This jacket is very short in length and the size runs small.

The size and fit were perfect, especially if you are a Plus Size, and the material is soft and perfect for trips to the market the pockets are deep enough for phone keys and gloves. I love it glad that I purchased.

I normally wear a 1X but Columbia runs small and I wanted to be able to wear sweaters underneath, so I actually went up to a 3X. It is comfortably, not sloppy, loose. It allows for easy arm movement. I would have given this 5 stars, but the color is not a true black; it is more like a dark charcoal gray. Not a deal breaker because the fit is just what I wanted, but the color is disappointing.

it fits very well and it's so comfy, the only thing I don't like is how the color looks. I brought the color black and it looks more of a charcoal grey instead.

This is much nicer than I anticipated. It is a heavier weight and the material is very nice. Well made and looks - and feels - great!

I love my new columbia jackets! Although I don't want to wear one because it's way to big. I think sizing it being "slightly small" depends on your body type. I'm overall pretty much evenly proportioned. But based on other reviews I ordered 1 size and a 2 size up. The 3x fit my mother who is a 26w in her pants (she will kill me if she knew i told people her size!) But also, we have the same body type. SO here's my suggestion. If you are top heavy, order 1 to 2 sizes up especially depending on your breast size. If your more evenly distributed, get the size you normally wear. Although, if you want a little more room and comfiness I would suggest ordering a size up, I could wear a 1x but I love the comfy feel of the 2x. I have 5'0 and the length Is PERFECT on me, so taller girls be wary, but short girls rejoice! Which makes me happy, it looks great on my body silhouettes me nicely, the jacket stops just right above my butt, fits over my hips nicely. I work at a school and needed a little more upgraded jacket to wear besides your regular hoodie, to make it look more professional. The fabric for the white jacket I think the company needs to make a tad thicker because you can see the designs under it from my t- shirt which makes it look a little cheap, just a thought for the white! And 40 dollars to me, isn't too cheap. I nearly thought buying a north face jacket but their plus size's don't seem as friendly and 3x only (the recommend sizing for me, and I can wear a 1x on here!) only comes in two colors! Considering how many plus size people in America you think they'd reconsider. and the pricing is 120 dollars for 1 jacket, I can buy 3 from this company for that, so kudos to you columbia. I expect to buy more and maybe a different color for my mother for christmas. I bought a black and white colored jacket, classic colors match about anything. She is terrified of getting it dirty. Also the white jacket looks a little off white in the picture, but trust me its pure white. Also the black is more a charcoal gray. But I think its just because of what the materials made out of. I hoped this helped! I tried to not leave any details out.

The fleece is so thin that it is see-through. Fit is smaller than average.

I saw this color (Dark Sea) on a woman at a store and fell in love with it and immediately came home to order it. I already own three of these in gorgeous colors, so this makes my fourth! I am a regular size 16, but order a 1X so I can wear this as a warm jacket with a shirt under it for fall and early winter in MN. It is the perfect weight for chilly temps before the down jacket has to come out. The price on the site is less than what I would pay if I purchased a Plus size in the store. Very happy with my purchase and may have to order another color...I am eyeing Aquarium and Iris...oh boy...

Not Zappo’s fault but this item runs small. My normal size would have been 1X but even the 2X was tight. Had to go to a 3X. I think all Columbia items run very small

Columbia fleece jackets are always my go to to take the chill off when walking my dog in the mornings. You wouldn't think a person living in Florida would buy fleecebut many mornings it's just perfect! I own lots of colors. Love them. Couldn't do without them.
