Lots of height and super super comfortable. I refuse to wear even slightly uncomfortable shoes and these are just amazing. Tip: Do not untie the straps when received! They are super tricky to retie right! Also, I have small ankles and these seem to be made for thick ankles.

Really comfortable and stylish boots. They look great with skirts, jeans and pants. Very nice quality leather and unique design. Love 'em!

Best boots ever! I have arthritis in my feet and the right shoes are absolutely critical. Ten hours of flights and layovers, running around in NYC and then back home, that's how I broke them in! Dreamy. Thank you Tsubo!

These boots are very comfortable, the heel height is perfect, not too high nor low. I get compliments every time I wear them. I get many different looks depending what I wear them with whether pants or dresses/skirts as well as how I tie the straps.

I wanted to love this boot because they were so comfortable but the shoelaces were not only a pain, but the shoelace broke across the grain making the boot unwearable. Thus I am returning them.

These shoes are really cute and I get lots of compliments. I took another reviewer's suggestion and got them in brown to better show off the detail. As others have mentioned, the leather laces are problematic. They are very long, so you must wrap and wrap to prevent the laces from trailing and clicking on the ground. They also become untied very easily, and are very dangerous when they do (something about the type of lace or length, I'm not sure, almost a guarantee that you will trip over them).

Definitely a unique looking boot. My first impression, not as high as expected, actually with the platform. Not much of a heel. Easy to walk in and good fit (but I have borderline narrow feet, just a warning). The straps can be annoying and the leather could be better quality. I don't see it lasting long. I will have to watch it with these!

Very cute and very comfortable, but very loud and the bow in the back comes undone all the time. I love these shoes, they look great with skinny jeans and skirts and long socks. They're super-comfortable; in fact, I'm almost 9 months pregnant and wear these walking all over the place without any discomfort at all. My only complaints are: sometimes they're a little hard to get on because the leather inside is nubby (almost like a suede) and they stick to your socks and sometimes pull your socks down if you're walking a lot- esp. cotton socks. My other complaint is about the laces in the back. Although they are one of the cutest things about the shoes, the metal on the tips of the laces are really loud when I walk and the bow comes undone unless I tie the two loose ends into a knot under the bow.So even though these shoes get 5 stars for comfort and style. The darn laces knocked my overall score down one star.

Adorably cute and amazing fit, these boots are comfortable and cute. The only thing I don\'t like about them is that the ties seem to come undone (so make sure to tie them tight and expect to tie them more than once on the days you wear them). Other than that - they\'re great!

When I first saw these boots online I fell in love with them, but when they arrived I knew right away they were going to look funny on. The toe is so weirdly shaped and turned up, with the platform it makes them look like space boots. I thought they might look cute on still, but then I could barely get my foot into the boot, and I ordered half a size up. They are extremely narrow and once I did get my foot in they were just so tight around my foot it hurt. Also the top part is really loose and very thin, looks like they'd rip easily trying to pull them on. This boot just isn't for my feet.

I so wanted to love these boots. They are well made and look amazing on, but I just couldn\'t get used to the metal ends on the ties flapping around as I walked. I liked the look of the bow in the back, but I couldn\'t get the ends of the ties to not hit the ground after a couple minutes. If the ties were a little shorter, it would have worked better for me. As it is, they\'re going back.

I've had my eye on these lovelies for quite some time. I couldn't wait to get my feet in them. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. They are well made of high-quality leather; however, they were very difficult to get on and off my feet. Also, there was very little cushioning under the foot, which surprised me. I was expecting something much more cozy.

These are absolutely gorgeous. They are also absolutely tiny. No way I was going to get my high-arched foot into the narrow ankle opening on this boot. So back they went. The boot was the right length for my foot, so ordering bigger would not have helped. If you have arches high enough to give you occasional trouble getting pull-on boots on, these are not for you.

Although these boots are leather, they appear to be made of synthetic materials. The leather is very thin and rather cheap looking. The shoes are however, very comfortable. The wrap around strap does not stay tied and is very long even after wrapping around the calf several times. The shoes are cute but not for the price.

I love the look of these boots - they're interesting & different. They felt decent on my feet, the heel was solid (not precarious), and they seem true to size. I wear 8.5 - 9, and the 8.5 fit perfectly. I ended up sending them back because 1) the piece that surrounds the back of your heel is very stiff, making it hard to slip your foot in without forcing/bending the top edge of that piece. 2) The shaft felt thin & flimsy, and I immediately felt that it would not hold a nice shape for long. Overall, the materials & quality seemed subpar for the price. I had hoped to be wowed.

Very urban, but was concerned about the leather heel getting torn. Also, the boots made my feet look clunky and heavy, not something I look for in shoes.

I had to return these; the fit was off. And, I wasn't sure about the style. The laces are really long and it just seemed like a lot of work for a look that doesn't suit me.

Love the fit, very comfortable. I wrap the ties around several times and tie a short square knot in the front. Big problem though, the black dye gets all over my hands and socks. I will be returning them. Anyone else have this problem? This was the first time I ordered shoes online. I felt secure because of all the great reviews on Zappos.

I'm a stay at home mom of three and love these boots. I am always in a rush and run around a lot. They do take a minute to put on, and you need to figure out ways to tie the straps so they don't unravel, depending on whether you want them tied in the front or back and how fitted you want them to feel. I wrap my straps tightly until I can barely tie a double knot, no bow. They won't unravel easily in that format since there is a metal knob on the end. These are my "statement shoes", my way of saying sneakers and Uggs can stay in the closet for today. They are very comfortable though! No breaking in period, very soft leather. True to size.
