I just got a brand new classic tall in black, and they are amazing! I have had a few "fuggs" before and they defiantly are awful. My uggs are incredibly soft and fit perfectly. They go with everything! Just a warning thought, the kind of fold around the ankles.

This is probably my 10th pair of Uggs and they are just as comfortable as ever. I just wish they had some (any) arch support. also bought the protector spray; unfortunately water still gets in but they are not waterproof, there are The North Face boots for that. I'm sure I'll continue to be a loyal Ugg customer. I would wear them each and every day if I could...and I usually do!

I recently purchased my 1st pair of UGGS. I have been extremely happy with them. They are very comfortable and the recommendation to buy one (1) size smaller was perfect. I'm sure that there will be more UGGS purchased by myself in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about my new UGGs. I originally bought the short UGGs back in November, but after 2 replacements that ripped on me, my account was credited the difference for the tall UGGs. I am very satisfied with my replacement and crossing my fingers that nothing happens to these. BUT, so far so good!

I love all of the uggs boots! This was my first purchase of the taller classic boots (previously had the shorter classic boots). Just wish uggs would start making 1/2 sizes. I'm normally a size 7.5 in womens and I ended up ordering a size 6 in these boots and they are slightly big on me. I had also ordered size 5 at the same time to compare the two sizes since I knew they ran big, but size 5 felt really snug. Not sure how much it would have broken in and didn't want to chance it I figured if they size 6 were broken in and ended up being too big could always wear thicker socks. I will do that sometimes, but for the most part, I think the size 6 I have now have molded to my feet, so it isn't that bad. Love them still! Can wear w/ sweats or with leggings and a cute sweater. Dress up or down, will keep you warm and are super comfy! Have worn walking around NYC for hours with no problem!

These are the warmest boots I've ever had. A little narrow in the calf, but I would definitely buy them again!

it was good, just hard to get the boot on

I ordered the classic tall boots in black size 8. I love how comfortable they are but they feel really tight. My calves aren't very big so I don't think these would feel good for someone who has a bigger calf. I normally wear an 8 or 8 1/2 so maybe I should've ordered a 9 instead. I would be worried that the 9's would be too big. With my boots I have to wear leggings and really skinny jeans or else the pants wont fit inside the boots. Also, I waterproofed them but it seems like they easily stain, making them look old. Other than that these are the most cushiony and comfy boots I've ever bought. I'm saving up for the short classics in chestnut. Does anyone else have the tightness problem? The tips say to order a size down.

Service department VERY responsive. Gave me not only hope, but a replacement pair when I had a defective ugg. Yay !!!

I looooove my Uggs. I'm 14 and I asked for the classic tall chestnut ones for Christmas. My mom ordered them in kids' sizes as to save $35. And I also have small feet. I wear size 6 in women's, but in kids it is a 5. You usually go down 1 size. Still the Uggs were a little big on my feet, probably because I didn't size down enough. There's no doubt that my Uggs are great, but there are a few cons. After you wear them a few times creases start forming on the outside of the boot, mainly near the ankle. Also, when you take them off the fur on the inside starts coming out. Then again, there are also LOTS of pros. They are nice and warm, comfortable, and have great foot support. They are stylish and it feels like you are walking on clouds when wearing them. They look great and I get tons of compliments on mine. I'm getting another pair soon and I absolutely cannot wait!<3

I love my UGGs and wear them all the time. They are great in the cold and look good with most casual outfits. One small problem is that I'm always worried about getting them dirty.

These were my first pair of uggs, and I absolutely loved them. They are very comfortable and warm. I got them in black and they go well with a lot of things wear. Also they are very popular and you can be in style and comfortable at the same time. Another positive was that for me personally the price was not to bad compared to other clothing or shoes that are popular now. The only negative I would give is that they do wear out quickly according to my friends, however i think this can be avoided is you use the ugg care products. Also my mom felt that they made her feel trapped, but I did not feel the same way.

i love my uggs, my pink pair are my 4th edition to my collection and i love them :)

I wish I could get them to be more waterproof, but these are still my favorite go-to shoes for school. Please make an extra tall!!!!

I love the boots just wish they were a little bit looser around the calf muscle.

I purchased my first pair of Ugg Australia Classic Tall boots a month ago. I felt like black was a good color choice, as it's neutral and I wear a lot of it. I did some research prior to purchasing my boots. A lot of what I read indicated that they run large. I generally wear between an eight and a nine. As such, to be safe I tried both the 7 and the 8 on prior to making my purchase. I had a very hard time getting my foot into the 7. As I felt it took more effort than it was supposed to, I moved on to the 8. This was actually a perfect fit for me, with my big toe about a half inch away from the front of the boot. I pondered if even this was even a bit small, but I stuck with them. This was a good choice, as they seem to have stretched out just a little and now fit perfectly. My heel slips just a little bit, but as these are boots I don't find it too abnormal. I've been wearing these for both special occasions with a dress as well as casual outings. They work well either way. I just love how comfortable and warm they are. I've followed Ugg Australia's recomendations and have been wearing these barefoot. I think this is best, as not only do they keep my feet quite dry, but they are a bit snug with socks. I've also worn them with hose and tights while wearing dresses, and although they aren't snug, my feet do get warm. The soles on these are great, as they tend to pick up very little dirt and debris. Another thing I really like is that you can wear the boots all the way up or rolled down to your liking. While the pros far outweigh the cons, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention them. Firstly, on my particular pair, I believe the left shoe is slightly more spacious in the calf area than the right. Also, the frontal seam above my foot feels to be a bit tighter on the right than the left. Additionally, I realize that Ugg Australia lists this as a possibility, but the black dye in the shoe tends to stain my feet. It's quite hard to wash off with mere soap and water. Granted, this isn't a dealbreaker, but for boots that are meant to be worn barefoot I would think this wouldn't be much of an issue. I'd also suggest that if you're going to wear jeans with them, wear skinny jeans that aren't too long as these will fit into the boots easily. Otherwise it'll be a bit of a struggle getting them on without the jeans bunching up inside. All in all, I absolutely love these and would highly recommend them. They're very well-made and I'd be hard pressed to not believe they'll be popular for years to come. While I'd rate these a 5, the fact that the fitting is a bit different on both boots makes these just a bit less than perfect. As such, I'd say they're a solid 4. I just purchased the waterproofing and cleaning kit, and I'lll be purchasing a second pair, this time of the Bailey Button boots, very soon.

Nice and stylish. Only one drawback is that for women with bigger calves, it tends to be a bit snug.

I wear this nearly everyday!! It is really warm and comfortable. The style is totally in and you can wear it folded over which is what I really like. I would get this for anyone. The price is sooo worth it and I'm so happy I got mine! :)

My daugher wears a size 6 in shoes. lst year I bought her a size 5 1/2 tan UGGS, they were a little too big. This year I bought her a size 5 in gray, they fit her perfectly.. Lesson learned, buy UGGS 1 full size smaller than typical shoe size.

how do you repair the seams that come undone in the back along the middle of the boot???

Our teen age granddaughter loves them!!!!!

The shoes soles have too much fur in them in my opinion, causing the fur to clump into little balls at the bottom.
