I didn't like in the product description it stated that the boot had a metal logo plate but when I received the product it was cloth-false advertising. company would not give me a price adjustment

I bought 1 pair for me and 1 for my 3 year old. My little lady is on the bigger side, more like the size of a 4 year old but has average size legs and the boot wouldn't zip up her calf. It was also too tall on her leg style-wise.
I am 5'4 and wear a size 7 shoe and have thin calves and had the opposite problem. Too wide in the calves for me.

My 10 year old is wearing size 5 youth shoes. I ordered a size 5 Big Kid and it fits me (size 8 womens). Being that I tried it on and its a perfect fit, I would say the zipper on the inside is a bit stiff and doesn't bend at the ankle.. May need to be broken in but still may be annoying to deal with.

Adorable boots, however the calf was way too small for my 4 yr old girl. Couldn't even get them zipped past the ankle, they must go back!

Shoes are more stiff than the classics and the toast color is definitely brown, not a chestnut color.

They look super cute but I could not get the zipper past my ankle. I have a small foot, normally a 5 but I wear a 3 in Uggs. I am so disappointed that I have to send them back.

i would not give even one star if it was optional. i had kensigton boots for three years . loved them. today i received kesingtons for my daughter. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!. the color is darker than on the picture. used to be hard leather on outside, now it's suede? really? the color it's not toast color, it's dark brown color - destroys the boots look.
used to love uggs, not any more
