Excellent customer service... The customer service team here is the best! I was on the phone for 20 minutes with an extremely friendly employee that was doing everything possible to help me find what I needed...even checking other sites to try and find the Ugg boot I was looking for. I checked back two days later and Zappos happened to have the style back in stock. I ordered it and I received it the very next day! Will order from here first every time!

It's true... adults CAN order kids sizes! I was hesitant to order Uggs in kids sizes, even after reading review after review about it, because I own a pair of adult 7 Uggs (not in the Classic Tall, a different kind)... and I was basically just skeptical. BUT ladies, don't hesitate! Go ahead and buy Uggs in kids sizes, if you can, because the fit is not going to be different at all! If you're worried about the shaft height, I’d say it's exactly the same as the women's. Shaft width? I have a fat-ish calf, and it fits me fine :) I'm a true 6.5 in women's and got the size 5 in kids. Fits perfectly, in the actual foot part, in the boot shaft, and in the overall look.

Fits PERFECT for Women - Calf Circumference - Hi, I purchased these for myself. I am a size 6 1/2 and bought the kids size 5. I was initially concerned about the calf not fitting as it is a child’s size, but they do fit perfect! (Calf measurement: 14.5 around at the top) Sometimes I have trouble even fitting into women's zip up and slide-on boots, I have a more muscular calf, I suppose. So, these fit just like the adult sizing, but are a better bargain! I'm 5 1/2 and the height is just perfect of the Classic Tall. I did try the Classic, but felt it was too short, so I went with the Tall.

Very comfy boot - I have 6 pairs of Uggs now, and they are all very comfortable. I usually wear a size 6 adult, and a size 3 kids fits me just right. Make sure you weatherproof your boots with the Ugg spray.

I buy a new pair every year! I buy Ugg's every winter and I love them. I just found out that I am about to wear a Youth size so I'm even happier and I now save money. I just wish that they came in more colors. Go Uggs!

Very comfortable boots! Love this classic Ugg! I can't find the adult size that fits me well, so I go with kid's size 3 (usually wear 5.5 in women's). It is snug and fits great for me. Very warm and comfortable boots. I love Zappos, it's very hard to find Size 3 kids everywhere, but you got it!

My daughter is 7 years old and loves these boots. She wants to wear them everyday. She says they are very comfortable and keep her feet warm.

Kid's Classic Tall Uggs - These Uggs are very comfortable. They look great, feel, great, and it was quick. Right when I ordered them, I got them a couple days later. They are affordable, they're twenty dollars less then they were at uggs.com. They're really great!

Great Uggs! I got these Uggs for my 5 year old. It is her second pair (she outgrew the first, which were a pair of stone classic shorts). I of course got myself a matching pair and we love them. They are warm and toasty. Zappos free shipping both ways makes it easy to order and return so we had actually ordered this chocolate in classic shorts but she wanted classic talls for the winter! We love them! They run a little large.

Uggs for a 5th grader - We love the boot--comfy,cozy, and fashionable--which is what a 5th grade girl wants and needs. What a mom want/needs though is a bit more durable in winter months. I am keeping her from wearing her new UGGS when it rains or snows! I caution her about recess and not dragging them on the pavement or marking them with ice.

Just like Mommy's! :) Could these possibly be any cuter?!?! Just a miniature version of my own! Sadly, we had to return as they fit completely true-to-size (not a size larger than marked like the adult sizes tend to run!) with little room for growth. Can't wait to receive the replacements!

Uggs are the best - These are the warmest most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, and I own a lot of shoes! I ordered a kid’s 6 but normally wear a woman’s 8 and a half, and these fit me perfectly. I wear them all the time and find them to be perfect in the cold weather. They are pretty much the best shoes ever.

Ugg Kids Classic Tall in Black - This is my 1st pair of Uggs and I love the boots. I bought this in kid size 2 and I usually wear size 4 women. They fit perfectly! These boots are awesome!! I got these boots for my daughter who's 13 and she loves them! She's very short so I went with the youth size in a 5 and it was a perfect fit. She usually wears women’s size 6.Very warm and so comfortable!
