Bought the Classic Tall for my step-daughter in size 6. She typically wears size 7, but as a repeat customer, she knew that once the lining settled, there would be more room. The only complaint she has is that the fit in the calf is quite snug. She can manage with leggings, but has to fold them down with jeans. Her legs are muscular, but not huge. Seems like the Classic Tall are made for skinny-legged girls.

My boots are so comfortable and very warm.

This is a great boot, especially for heavy Canadian winters. But when it freezes, the soles are extremely slippery.

Boots look nice, they are warm, and although perhaps not the most comfortable ever, they are still fine!

Love them. So cute & Comfy. They just seem to fade too fast. I don't think I will buy the Black ever again.

I love the boots, but the black stained my feet really badly for a long time, will probably get a different color next time. My boot tore near my toenail after a while of wearing but Ugg made good on my exchange and replaced them, Great customer service. Also I wear size 8 and I get 7 and they are perfect.

I love my uggs, they are great during those cold winter days.

I haven't had the opportunity to wear them but once but they were very comfortable and I love the look.

I just really love these Uggs. It's my 2nd pair (different color this time). I wore the first pair for years and they still look pretty good. LOVE. The price is quite a bit more now... I don't like that.

Love these boots for the comfort, style and warmth. Took me through my recent NYC trip just fine. But this pair was definitely tighter than the other three pairs I bought of the same style. I would say they're narrower, which surprised me.

This my fourth pair of UGGs and I just love Uggs for their style and comfort. I always get the Ugg classic tall boot in chestnut. The recent new pair I purchased contains the new Ugg Pure, and I wish it didn't. Ugg Pure is a wool substitute that is cheaper than sheepskin. One of the things that I have loved so much about Ugg boots is the sheep fur lining. It is what makes Uggs worth every penny. Nothing feels more soft, warm or comfortable, so I really wish they didn't start making my favorite boots with Ugg Pure. It is not as soft and doesn't feel anywhere near as luxurious. Uggs always fit a size too big, but this pair with the Ugg Pure seems to be a half size smaller. I noticed the price did not go down, but the quality has. Uggs were perfect, but now I am not so sure I love them the way I used to, or feel I can justify paying $200.00 for them.

I wear these mostly every day to school, and when we're waiting for the buses there's tons of snow, so they get wet. Normally they get wet but dry quickly, but then one time I left them in a puddle of melted snow from the bottom of my shoe overnight and it stained. It's completely dry, and there's some crust too. I also had a pair last year but those got milk spilled on them. I'm definitely buying the care kit, hopefully it will get rid of it! Overall really nice comfy shoes that are good for everyday wear, JUST NEVER WEAR THEM IN RAIN OR SNOW (unless you have the care kit.)

these uggs are so comfortable and the service was excellent. I am definitley going to buy another pair in the future. The only thing is you have to avoid wearing them in the snow or rain or they'll be ruined. =)

i have high arch and wide foot: UGGS went on easily, even the talls. first boot ever to do that. too bad there not for summer too. loved them so much i bought 2 grandaughters, daughter and sister for Christmas.

Always wear socks. They stain

Tennis shoes I wear a 7.5 (US) and regular shoes are usually a 7 (rarely a 6.5 anymore). I ordered a 6 and they fit perfectly.

I bought these in dark brown yesterday in a store. I had been picturing the classic chestnut color for weeks before I got them but when I tried them on they made my feet look big somehow. I also usually wear black or dark wash jeans so the dark brown looked much better. I sized down to a 6 as was recommended. They are not easy to take on and off but once they are on they fit well except when I use them with socks. Even with very, very thin socks the fit can be pretty tight. The other night after working on my feet all day my feet where swollen and It was very painful to wear them with thin socks. I know that your not meant to use Uggs with socks but I wanted to preserve the fuzzy insole. The quality seems good for the most part but, I'v only had them for one day and I'v only worn them inside. A couple of lose pieces of the inside wool got on my pants after I used them the first time but I'm not to worried about it. There are also some long threads inside the boot where the back seam comes together with the heal piece. I live in Chicago so I don't think I'm going to take these outside to often because it's very wet here. For typical sloppy weather I much prefer a certain brand of rubber toed Canadian boots. When its dry though my Uggs will be a perfect light weight alternative to my heavy clunky winter boots.

Fit perfect!! I wear a women's 6 in tennis shoes, flats, dress shoes, and flip flops. I ordered a 5 and it fits so nice, a little snug at first, but stretched nicely to fit my feet. The only dissapointment I have is that the shaft height on a size 5 is only 10-5/8" (I measured from the top of the fabric binding just above the heel along the back seam of the boot up to the top of the fabric binding at the top of the boot), compared to the 11-3/4" shaft height description. (UGG uses a size 7 to measure for the description, and with different sizes, the measurements vary.) I called and spoke with a customer service associate, and was given an exchange to see if a different pair would fit taller. The new "exchanged" pair fit the same. Overall, very happy!!

A bit tight on calf. should include calf circumference.

During Christmas, your items should probably be shipped in plain cardboard boxes that do not say UGG on the box.
