I would like to tell you the story of how Zappos saved Christmas. I have shopped Zappos in the past and have always been happy with the service, but it was the holidays and in an effort to save a few dollars I thought that I could order this pair of Uggs for my daughter for Christmas from another internet vendor. Well you get what you pay for and the item was never shipped, they had charged my credit card and also charged me for hidden shipping costs. It was December 23rd and I was told that the boots were now out of stock and I would not have them for Christmas. I couldn't bear disappointing my little girl on Christmas and I thought of Zappos! I ordered these boots on December 23rd at 830am and I had them in my hands on December 24th at 3pm. It was truly a Christmas Miracle. My daughter was thrilled with her Christmas surprise, she loves the boots! And I love Zappos for their fabulous customer service. I would highly recommend Zappos to anyone who wants high quality products backed by great service!

Perfect for my 7 year old daughter! She lives in them and they were worth every penny. They are durable and easy for her to get on and off on her own.

Can't beat Ugg's. I loved the fact that I was notified when the size and color I wanted was back in stock. It was under the Xmas tree in 24 hours.

These are great, up to Ugg standards; super comfy and warm. Fit as expected. The color is unique and gets lots of compliments. My daughter loves them.

I was panicked as these were a last minute change of idea, Christmas Gift attempt. I could not find the right size and color anywhere. Was on every site...including Zappos. Last ditch effort at 12 noon Tuesday, tried Zappos one more time and they were available. Thank you whoever changed their mind!. Quickly hit purchase and they were at my door, perfect, by 1 PM the next day! My daughter is thrilled and I get to be the best Mom again! She is a size 7 woman and these kids boots fit perfectly!

I have UGG boots and slippers for myself and love them. If cared for properly, they will last for years. I bought this pair for my 8 year old granddaughter. She was so thrilled! She absolutely loves them! Typical of UGG's, I ordered 1 sized down and they fit perfect. Best worn without socks, which she loves. Also, I must speak of Zappos outstanding customer service. It is the best I have found. I do the majority of my shopping online and Zappos is head and shoulders above everyone in their service.

I bought these boots for myself and absolutely love them! They are the first thing I slide on my feet on my days off. They are warm, comfy and look great with jeans, a skirt or a pair of sweats. On top of recieving them in less then 24 hours after ordering them, I would use Zappos in the future for all of my shoe purchases!

Grampie bought these for our granddaughter at Christmas. She absolutely loves them and says they're the absolute warmest boots she's ever worn. At age 6, she always tells it as it is! Zappos was wonderful as usual at delivering the boots on our doorstep the morning after I'd ordered them - and we live in a very remote part of Maine! Thanks again Zappos!

I waited anxiously for my order and was rewarded with an on time delivery of a pristine pair of Ugg boots. The icing on the cake was my gift recipient's delighted remark about how soft they were when she put them on Christmas Day.

What can I say? They're Ugg so they are not only comfortable, they're very cute. My favorite color is pink and I absolutely love these, the color is true to the pictures here on the website. These are the warmest boots ever also, just make sure to buy the Ugg care kit and treat them before you wear them regularly because it will make them last longer and look nice. (I know, common sense right?) These seem to run a bit larger, I bought a 6 in youth and I have almost 2 inches in the toe still, maybe it's just the style. Overall, great buy, I love them. I did mark that these boots have no arch support, even though they are better than some, these aren't known for this category. Still great though.

I bought these for my 10 year old daughter and they are perfect. She doesn't take them off. They came just as I ordered and arrived quickly. Love the free shipping and returns. Although I didn't need to return, it made the purchase a little easier to make knowing exchanging would not be costly. Thanks Zappos!

This is the basic Ugg boot. Very comfortable and very warm. Don't forget to spray it with water repellent before using! I bought this for my niece and it was delivered very quickly.

I love these boots! I bought one for my daughter, my mother in law and one for myself! Just an FYI: Never go out in the snow with these boots. They will get ruined immediately and the color will start to fade! Enjoy!

I love these boots. I'm a 7 in women so I was reading the previous reviews and decided to order the youth size in a size 5 and I'm glad I did they fit perfect I will be ordering all my UGG shoes in youth from now on there very comfortable and cheaper!

What can I say, another awesome experience with Zappos. I ordered the 6 for my daughter for Christmas, when I opened them, they were obviously way too big, I called a representative and really struggled with whether to order a 4 or 5. The rep said he would send both for Christmas with not charging an extra fee and that on Christmas morning, my daughter could be sure to have the right size. The other pair I could send back after Christmas. Needless to say my daughter was thrilled when she opened her UGGS and yeah I had wrapped the right size! I always buy from Zappos because the free shipping both ways and the service more than makes up for their sometimes higher prices.

These were a Christmas present for my niece. She loves her Uggs and I love doing business with Zappos.

My daughter absolutely loves these boots. It's a good investment. I have a pair of my own and they have to be the warmest boots made.

These run really big. I wear a size 8, 8.5. The size 6 fit me. So I am returning it for a size 5 for my daughter. Her shoe size is about a 6 and she is 11 years.

The best boots ever! This is the third pair of I UGGS I have bought and they are amazing. I wear an 8 in womens and bought a size 6 youth, they fit perfectly and they are cheaper than buying the womens. Great quality shoe and fast shipping. Ordered on Sunday, received on Wednesday.
