My husband normally wears a size 10,but his other Nunn Bush shoes have been 9.5. So we made the mistake and ordered that size. We had no problem returning them. I ended up calling customer service to make sure they applied my 30 dollar off coupon on the new pair. Amy M in customer service was very helpful and applied my savings to the new pair which came the next day! She wasn't even bothered by my little dog barking in the background. He always seems to know when I'm on the phone! The new pair fits him like a dream. He loves them. A few days later we received a doggy care package from Amy . My pup was so excited to get a new toy and I was so amazed at Zappos wonderful customer care.

My husband had these shoes and loved them so much I bought a new pair for him, the identical shoe, same size and width. He could not even get his foot in it. It was much more narrow than the last pair that we bought. We had to return these shoes. If you don't need a really wide shoe, these would be a good buy. He loved how comfortable the first paid was.

I liked the look of these shoes and the construction is top-notch. Unfortunately they did not fit. I normally wear a 9½ 4EEE and my foot needs a wide toe-box and a higher tongue area (or laces so I can adjust the fit there) Based on previous reviews I ordered my normal size 9½ and the widest available (EE). The 9½ was a bit short and the EE was definitely not wide enough. Also that tongue area while well constructed, was very tight, and the way it is made, there is already an elastic like (the black part along the foot opening)'give' and I doubt that this would allow for any breaking in and growing/loosening of the shoe. Unfortunately for me I had to return these and continue my search for this kind of moccasin for the upcoming winter.
