e. I wear an 8½N and the size I ordered covers from 7½-9). So, with my narrow mid-size feet the boots were somewhat ginormous on me and even after tying the strings very tightly my heels still slipped slightly. Overall they are absolutely worth it! They are snow boots, not meant to be perfect fitting riding boots. I say buy them!

I rather get shit on my chest by my aunt Svetlana in my grandfather's cellar while listening to Sinatra than wear these vile boots in public. They're very warm tho.
