This is my Third pair of Ugg's. I have been wearing them for years. When I first received this pair of Ugg's the third time I wore them they split.. some defect or whatever. I was so disappointed and I was expecting a hassle to get them replaced . NOT!! Customer service was excellent! The replaced them immediately and I had a new pair sent out and in my hands within days. OUTSTANDING! I live in my Uggs and I am going to Keep on adding to my collection!

These boots cannot be used as snow boots. You can walk in the snow with them but I wouldn't go walking through high amounts of snow.

These boots are awesome! Wish they had them in every color of the rainbow. The only problem is that the inside lining can wear in one spot, causing a "hole" which then causes a blister in my foot. It's probably more of a problem in the way my instep is, than the boot.

These are the most comfortable, cozy, warm yet breathable boots I own. Just wish it had a better tread (of course without being clunky)

A very versatile, comfortable boot. Kept my feet warm and cozy--even on an airplane or walking in the evening during winter months. Love them!

Uggs cushion sore and problem feet, molding to the feet and being so comfortable all the time. This boot is also beautiful to look at - I just love it - but since I live in South Florida, the usage will be limited.

I wear them in really cold weather like 10 fahrenheit, but I do not feel the cold in my feet. It is very comfortable. Everytime I wear it, I realize how great they are..I am very content with my UGG boots.

i wear these all the time. sometimes i wake up with them still on. these are well worth the money and i bought another pair of bailey buttons in fruit punch for the spring and i am thinking about buying another pair for next winter.

I love the comfort of these boots. They are great. If they weren't so expensive, I would own more colors.

I have the classical tall gray uggs and they are so comfy and I love them a lot work great keep my feet warm but when I conditioned them they were very dark and hard but they went back to normal in like a week so they are defiantly worth buying and I would buy a lot more also they are were stylish and built nice.

I usually wear an 8 1/2 and ordered an 8- they fit perfectly. Extremely comfortable, and my feet are never hot or cold. Great service [...] Highly recommend!

I have diabetes and shoes are important. I feel that every diabetic should own a pair...or two. I wish they were a little bit more affordable. I have been looking at the tennis shoes but i just cant afford them.
