Runs small and material was very thin, not at all like my old jacket

Bought a 2x but it was too tight. In the past these were more roomy. Now the sizing is much smaller. Pretty unhappy about paying for a return.

I didn't like this because of the sizing! Runs smaller than you would expect for something that was supposed to be "plus" size

I have bought Columbia fleece for years...I don't know what has happened but it isn't the same! I bought plus size because I wanted it to fit loose...the sleeves are tight! I don't know what happened to the collar either...it is super still and won't lay flat! The fabric feels really cheap too...I am very disappointed with this purchase!

The jacket is not the same as it used to be. It runs about 3" shorter and fits narrower, it's a shame that they changed this jacket as I wanted a different color, but I can't wear this it doesn't even cover my stomach. I purchased the same jacket in a different color about 3 years ago and it fits great with room to spare.

I love my Columbia fleece but these run way to small. My size 14/16 mother fit into the 3X plus i ordered for myself.

Soft and pretty but not true to size. Nice material but either runs super small or mistagged at least 2 sizes smaller. Ordered 3x and fit my 16 year old who wears a m/l just right

I sized up and this jacket was way too small , I followed the measurements and it was way too small,highly disappointed

I had bought an identical jacket about 2 years ago. The reduction in fabric quality was astounding. My older jacket felt warm and fleecy both inside and out. The inside of this newer one felt like very cheap knit plastic fabric. The feel was very off-putting. The jacket went back.

Have had 1x Columbia jackets for years and absolutely loved them. I ordered this in 1x, I was so surprised to find the sizing has changed, and no, I have not gained weight. The sleeves are still nice and long but these jackets are so short! And I am 5'7". And the body fits very closely. I even ordered up to a 2X, and still the fit is not comfortable, too snug, which is sad because the quality is so nice. Am returning both the 1x and 2x. Somewhere along the line, the sizing has changed.

I ordered my usual size 2X just like I did about 5 years ago on a similar jacket. It runs very small and fit like an XL or even Large. Very disappointed as I really like the older one I have. I don't understand why the sizing is off so much. Will not order again. Doubt even the 3X would fit.

I have two other fleece garments made by another manufacturer. Both are warmer than this jacket. I believe that is because the fleece is of better quality. I am not sure how fleece is rated but I do know when it keeps me warm and when it doesn't and this doesn't! Maybe the fleece used in this jacket is not as dense as the fleece used in the other garments.

not true to size, too tight for layering

Hey, the quality is great! My beef is with the color - "Columbia Navy" is a really putrid shade of blue. It is NOT NAVY!!!! So, I will spend $10 at my expense to return this item. Lesson learned universe!

I ordered the black jacket and it was more charcoal than black. Disappointed since I need to replace my older jacket! I returned the jacket.

I bought this jacket in the plus sizes for my mother. These plus sizes are not plus sizes! TOO SMALL!!!

I have several Columbia Fleece in both women's and men's colors. they keep getting shorter and shorter as they redesign them. I am not that tall either (average 5'6'') Does this mean when next redesign comes out they will be even shorter? It is too bad because I love the color and material. I think I am sending this one back though. It pulls your shirts up with the slightest movement:( I would only recommend it if you are not taller than 5'3" woman.

I have many colors of this jacket. Was disappointed when I received this jacket. Color way off! The orange is way to bright. Almost like a hunter orange not a deeper orange showing in the picture online. Returning it.

I bought the Benton Springs jacket to use inside the shell of the Bugaboo Parka as replacement for the fleece that came with it, since the description says the Benton Springs jacket is compatible with the Interchange system. Well, it's not. Apart from minor points like no loops for securing the sleeves to the shell, the jacket's zipper is a completely different type. It has small teeth rather than the large-toothed style required to connect the shell to the liner. As a stand-alone fleece jacket, there's nothing wrong with it, but I bought it specifically because it was supposed to work with the Interchange system. So it's being returned. I already have plenty of fleece jackets that don't work with the Bugaboo shell and don't need another.

I loved this jacket UNTIL the company decided to make the wrist elastic a whole one inch bigger in the 2X

I bought this jacket to replace an older one. Although I was happy to see that the pocket zippers now pull up from the bottom, the jacket itself is almost two inches shorter than it used to be. This leaves the hem hitting across my rear rather than just below. This is not only unflattering, as the back of the jacket sticks out and looks shorter than in the front, but is cold as well. Very disappointed. I don't want to wear it at all.
