I have 3 pairs and the boots fit snug at first but do stretch after wear. After that, they feel good.

Ugh, AMAZING. My originaly uggs had a ripped hole and they replaced it! LOVE :)

This is my second pair. My first pair developed holes at the toes on both pairs. This pair the stitching seams more durable and the material seems thicker.

I wear them over jeans and leggings. They are perfect for cold weather. I wore them up in the Poconos and my legs and feet were so warm and comfy.

My daughter owns several pairs of Ugg boots and enjoys wearing them.

I love them but....... I got these my freshman year and ordered a 7. Now I am an 8.5 and the left boot sprung hole at the toe. I suggest ordering a size to half size up if your getting them for someone whose still growing. I know ordinarily they would last forever. No question. But if your actual size feels a bit snug go for a size up to accommodate for growth. Overall i got a good 2 years out of them and i love them:)

I have worn these boots for years and continue to buy them every few years!

These boots are a little pricey but if thay hold up and the girls get the wear and tear out of like I think they will it will be worth the money to me.

I ordered these boots in black and I absolutely LOVE them! I have several pairs of UGG's and will continue to buy them. On another note ordering on the website and dealing with the customer service I would say it was very poor. I ordered them and then a day later talked to customer service and they told me my card was denied but gave me no reason and told me to order again so I did and then a day later I was being charged for 2 pairs and being sent 2 pairs when I only wanted 1. So I contacted customer service and they told me I would have to wait to go thru the refund/return process to get my order and refund to my account when it was THEIR SCREW UP!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE! I will buy elsewhere.

The website was very easy to use. I can't really comment on the product because it was a gift to someone else. They said give 5 stars so here it is.

My granddaughter loves these boots. She is 10 and this was her fifth pair. So far she has gotten 2 years of wear out of each pair. We alternate buying black and brown boots everyother year.

These boots are the best! I just ordered my second pair after 5 years with the first. They last a long time, and can be worn in many different situations. Very classic and timeless. I have no reason to stray.

This is my 2nd pair of Uggs, first pair in dark brown, and I LOVE them! Shipping and packaging was outstanding. Only two things I would change: one, I need cleaning instructions, and two, I would remove the Ugg logo from the shipping box as I was afraid if they were left at the door they might be stolen, as this is an expensive and much-desired item.

The first pair of UGGS I bought was in December of 2005 for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I replaced that pair this December. I am so impressed with the quality and how long they lasted. My daughter is very particular about her things, but to have them last that long is amazing. I own two pair for 3 years now and they still look like new. I am very impressed with UGGS, the price is a little high for a lot of people, I get compliments on my boots often, but I am also told often that they are to expensive. I would never have bought UGGS for myself, because of the price, my duaghter bought me my first pair, then I was hooked. I wonder if more people would buy if the price was a little lower, I will stick with UGGS, because I am aware of the quality and comfort. I think most people would, but they have to get that first pair in order to form that opinion.

I travel more than the average person and rely on my Uggs for comfort while on long flights of 10 hours and more. My Uggs are my "comfort zone" while in unfamiliar territory. They are like having a little bit of home with me, wherever I am! Please offer a more effective spray repellent for the exterior of the boot. Thank you.
