The only Nunn bush I don't love. They're not terrible

These are well made and real leather. However, compared to the Conway they were heavy and I returned them for another color of the Conway loafer. The added weight maybe due to the real leather vs man made. You can't tell the difference and I have enjoyed wearing them. I bought them in W and they fit perfectly. I hesitated buying shoes thru the mail but the rerturn was handled promptly.

I love these shoes! Very comfortable, I've bought them for the third time. BUT, the last pair did not hold up as well. Soles cracked at the heel.

Tight fit in spite of getting a 3E. These shoes look great, but the fit leaves a lot to be desired.

Bought same size (10.5 W) and style...but cant get my foot into the opening. How can this be? Seriously, how can this be? I had to force my foot so hard into the shoe opening that it hurt like crazy. The strange part is once they were on....they felt exactly like the same pair I own uber comfortable, wonderful but I cant get them on without a fight. I thought "exceptional quality" meant just that. The opening is not the same, sorry Nunn, this is a flop.

It seems to me that the opening to slide your foot into is small. The instep area is not flexible at all. I had. Size 10 EW and could not get the shoes on. I commonly where that size

As a replacement for a defective pair, I was disappointed that the leather looks nothing like the original - instead of a polished suede look, now the leather has a stippled texture and almost appears to be painted with a yellowish desert sand coloring. This being said, the fit is great and they're quite comfortable.

Comfortable shoe, looks good, light weight, body has held up well. Easy return policy. Soles are BAD, the tread separated almost immediately letting water through the bottoms of shoes. Returned twice to Nun Bush and received replacement shoes. Gave up with the third pair and just Shoe Goo'd the soles to fill the holes.

I still prefer the fit and comfort of the now discontinued Brule style. Bring back the Brule!

This is the third pair of Nunn Bush Portage shoes that I have purchased. My first pair I bought in 2012 and purchased a second pair when they wore out in 2017. Unfortunately, something has changed with the pattern used for my once favorite shoes which makes them very difficult to put on. The opening does not give enough to allow my feet to fit into the shoe. I thought after wearing them for a time this would break in but they are still tight. Very disappointing.

These were uncomfortable on my feet. Insole very rigid.

Bought for everyday use. Started noticing pieces of the inside of the shoe--the internal plastic frame--falling out after about 6 months. At a little over a year old, one shoe sprang a nasty leak making it unwearable in rainy Seattle.

I bought these in mid April 2014. I used them strictly for an office job and to go to town occasionally on the weekends shopping etc. Just typical light walking no outdoor, yard work or shop time at all. What is great about the shoe: Light, very comfortable, easy to put on. Actually made my feet feel better. These were the first pair of casual slip ons i had ever had and for my type of office work they were great. What is not great about the shoe: After about 3 weeks I noticed that a thin layer of the sole started peeling of on the left shoe in the arch. Now, 2 1/2 months after I bought them. A fuzzy spot devloped on the right toe. After a few days it turned into a hole, exposing the lining. With such light use this is unacceptable for a shoe of this price range.

Comfortable shoe, but only lasted 6 months with light use. Front left side of the right shoe has a hole worn through it already. Decided to go back to the Skechers Heisman that I had previously and lasted me for several years.

even with a shoe horn, I couldn't get these shoes on my feet, did a return. The opening was too tight!

Could not get my foot into shoe. Black fabric collar around the top rear part of shoe does not give or flex. Seems like a design flaw. Most slip-on shoes have elastic inserts on either side of the tongue that stretches to let your foot to enter. This shoe does not.

Ordered size 10 Wide. Opening of the show is so small that I couldn't even fit my fist through it much less my foot.

The Size on their website said 3 extra wide. Just got a wide. Very deceiving.

Ordered Shoe size 10W but the opening for the shoes may only allow a size 7 to enter. Extremely disappointed. I can barely fit my fist in the shoe opening.

The webbing on the top edge is so tight it is not possible to get my foot in the shoe even with no socks on. Tried a shoe stretcher and there was NO change my normal shoe size is US 8 wide I ordered a 9W to be certain. A 9W is still too small.
