The first pair I every bought has lasted me almost 6 years but every pair sence then has not been the same the quality of the shoes as before .

I have the classic shorts in chocolate, which are perfect for running quick errands, taking out the dogs, etc. However, I don't find them very flattering on me. I decided to try the classic tall in grey, thinking the boot height and nice neutral shade would look a little dressier. They do, but the top of the boot is so narrow. It's difficult to get them on/off, and because it's so tight around my calf, I feel like it makes the boot shaft bunchy/wrinkled looking. I'm returning them and trying the Sumner instead, hoping that the zipper will make a difference!

Love these if my legs were stick thin. I don't really have large calves but these cut off my circulation..returning. The shoe part fit perfectly if not a little big so a larger size won't work. Sad about it.

Delivery was quick. I was just really disappointed in the color. It didn't go with red. It didn't go with orange. The color was not attractive.

casual and warm for winter days

I would love if half sizes were made. It would be more comfortable. That way its not too small and not too big.

The color was not chocolate brown. It' was a chalky brown color. Pretty disappointed on that. I questioned whether it was authentic or not. Also inside of shoe smelled odd kind off bad. Not worth what I paid.

These boots are great for cold weather to keep your feet and ankles warm. I love how furry they are from the inside. They are very comfortable to wear on an active cold day.

I always use Uggs and I love their comfort. I have purchased many Uggs before and I use them until I kill them with over use! These last pairs I received feel like they are made of a cheaper material than Uggs are known for. they don't have that durable feel that Ugg is known for.

I own 4 pairs of UGG boots and l have bought my daughter 4 pairs as well. The boots purchased in the past seem to be of better quality. The inside fur on the recent purchases is harder, stiffer and cheaper quality. This will be my last purchase unless the quality changes.

Will return the item

I had to send my classic brown UGGs back, as soon as I took them out of the box I noticed the fur was falling off on the inside of the boots in many different places. The fur wasn't soft or comfortable feeling either.. Very rough. Hopefully that was only a defected pair, I'm anxiously awaiting on my exchange,

I bought these boots for my girlfriend and they were too small and they are being shipped back, would like to be credited back the money I spent on them.

This is a typical tall Ugg, comfy and warm. However, the picture us very different than what I actually recieved. In the picture, Victorian Pink looks like a hot pink but when recieved it, it's more of a purple than pink. The color is very similar to Barney, which some people may lije, but I was expecting a hot pink and I don't like the Barney color so I am going to return it.

Love the comfort of my boots. The big issue we had was needed to make an exchange and it was difficult. Impossible to get anyone on the phone at corporate or at any store location in New York. Only decent access to people is through your online chat which gave me poor information which turned out to be incorrect. Called the store to make color exchange and could not get through by phone so we went in. When they did not have the color I wanted, they tried to call a number of stores and even the Ugg Store associates could not get through to any other store via phone. It boggles me that even the store employees cannot contact each other.

This is my second pair of classic boots. I am a size 7.5. When I purchased my first pair after trying sizes in the store, probably 4-5 years ago. I bought a size 7. By now, both boots have a hole in the toe area right at the big toe. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and was excited to get a new pair that would be presentable in public. I'll still wear my old pair all the time. Just around the house mostly though. I ordered the size 8 because I didn't want the holes again and I also did the measuring that is recommended online. They are like a boat on my foot. I'm really sad. Seems like I can't have a classic pair.

I had a pair of the same boots that I bought a few years ago that fit better. The new pair is very stiff,and feels too small. I am disappointed because I love my old boots.

These were going to be my everyday boot. Due to the tight seal an undersized I can only wear them on special occasions. I fear that if I would have returned to get a bigger size they would have been too big.

Usually for comfort

This is my daughter's 2nd pair of the classic Tall boots. I'm certain she will love them whenever we receive them.

Very hard to get boot on so folded it down, pulled like crazy to get my foot into the heal part, then rolled the boot shaft back up all the way. The fit is tight around the calf especially around the binding. It is also tight around the ankles. I have normal sized lower legs, not athletic, so I think these boots are sized wrong -- both pair.

They didn't fit so I had to return for exchange

I am a 22 year customer of UGG boots. I love the comfort and warmth of them, but my last order of the tall classics have come back with irregular sizing or sewing. The first order, the left boot was very comfortable and the right boot was too tight in the top curve of my foot. the re-order, both boots came back too tight in the top. I'm not sure I want to hassle ordering them again a third time through the mail. I may have to drive an hour to get them and try them on. Never had this problem before.

Overall I would think that these boots were great, BUT, the are super expensive. I mean for $180 I could get so many things, instead of a pair of boots. I am not rich people!

I use to love Uggs. They are stylish, comfortable, and great for casual, winter wear. I am a little disappointed with my purchase though. I feel the quality of the product has drastically changed. The cushioning on the inside of the shoe is not as fluffy or soft as it use to be. The sheep hair feels very rough and doesn't hug your feet like with previous models of this style. I still plan to keep the item, because I am into fashion, trends, and high end products. Right now Uggs are in. I just hope they go back to the way they use to make the shoe.
