I love Uggs. But ever since it turned into a Tween trend, I feel odd being the 35 year old at the mall wearing these. I do love the comfort - although I am a 7 1/2 and I buy a 7. sz 8 is too big and clunky. The 7 even make my feet look too big and I want to point out to those other 7 1/2 and plus people...your feet will look big but you will be soooo comfortable. If you are a 7 1/2 and your 2nd toe is bigger than your first like me -and you buy a 7 - you will have to suck up the discomfort until the break in. I got the ones with the stitching on the back leg when those came out over 5 years ago. I'm due for another and I'm not sure what color or style will make me not look like every other teeny bopper in the mall!

If you like comfort then this is the shoe for you! I wore these for about a year and they are great! The only bad thing is that after a oouple times wearing them that start to slouch and it doesn't make them loook as appealing. If you don't want them to slouch, I would reccomend wearing skinny jeans that are short and tight-ish at the ankle. But I found out with the shorter Ugss, they do not slouch. I much rather like the short Uggs better.

I really like these boots. They are very comfortable, and by far they have the thickest stuffing on the inside. HOWEVER, they cannot be worn in the snow OR the rain! Ridiculous! Plus they are WAYYYYYY overpriced.

The sides of my chocolate uggs itch they are a bit expensive but i can deal with the price but there not waterproof but theyre cute

Quick and good service however not happy with the product. Had to return due to strong chemical smell. Don't remember experiencing this with my last pair of Uggs

These boots are cute but too narrow.

I wear boots with pants tucked in boot these boots are too tight in calf pants won't fit in boot. My calves are not fat but these boots are for skinny legs (like toothpick legs) I have to return the boots, so sad.

I have a problem. I wore my boots for the first time and it just so happen to pure down rain this day. My brand new boots that I wore for the first time were stained from the rain. I tried the cleanser that uggs has to no prevail what can be done about this matter is there anyway I can get a replacement pair.

After loving and wearing Uggs for 30 years, I have to say that they are not made the same anymore. The last 2 pairs I have purchased make my jean legs twist in a counter clock direction. It is like the direction of the fur is sideways instead of vertical. It is so frustrating. I feel like my legs are getting choked. I am so sad to say, I can't buy Uggs again until this manufacturing problem is fixed. It breaks my heart because these have always been my go to boots.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've had to return two pairs. The pairs I did receive were not the quality I remember of Uggs approximately six years ago, when I purchased my last pair. I've had two pairs in the last 8 years, and both of them were of more superior quality than the two I've seen while trying to order from Uggs/Decker. If you're loyal to the brand and like them, by all means, they're what you're looking for. Edit* While writing this review and uploading an image, this website went into Scheduled maintenance (2010 EST). Luckily I was able to recover my initial review. I RETURNED THESE BOOTS IN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PAIR. THEY DID NOT DO THAT INSTEAD JUST REFUNDED MY CARD, I CALLED TO NO AVAIL...NO ONE EVEN PICKED UP THE PHONE, WENT ON LINE TO DO A CHAT, NO ONE CAME ON LINE. NOW I GAVE UP!!!!!!

This is my second purchase off the classic tall Ugg boot. The first pair lasted 5 years. The only reason it didn't last longer is because I neglected to take proper care of it, which resulted in the suede splitting near the font portion of the boot. I was super excited to receive my new pair. Unfortunately, Ugg has modified the width and this updated version is A LOT tighter. I figured the boot just needed to be " broken in" but after wearing/ walking around in it for a bit, the boot didn't give. Additionally, the size difference between the right and left is substantial enough where I had to double check that they were both the same size. At this point I will be exchanging for a larger size. Shame on Ugg for making the fit of the classic boot tighter. Go back to the original dimensions.

I contacted the company through your chat line before my purchase to confirming sizing because the person I was sending Uggs to would not be able to return them due to health reasons (going to post office). I was assured their information was correct in ordering a smaller size (she wears size 9, you told me to order size 8). I was reluctant to do this, but followed your advice. Her Uggs are too small, so it was a waste of money. Don't offer me a discount. She can't make it to the post office to return her Uggs. Your advice in ordering a smaller size is WRONG!!

The stitching was crooked on one of the boots. Did not fit my lower leg well at all. Also, it was tight. After your recommendation to buy one size smaller, it was all wrong. I'm an 8.5 Narrow normally. I take B widths because I have inserts that go into my shoes. I bought an 8 on your recommendation - did not fit well at all - wayyy too tight. Returned it for refund because I've decided to just take the money, go to a store and try on the boots before buying them. Am not convinced that internet shopping is way to go for shoes.

I love UGG, but one bootleg didn`t look same to other.

I gave the product 2 stars because while they last, they are nice. The rest of the story: I did a fair amount of research before purchasing and was seeing quite a few negative reviews. I decided to purchase anyway as most Ugg boots are said to last forever. Not the case. I purchased mine about 13 months ago and they are already out of commission. I did a quick tally of the price and the time I had them. Tax and products to keep them at their best sold by Ugg, runs a little more than $20 a month. I read the FAQ's on the website carefully before submitting a complaint to their customer service. I was greeted with an email that stated the warranty policy (12 months) not once but twice. I responded to Ugg to let them know their customer service was no better than the product. I obviously read the FAQ before submission. I responded advising to read their customer complaint prior to response. This was met by a third email from Ugg with the exact same Warranty content. My Ugg boots were maintained per their specs and standards from the day they were purchased. Their cleaning products and their protective coating was used to "preserve" the quality. The quality was still poor.

On my second pair of Ugg classic tall, both genuine Ugg products. First pair purchased in 07' were awesome, loved loved, wore them til they fell apart in 11'. Got the second pair as a Christmas gift in 12'. From day one, the heel on both boots had little to no fur/fluff. This causes horrible blisters if worn without socks, as intended. Obviosuly wearing w/ socks helps prevent this, but it shouldn't be necessary. Never had this issue with my first pair. I thought maybe as I wore them in the boot will stretch and not rub as much, it's now 4 months later and it's just as bad. Totally ruined my opinion of Uggs. I have a pair of knock offs I use to shovel snow, and they've never done this and they cost a quarter of the price and look the same!

The service was not very good. Although I called to voice some concerns and left a call back number because all of the Ugg reps were busy, no one returned my call or addressed my concerns. I expect more from a company like Ugg. Frankly, the experience was a little disappointing.

Tall boot is great feels great on the foot and while walking around. Overall a fantastic buy.

These were going to be my first pair of UGG boots ever. I got a pair in the mail, and the seam across the top of the foot was digging into my left foot, but the right was fine. I figured it was a fluke, so I exchanged them for a new set. This time, the right foot was super tight and the left was fine. Overall, they were a bit snug, and I'm always a size 8. I don't have large feet or any other issues so I was disappointed that these didn't work out. I've sent them all back and am hoping to have better luck with the 'Maylin' boot.
