These boots cost about twice what I'd usually consider spending on shoes and I'm not ordinarily one to wear sporty stripes, but I managed to talk myself into buying them on the premise I need to help maintain demand for high quality vegan footwear. Shopping for boots can be frustrating as a vegan with fat calves, flat feet, and occasional plantar fasciitis, and I'm glad I splurged on these because they are perfect across the board. They are very comfortable (I put Birkenstock insoles in them as I do all shoes, but I debated whether I needed to), I can tuck jeans into them without pinching my legs, and they are high quality. They don't look cheap or fake like some fake leather; in fact, I suspect I'll be asked at some point why I'm wearing leather.

These boots fit perfectly and are comfortable from the second you put them on. I have never worn them without receiving a complement on how stylish they are!

I LOVE my Jambu Colorado boots. I got them in Brown. They are so cool looking and comfortable. They are very casual. Love them with skinny jeans. Best part of all, they are vegan.

I bought a pair of old school fancy leather cowboy boots and a pair of these boots. I returned the fancy leather ones because they didn't hold a candle to these. I now own these in both brown and black. I cannot say enough good things about this boot. They are easily my favorite pair of shoes or boots I've owned in the last decade. First, they are so stylish and cool looking, and way sexy. I'd say the brown ones are the hottest with the eye-catching colorful stripe you can see from the back. The black ones are less 'meow kitty' but they go with everything. Next, they are crazy comfortable. It's like wearing a gym shoe. How can they make such a great looking boot so comfortable? Third, I have shapely calves and a lot of boots are too tight on top for me. These fit perfectly. That means for most folks you'll have room to tuck jeans into them if you'd like.

I was looking for a boot that I could tuck my boot cut jeans into and these work great! I received lots of compliments on them and they are very comfortable. I haven't tested them standing outside at 40 below but they are warm enough for short distances.

Even though I am returning this boot, I can't really say anything bad about it. It's really cool looking - I love the buckles and the stripe in the back. It's different. And it's definitely very comfortable, although I actually found it a little small (usually I am an 8, a 7.5 in Jambu shoes, and I ordered an 8). I had two problems with it, though - first, like all boots, it's made for women with very long legs. On a petite woman, it's very high. Still, this alone didn't undo all the coolness of the boot. I would have kept it even so. However, it's very casual looking, and I needed something a little more versatile, because I wanted to wear it with work dresses too. These wouldn't look right with anything but a very very casual dress. They looked great with skinny jeans though, even if they were a bit high in the shaft. I'm actually kind of wondering if maybe I can afford two pairs of boots, because I hate to give these up.

These books are amazingly comfortable and so cute and fashionable! I've had so many people ask me where I got them. And when I tell them they are Vegan they can't believe they aren't real leather. I'm thinking of getting the black ones too.

Runs small. Did not like the fabric flap in the back, exposes to draft and elements.

I'm in love with these boots! They feel like slippers! I have wide calves and these fit perfectly. They are so cute and different from the standard knee high boots everyone is wearing. I have 4 pairs of Jambus and I love them all. I'm really tough on shoes, but all of these have held up really well and look as great as the day I bought them. The boots definitely have a casual style. But, they are cute with more casual dresses or skirts.

These are great boots. I have a pretty wide toe box and these have plenty of room. The pink stripe on the back is definitely more pronounced than it appears in the picture, but it gives the boots a little more zing. I usually wear Merrell boots for everyday fall and winter wear and these will be a nice change. I can't tell if they are meant to be weatherproof, though. I guess I will spray them just to be safe.

I love these vegan boots. Had them in black. first and bought the brown. Very comfy and easy to wear all day and walk the dog. Room to tuck jeans in. great find especially since now marked down. Got them at regular price but well worth it, made well and will last. Hard to find vegan boots.

I am glad I got these Jambu boots. They are fun to wear: light but sturdy, and very comfortable. My feet do not get overly warm in them. They have an elegant line, and the brown is a pretty, dusky brown. I have slightly wide feet at the toes and a narrow ankle, and these boots don't slip or pinch anywhere.

Love these boots and have had so many compliments on them. Very comfortable for all day wear. And the stretch/fabric panel was the trick to fit my muscular calves. Liked them so much I ordered a second pair in black. Did get a half support pad to create a bit snugger fit in the ankle (but this is standard for me in all my boots).

These boots are comfortable, warm, and look great! I have gotten lots of compliments on them. My feet stay warm outside in the cold, but don't overheat inside. The only problem was a lack of support -- I had to put insoles in, unfortunately.

Best boots ever! I ended up getting them in black as well. They are super comfortable, look cute with tights/leggings and legging jeans, and I get compliments everywhere I go. Love the color details!

I wanted a brown boot for winter that could dress up or down. These fit the bill. And, they are beyond comfortable and warm. Two bonuses that I was not expecting for a fashionable boot. I have the brown, and I love them. True to size, as well. Order without hesitation and you will want to live in these, I swear!

I purchased these boots for my 18 yr old daughter. I bought a pair of Jambu clogs this summer and loved them, so I looked to see what they had in boots. These are unusual in style, not too biker or steam punk but suit the skinny jeans my daughter loves. They are warm and do well in snow also. She loved them and has had many compliments.

These boots not only are very comfortable, so far they have been walking me through the snow covered streets of New York City keeping me dry. So they are waterproof too which it doesn't state on the website. The details of the buckles and different color stripes makes them pretty cool looking and people stop to ask me where I bought them. I absolutely love and bought them because they are vegan!

These boots really rock! They are light in weight and have adequate foot support, with cushioning, too. Most of all, these boots still look leather-like even if they are made without using animal products. I am definitely getting the black pair next time.

These boots look like a work of art. They are so handsomely designed. Except for around the house, I haven't worn them yet since it's been warm, but I have loved (lived in) my other Jambu shoes and look forward to the same all day comfort.

These boots were comfortable, and while I really liked the materials, I wasn't crazy about the styling of the stripe up the back.

I absolutely love the styling of this boot - modern, yet not too crazy. Heel is a good height, cushy, comfortable. They look good with jeans tucked in (stretchy panel allows room for this, even with big calves like mine), or with pants covering the shaft. I have them in brown, which is a nice subtle color; it doesn't look too fake, even though they are vegan. I was worried that the pink accents would be a little much, but I don't mind them at all. Unfortunately they do seem a little narrow for me, so I may be sending them back. But I do love them; I wish they came in a wider width.

I was really excited to find a vegan boot that looked super cute in the photos. When the boots arrived, I was disappointed to find them less sassy than they looked online...They have more of a utilitarian rubber rain boot look to them in person. They were very comfortable in the footbed and I almost kept them for that reason. But ultimately I decided to return them because they were a little snug in the calf (great for wearing with tights, but no good for wearing over jeans). Looks like I'm still on the hunt for some comfy but pretty vegan boots!

Only buy these boots if you have enormously wide calves. I admit I have narrow calves, but I figured that boots with an elastic back would run smallish so they can stretch and make an attractive, snug fit. When I put these boots on and zip them, I can fit both my hands inside. Also, they look kind of cheap. They're definitely not worth the price tag. I'm pretty surprised by all the positive reviews. I have other Jambu shoes that I like, but these were a major letdown.
