I love my bailey 3 button boots. And while there was the closet sale of classics I wanted new boots due to the fact that mine are a few years old. I ordered and waited for my boots for about 2 weeks. I was so excited when they finally came. I tried them on and the shaft is wayyyy too small to fit my calves in. I'm not a larger girl, I just have more muscular calves from 17 years dancings. I wish there was a boot made to fit larger calves. I don't want the short or the mini boots. I want the tall. I understand I can't help how my body was made but it would be nice if you could accommodate all body sizes. I really want the tall boots without the buttons but looks like I'm forced to spend more money for another pair of bailey button boots because those are the only ones that will fit due to the extendable shaft.

Love my boots! Ordered the classic tall in tan however if you have bigger legs compared to most I recommend short!! Mines BARELY fit.

I have purchased several UGGS in the past this was a replacement of my classic tall ones because the seam split. They were two years old. They seems to fit much tighter than my old ones did as well. I wear a 7 did then still do. In addition the inside was nowhere near as soft as I remember my first ones being. Disappointed in this purchase. My first pair of UGGS two years ago was very impressive,these ummm not so much

No problem except the seam in the back tore open after 1 week. I will try again.

I did have this same pair (needed to be replaced) and the fit is not the same. This new pair feels much more snug in all places. I will be keeping them, hopefully they stretch a little.

I have a lot of pairs of uggs. I have been buying and wearing them for years. When I think about it that way it's actually scare to think of how much money I have spent on uggs! But, I was always okay with it because I felt I always got my money's worth out of them. I love wearing uggs casually for comfort and warmth. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase was my most disappointing. The boots I ordered seem to be cheaply made. The material feels thinner than usual and already had creases and wrinkles in the shaft and I believe it's because how poor the quality is. I legitimately had to check in every way I know to verify that I wasn't shipped knock off uggs (despite ordering directly through ugg). The look and feel of the shaft really had me disappointed and feeling that it was cheaply made. Additionally, they seemed to have been stingy on the fur inside the shaft part of the boot. I really am so upset about this purchase. I didn't return them because I felt if I sent them back I was going to wait days and days just to be given the same thing. I tried to give benefit of the doubt and convince myself it was because they have been in a box so long, once i take them out for a bit and wear them they will feel like my other uggs. Nope, not the case. they look and feel poorly made, specifically in the shaft. the fabric is not as soft and it is most certainly much thinner than my other boots. This really really upsets and disappoints me.

The calf area in the bot is too small. I can not wear them unfolded cause they do not pull up all the way.

My right foot is a wider fit than my left my left is nice and snug and my right is as loose as a goose... Fml

I mainly wear these around the house in winter and to drop my daughter off at preschool! I love them but they twist my pant legs. I've owned lots of Uggs through my life and this is the first pair to do this... Very irritating. If they didn't do that is probably wear them more often!

The sizing based on tag inside the boot was 1/2-1 size different than other exact same uggs that I was trying to replace. Sizes should be consistent across the board for exact same product. Customer service representative could not offer an explanation at all. My daughter loves her uggs and I will continue to buy them, however will be unable to purchase as a surprise if sizing is not consistent.

This was my first pair of uggs. The shipping was fast and ordering was easy. The only concern I have is that the right ugg seemed to be made from different interior. The left boot was soft, comfortable, and smooth at the bottom. The right boot was rough on the inside and the lining of the bottom of the boot ruffled up. So that is disappointing and uncomfortable being the amount of money I paid. Overall I still wear them I just dont think they're made with the same type of interior. The quality is definitely better in the left boot. I wanted to exchange them but instead I just decided to voice my experience here.

I was disappointed when I received them. I really expected them to be soft and plush and they were not any better than my other boots. Won't purchase another pair.

I was very disappointed at the color of these boots. I ordered these boots for my stylish and eclectic teen. Unfortunately, the hue was not a vibrant cranberry like I was expecting. The boots appear to be very faded and dull.

Need to return for a larger size. 6 1/2

Been purchasing UGGs for 20 years. This is first unsatisfactory purchase. The black classic boots are beautiful and comfy. My black stained feet are horrid, as are the stained leggings worn with them. This is the first time I have been forced to wear socks with UGGs. Not happy at all. A warning of "color transfer" is imperative. Only reason not returned is because they were only shoes I had during an emergency trip out of town and were worn 24/7 for over 3 weeks.

The first pair I every bought has lasted me almost 6 years but every pair sence then has not been the same the quality of the shoes as before .

I have the classic shorts in chocolate, which are perfect for running quick errands, taking out the dogs, etc. However, I don't find them very flattering on me. I decided to try the classic tall in grey, thinking the boot height and nice neutral shade would look a little dressier. They do, but the top of the boot is so narrow. It's difficult to get them on/off, and because it's so tight around my calf, I feel like it makes the boot shaft bunchy/wrinkled looking. I'm returning them and trying the Sumner instead, hoping that the zipper will make a difference!

Love these if my legs were stick thin. I don't really have large calves but these cut off my circulation..returning. The shoe part fit perfectly if not a little big so a larger size won't work. Sad about it.

Delivery was quick. I was just really disappointed in the color. It didn't go with red. It didn't go with orange. The color was not attractive.

casual and warm for winter days

I would love if half sizes were made. It would be more comfortable. That way its not too small and not too big.

The color was not chocolate brown. It' was a chalky brown color. Pretty disappointed on that. I questioned whether it was authentic or not. Also inside of shoe smelled odd kind off bad. Not worth what I paid.

These boots are great for cold weather to keep your feet and ankles warm. I love how furry they are from the inside. They are very comfortable to wear on an active cold day.

I always use Uggs and I love their comfort. I have purchased many Uggs before and I use them until I kill them with over use! These last pairs I received feel like they are made of a cheaper material than Uggs are known for. they don't have that durable feel that Ugg is known for.

I own 4 pairs of UGG boots and l have bought my daughter 4 pairs as well. The boots purchased in the past seem to be of better quality. The inside fur on the recent purchases is harder, stiffer and cheaper quality. This will be my last purchase unless the quality changes.
