The heel is just a little chunkier than I would have liked. I think that the picture looks to have a lower heal. Fortunately for the line, the heel was higher.

Very comfortable shoe with a stable heel and lots of cushion if you are all day on your feet.

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I thought the heel might be a little high for standing and walking distances in my office building but it is not. It's feels sturdy under me and I can wear them all day without any discomfort. I'm thinking of getting it in other colors. I love them!

Have nerve problems in foot and very picky about dress shoe comfort. Loved Naturalizer boots and bought these. So comfy. Excellent support. Rubberized heel and toe a major plus - I walk uneven sidewalks. I wear 7w with/without hose; I think this brand runs one half size small but predictably so. Cute style, not too tall heel. Plan on other colors.
