I am very happy with this shoes. They are comfortable, safer on the ice we have all around right now and beautiful. Just yesterday a nice lady in store stopped me to complement my shoes and ask were did I got those. And few more words about Zappos servise. There are not many if any that can compare with it. I order shoes late at night and somehow they wait for me next morning near my door! Free shipping and free returns are great too. Very customer friendly company. You are spoiling me Zappos!

I ordered these boots, not knowing if this was the right choice for this very wintry area I live in! They are warm, look great with jeans and dress pants, and the little grippers on the bottom keep you from slipping! They are very true to size and comfortable!

Great boot! My wide feet actually fit and they are super cool and comfortable with a bit of an edge. Love the unique toe on this boot.

This is a spectacular shoe! The heel height is stylish and comfortable. Walking around for about six hours in these shoes, and could have gone longer. The brown color is cognac.

A stylish shoe with lower heels! I love them! I wear an 11M, but have a narrow heel. I also have thin, flat feet, and painful damage to the joints in my toes. I wear flat comfort shoes with orthotics every darn day (think old lady shoes). But I wanted something stylish for holiday parties. High heels are out of the question. I ordered this shoe when I saw the heels were lower than 3"! They fit beautifully, even on my large feet. (I did wear thin dress socks.) Usually, 11's fit more like 10's -- these are actually real 11's. Okay, the bad part is there's no arch support, which I must have. I simply stuck off-the-shelf gel arch supports in there, which worked great. I also read that people had trouble sliding forward in these, so I put a "stay put" gel ball-of-foot pad inside and had no trouble with sliding. I guess I sort of customized them! The best part: My feet did not hurt! I get tons of compliments when I wear them, too. They're so sleek and pretty. I wore them with a trendy tunic dress and leggings, and at 48, actually looked stylish for once! I love them. Thank you Tsubo and thank you Zappos!

I love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I have a lot of issues with my feet but I refuse to completely give up heels! I am very picky and have been looking for ankle boots forever. I can fit my slim orthotics in these very easily. I've gotten tons of compliments too! My only issue is figuring out exactly how to wear them. They look cute with tights and a skirt as well as under pants and I thought they would look good with skinny jeans too but I just can't pull it off -- that could have more to do with how I look in skinny jeans though. I do like wearing them with leggings with a little bit of skin showing between the boot and the legging. I wear these to work and out on the town! Also, I tried on another pair of Tsubos (platform heel) and they fit completely different. These were much more true to size...maybe even slightly bigger than marked? I kept the 7.5 which is probably my true size but often I have to get an 8 with my orthotic insert.

Great shoes!! I received these for Christmas and wore them all day Christmas day and could not believe the comfort. I stand on my feet 90% of the time at work moving from station to station doing medical testing and I wore these at work and had no complaint of comfort or fatigue.

I got the Tsubo Cusus in black. These boots are excellent to own because they are comfortable, stylish, and very versatile. I have professional wear attire at work and they always make all my outfits amazing. You will stride confidently with these boots. The reviews are true about them. Overall, awesomeness.

I love these boots. The leather is supple and the shoe provides great arch support. I can wear these all day without any discomfort.

WOW! The perfect boot. It fits like a glove, is comfortable to wear and looks fashionable. I needed the maple color and this is perfect. Finally, a boot that feels as comfortable as my shoes.

Love these boots. Good with pants and skirts. Seriously comfortable for heels. Good sole which has some gripper things which make it seem like it will be good in snow. Also I wore these in the rain and they held up nicely and my feet were perfectly dry. I ordered all 3 colors but liked the black the best. The construction is great and I love the color details inside and on the sole.

Very cute and comfortable. Very happy with this purchase. The leather is soft and the soles have a great grip. My only minor issue is that the back of the boot sticks up and always catches the back of my pants when I stand up or walk up stairs.

Great boots. Very comfortable right out of the box and have traction for all day walking. They go great with skirts, dresses, dress pants or jeans. I usually wear them with a cushion-y sock, just for extra comfort. This is my second pair of Tsubos - I'm still wearing the first pair after 3+ years.

These booties are adorable, modern and comfortable. The only minor problem is the fit of the toe box, which is just off for me. But I fixed it with a heel insert which then angled my foot right and did not pinch my toes. Love the color, love the boot. Bonus: great height without feeling like a very high heel. Love Tsubos.

It's like all Tsubo's! It's extremely comfortable and supportive. Ultimately I had to return because I was looking for a lighter shade of brown, but it was a tough choice because they felt so comfortable and looked great.

I ordered these shoes in gray size 9M. This is my normal size and the fit is great. The inside color is electric blue and has extra padding and arch support. The soles are non skid and the heel is just the right height for me. Actually, a very sexy shoe.

These are pretty cool. If your jeans or pants cover too much of the shoe, they look a little boring, though the toe is still an interesting shape without looking bizarre. Skinny jeans show off the design of the shoe best but might not work well. Some of my jeans don't know whether to land above the top of this shoe or overlap the top of the shoe a little. Loved these with a skirt. They're mostly quite comfy, and I love the rubber tread. I found them a little sloppy around my heel, but I have a pretty narrow heel.

I'd never tried Tsubo before but will in the future. These boots are very cute. The heel feels like they're actually flats. Extremely stable - unbelievably so for a skinnier heel. Super traction on the forefoot. Really good padding. I'm having a couple problems though. First my heels are very narrow and slip a lot - that might be fixable with a heel pad. Secondly the instep seems to be too large for me - which is odd - usually it's too tight - so my feet slide forward. The actual length of these shoes is great. I think they run a bit wide because my wide feet fit nicely when I can keep my foot far enough back in the boot but the cut of this just doesn't work for me. They're worth trying though - if you have a wider heel (mine are narrow) I think these would be perfect! Think those that have a high instep should try them as well. I wish they fit me.
