The strap broke on both shoes, had it repaired once and they broke again, shoes were hardly even worn. Expensive shoes to be broke so easily.

Magnificent shoe. I absolutely love Jambu designs and these fit and look great. Unbeatable for the money, although I wish they were on sale, but I could not wait.

Because I wear my shoes for at least 9-10 hours a day...at the end of the first day they were uncomfortable because they were under size by at least a half size.

Oh, these are beautiful! Very unique and comfortable! Perfect with jeans or even skirt. Leather is very soft, so even if they feel a bit tight in the beginning, leather expands with time. Black color is amazing, so shiny and the weaving pattern is just adorable!

I love these shoes and they always get noticed! They feel comfortable and secure, event though there is some nice heel height.

Ordered this shoe to wear to work. Fit is great, shoe was comfortable all day on my feet. Strap is velcro closure and is long enough to fit over a high arch like mine. The leather is braided so it squeaks when stretching, but otherwise a great shoe!

Great shoe! I was looking for a comfortable Mary Jane style shoe for everyday wear and this is it! Perfect heel height and very comfortable. The leather squeaks a bit since they are new, but I'm hoping as the shoes adjust to fit my feet that will stop. The basket weave design adds a little more flair and style to an otherwise basic look. Although I purchased these to wear with jeans, they aren't too clunky (they look much more streamlined on my feet than they do in the picture) and will also look great with skirts.

I usually wear a size 8.5, and ordered these in a 9. They were still a little short for me. This was the first pair of Jambu's I've ever ordered, and I think I'll be a convert. A+ for well constructed style.

I love Jambu shoes. After years of wearing high heels that kill my feet, I'm going for comfort - and Jambu shoes are super comfy. I can wear them all day and my feet are happy. I can't wait for spring to wear these. Great color. I usually wear 6 but I always get a 6 1/2 in Jambu, and they fit great. My foot is very narrow, so the Velcro strap is also a plus to personalize the fit for me. My high arches also appreciate the great support in these shoes. Great shoes.

It is a very cute shoe, but the toe area runs very small and the shoe in general runs narrow.

I love these shoes - so cute, so comfortable can be dressy or casual. I have two pair! I was lucky to purchase them on sale but would gladly pay full price for them.

Love these shoes - kind of a Mary Jane Hurache - who would have thought?! I have duck-like feet, narrow at the heel and wide in front, but these were comfy right out of the box! The woven leather squeaked a bit at first, but disappeared quickly - much to my relief.

They make a sound when you first wear them. Do not be alarmed. The sound will disappear soon and is well worth it, given how comfortable and fly these shoes are.

I ordered a half size larger than I normally do and they fit perfect! I am a true 8.5 and ordered a 9 based on the other reviews and they fit perfect. I could wear them right out of the box and am on my feet all day at work. They are the best shoe I have bought in 10 years! I love these and will buy another pair soon.

I really like these shoes. They offer comfort and style. I was told to get a full size larger because they ran smaller but actually wished I went with my regular size because they were too big.

These shoes are my new Fall favorite. They go good with jeans and skirts. J-41/Jambu shoes are so comfortable. I am a solid 9 and these are always true to size with me.

I loved the look of this shoe and was so disppointed with the fit. It seemed to run narrow.

I wasn't too sure about the styling of these, but was pleasantly surprised. They actually look quite feminine and flattering on the foot, not as clunky as I'd feared. Seem pretty comfortable too. The 8.5 was a bit too big, especially for the smaller of my two feet, so I'm returning. Would like to try the 8, but it wasn't available when I ordered. Depending on the brand I'm either an 8 or 8.5, so took a chance. The toe box isn't too pointy and fits my square-ish toes well.

I like these. They're well made, and for comfort shoes, they're cute and stylish. Also, it's nice to have a bit of a heel. They're a little on the narrow side, but I like that. My real complaint is that they weigh a ton. That sole is dense and heavy, and I like a lighter shoe.

This shoe is at least 1 size too small. I usually wear 6.5 although I may find shoes that may be a bit tight and need a 7. However, these were so small I couldn't even put them on. The 6.5 felt like a 5.5! Also, the shoe looks quite stiff, not what I imagined.

Cute shoe, but very irregular sizing. I ordered the size 9 after the 8 1/2 was too small, but the size 9 felt even tighter. A pity. I won't risk ordering the 9 1/2. I love this brand, in general. The most comfortable shoes ever, and sharp enough to wear to work with suits, etc.

A very nice looking shoe, but the sizing is very weird. I ordered the 8.5, which is my usual size, and it was small, so I purchased the size 9. The second pair was even tighter. Not sure whether to bother with the 9.5, even though I like the shoe. Seems like the sizing is way off. I love this brand in general.

Short in the toe. Jambu has inconsistent sizing, e.g., I usually take a 9 of in their Troy sandal, I take an 8.5. Stiff and clunky. Love Mary janes but these are going back. Thanks for letting me try them, Zappos.

Very disappointed! I had high hopes because I really liked the woven look. I ordered a size 7.5 and a size 8, and neither one worked (I'm usually 7.5) my foot slid forward and my toes felt very cramped even though the shoes weren't too small. Don’t understand why my feet slid forward because the platform makes the heel not really that high. Sent both pairs back and will be very leery of this brand. Trying Naots next, I guess.
