I agree with other reviewers, this shoe runs small. Normally a 7-7.5, I ended up keeping the 8.5. It does seem a bit tight across the top and I'm hoping that eases a bit. Really cute and flattering shoe. And have to say, Wow!, as usual for Zappos great service and super-easy return system. Zappos and UPS definitely make a great team!

Very cute, super soft upper and decent foot bed, but sized very small. I am usually a 5 1/2 to 6 and the six were very short. I might try the next half size up.

I have mixed feelings about these ballet flats. They are soft yet have taken a few weeks to break in and have been quite tight and uncomfortable across my forefoot. I do have a wide foot which may have contributed. Usually wear a 7 but had to go up a full size to an 8 for fit and comfort. Pluses are no toe cleavage and nice little wedge heel.

I love the look of the shoe. It's a nice blend of dress and casual. Unfortunately, it ran a bit short. I hope it comes back into stock 1/2 size larger!

This is a beautiful shoe, but so much smaller than I needed. I am normally a 9.5 and my toes were munched. I can't tell if I would need a 10 or 10.5...they were quite small, so I'm just returning them.

I love this shoe. I have tried it on several times and for some reason the 9.5 is too small and the 10 is too big, but other styles of your shoes are not the same. The 9.5 fit. I would buy them for sure if there was a size that worked.

Very comfortable, but I wear an 8.5/9 so I got the 9.5. I think a 9 would have been great. These are tricky to size, so you really have to order 2 pairs in order to compare. They are very classy, can easily work for professional wear. Work well with slacks or jeans.

The shoes run very small. Order half to full size bigger. However, the style is so cute and they were comfortable. I wore them to a wedding where I danced a lot and didn’t have any problems. They’re fairly thin though so I don’t know how well they will stand against time.

Beautiful shoes. Unfortunately they were too small. I wear a size 12…. Yes, I know that’s big. Big feet, big heart. The size 12 fits more like an 11.

This shoe was smaller that the size stated.

I have to send them back. They are too small. I usually wear a 7. Ill try a 7 1/2.

These seem like great shoes. But they are too short for me- even after going up half a size, there isn’t enough room for my big toe.

I have the same shoe in the same size in a different color - my favorites. This shoe was so small I almost couldn't get my foot into it.

The fit was almost a FULL size too small. The leather is very, very soft which made it very hard to slip the shoe on. Nice leather, but no real support nor structure. Truly a European type shoe. No real arch support, as well. Will be returning. Looks better in the photo than it does in reality.

This was way too small! At least one full size. And because it has a high vamp, it cut into my toes. Loved the wedge heel and the leather. But super uncomfortable.

Order one full size up. These are beautiful shoes, but by the time I sized up, the were too wide. So sorry I can’t keep them.

Not sure yet. Super cute. Pretty expensive for flats. I’m normally an 8.5. Based on reviews I ordered a 9. Very tight. My toe hit the end and the heal dug in. Could only stand two min. I am going to order the 9.5 and give it one more try.

Went up a size hoping for a roomier fit. My big toe is absolutely to the end.

I ordered a 1/2 size up still too small need to order full size up.

I originally gave these a good review after trying them on but after walking around the bedroom for just a bit, I just cannot handle the lack of arch support. These have absolutely none and the bottoms are quite thin. You will feel whatever surface you are on. there just have to be more comfortable ballet flats out there.
