These shoes are great and very comfortable to wear out of the box. The shoes are stylish and appropriate for causal or dress wear. I had to exchange my original order due to a mismatched right shoe. Zappos is simply the best as the exchange was seamless and completed promptly.

My husband has had swelling in feet and legs recently, so we needed an extra wide dress shoe. It looks nice on, just like a regular wide loafer. He says they are as comfortable as his Adidas.

For years, I have always loved my past purchases of Rockport shoes. When I received the shipment of the Oak Knoll loafers, I found that they ran just about 1/2 size smaller than the actual stated size. However, Zappos was terrific in working with me. I simply called them, told them my concern and they replied "no problem, let us send you out the next size up and you can try them both to see which pair will work for you." The second pair arrived the very next day and I was able to get everything resolved...and simply sent back the original pair to Zappos! This was my first purchase with Zappos, and I will certainly be a repeat customer!

These shoes were handsome from the opening of the box. They are lightweight and sturdy but the sole has a nice form but cushy feel. After a short period of breaking in the unexpected stiffness in the bending of the sole, I am very pleased with overall quality and feel. I would buy these again.

These feel great right out of the box. I typically wear a 10.5 and 10.5 in these is a perfect fit. The shoe's materials are practical and lightweight and thick rubber sole and strike me as well integrated rather than just slapped together. Don't know how long they it will last, but for a casual yet classy shoe, I'm not sure how you can go wrong with these at this price point.

These are great shoes, the picture doesn't do them justice. Very comfortable, the only shoes you'll need when you travel. Rubber soles keep the uppers (and your feet) dry on rainy days.

Zappos was the only place that had my shoe size and desired color and at a very reasonable price plus free delivery. Hard to beat that!

Have not worn the new Rockports many times yet but they fit well and appear to be a well made product.

Hadn't bought new dress shoes for my husband for 20 years, and tried 15 different pair to find these that fit comfortably. They have room for the full Spenco cushion inserts, which he likes to wear in recent years since he is over 70 years old and his feet get tired easily. We bought a pair of wing tips also, and will buy a pair in brown next. Zappos, you're the greatest. We use you for all our shoe needs. Thanks.

My experience recently in purchasing Rockport shoes was very satisfying. There are very few shoe stores in my area and most do not carry Rockport. The ease in which Zappos made the purchase process was extraordinary. My shoes arrived in a few days. I have certainly recommended Zappos to all my friends.

First time I had the shoe on my wife had me shopping with her. Walked all over, shoes felt great from day one.

I bought a 12 4E - I will say that I usually wear a 13, and even these 12's feel 0.5 too large. These shoes are very comfortable...especially considering that most loafers have zero support. These look nice with a suit for sure, have not yet tried them with anything else. I am ordering a cordovan pair today and these are great!

Fourteen years ago fell out of a tree with a chainsaw. Lost my left heel. I have wanted to wear a pair of dress shoes ever since. Have always been limite to heavy work type shoes although I work a white collar job. I FINALLY have my first pair of dress shoes I can wear. Ordered another pair today! Sincere thank you to ROCKPORT.
