The service was not very good. Although I called to voice some concerns and left a call back number because all of the Ugg reps were busy, no one returned my call or addressed my concerns. I expect more from a company like Ugg. Frankly, the experience was a little disappointing.

These were going to be my first pair of UGG boots ever. I got a pair in the mail, and the seam across the top of the foot was digging into my left foot, but the right was fine. I figured it was a fluke, so I exchanged them for a new set. This time, the right foot was super tight and the left was fine. Overall, they were a bit snug, and I'm always a size 8. I don't have large feet or any other issues so I was disappointed that these didn't work out. I've sent them all back and am hoping to have better luck with the 'Maylin' boot.

I thin over all good product. My boot came defective. Circumference on the shaft were not consistence and they fur was very thin!!!
Customer service was poor! Ugg need to improve their employees's customer service. San Francisco ugg store has well under customer service. Not friendly and act as if don't care.

Not the UGGS that I used to own. Materials and quality were not to any standard I find acceptable. The wool felt cheap and plasticky. I have an average size calf and could not fit a skinny leg jean into boot. I have sent them back as well as the pair I purchased for my mother. She felt the same way I did about quality and fit especially compared to when the boots were made in Australia.

They are too expensive, although I got them. But I think they are too expensive, lower the prices.

We have been buying Uggs for years now, and have never worried about the quality. However, when this new pair of classic tall uggs came, they were made so differently from any other pair. The outer part of the boot is cheap feeling, and not nearly as soft and well made. The sole is harder and cheap looking too. We were so disappointed this time.

Loved my first pair of classic short and still going strong after 2 years of constant wear!
Bought another pair of classic tall and after ONE wear the leather on outside showed signs of wear at toe. It literally showed where my big toe is. The boots were not too large or small either. Same size and style as first but seem to be lacking something in craftsmanship.
Sent back tall boots over a week ago and still haven't heard a thing about them or when new pair will be here.
What happened UGG?????

The on-line order was easy to place, I liked having the Youth groups for sizing.
My order by acknowledged immediately.
I ordered these boots as a gift for my granddaughter and made my size selection from the Youth group. I've done this before with no problems, this time the size 5 was big enough for me to slip on. Your service dept is excellent to work with. They are refunding the cost and will be checking the boots for sizing when they receive them. I will shop UGG-US site again.

When I first purchased my tall boots, I was in absolute love with the black color. They went with everything and I had no problems keeping them clean, in fact, I use the UGG spray almost monthly. I have several pairs in different colors and found that the black started to fade and look more worn than the lighter colors that I own. I was very surprised because I have taken extreme care of them like all the others. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same problem with their black boots. Not sure at this point what to do, as they are looking really bad and sort of starting to take on a green hue which means they don't go with many of my outfits now. I am very sad and disappointed because I LOVE all my UGGS but am thinking this will be my last UGG purchase. Also, why is the back UGG label starting to fray? I cannot see spending so much and encountering these problems. Anyone else out there having these issues?

I bought my first pair of classic tall chocolate uggs last year. The quality was great and they were comfortable. This year i had to send them in for warranty exchange. I am not at all happy with the pair i received back. They were very flimsy compared to the pair I returned and instead of being tight when you put them on new they were actually loose and the top the the foot caves in then your foot is not in them. I loved my first pair, but if this is what the quality will be now I will not buy another pair. They did exchange them again so I will wait and see if maybe I just received a bad pair. Hopefully. I was also very upset when I asked about the old pair i exchanged and they told me they just throw them away. They should at least save them until you are satisfied.

i bought these 2 years ago and UGG said they'd last me untill my feet grew. WRONGGGGGGG. They were fine for roughly 3 or 4 months and then all of a sudden, the boot rips and UGG won't fix them! So now I'm left with a big hole in the toe of my boot and all the snow gets in! bad bad bad bad bad. would NOT reccomend these to a friend. I'm getting the Bailey Buttons and I sure hope they're worth the price!

I purchased these last December when they became really popular in my town. I bought them in Chestnut, but we had a cool and rainy winter so I couldn't wear them a lot. I wore them three times, and I was in love. They are so soft and warm. Then, I took them out this season to begin to wear since it's pretty chilly out. As I was unstuffing them (Stuffed them with plain white paper) a huge clump of fur came out! Now, my heel gets cut when I wear them because the fur fell right out of the heel. So dissapointed. I have to wear them with socks now, and often times I have to put a tissue over the spot where the fur came out for added comfort. Buyers BEWARE. Very poorly made.

This is my 5th pair of uggs and not my favorite. The fur has clumps of glue in multiple spots, the fur isn't as soft as my other pairs and they were made in China. For some reason I thought an Australia UGG would be made in Australia, not really a $100 plus product any more. I still love the UGG products just expected more.

I wore them a couple of trips to our cabin in pinetop, and the seams on them have come undone. The ugg tag on the back has shreaded up, and the boots seem about the same quailty as the[@] knock offs which are A LOT cheaper then the price i paid for these. They are however comfy and warm.

I have a pair of Paisley UGGS (Made in Australia, NOT China) that are over 3 years old and look BRAND NEW. I have worn them SO much! And my brand-new Made in China, Tall Chestnut UGGS that I have had for less than a month (and do not wear daily) look worn and stressed. Also, the edges of the sole are not as stain-resistant as my countless other Australian Uggs! The company seriously needs to reconsider their manufacturing options.
Nonetheless, UGGS do have a fundamental benefit of wearabiliity and convenience.

I got these boots for my daughter her arch is very low and when she wears the boots they turn in so the inside part turns flat and ruins the shoe even with insoles. so for us no arch support no more uggs for her.
