I'm so not happy with these. I purchased this same slipper three years ago and loved them. They were initially snug, but loosened up in all the right places quite quickly. Not so with this pair. Initially snug turned to bumpy and uncomfortable. After wearing for a few days, they've just not conformed to my feet. I guess they just don't make them like they used to and now I'm stuck with these since I wore them in anticipation of the perfect fit. Sad.

It's not clear from the photos, but these slippers are open on top like a ballerina slipper or mary jane shoe. The top of your foot is exposed down to about an inch above the toe cleavage. This is not practical if you need slippers to actually keep your cold feet warm, unless you pair them with socks. I wear size 9 shoe and ordered size 9 Rylan, and could not get the slipper on my foot when I was wearing socks. Shoe hugs the foot snugly, probably to prevent them from flopping off, but it cut into the top of my foot. I do have high arches. Recommend the moccasin style UGG slippers instead, or something from the classic Minnetonka brand.

So sad to return these. I am replacing a 2 year old pair that I wore out. Apparently UGG has redesigned these to have a lower scoop in the front. Now the new pair does not hold one to my foot and flaps off the back. It also seems a bit shorter and rubs my big toes. I really loved the originals, but these will not work.

I say this shoe ran a full size smaller because it is not consistent with the sizing of other Ugg boots. Usually I wear a size 7 (size 6 in Ugg boots), so I ordered a size and they were way too small. I could have reordered a bigger size, but overall I was disappointed in the quality of the shoe. I was buying these to replace the Ugg Coquette (I bought those around 7 years ago and I just wore through the sheepskin a couple months ago...that's how Uggs are made), and I was really disappointed with the quality of the sheepskin. It just didn't seem as fuzzy or soft as it is in the boots or my old shoes. Maybe it was because I didn't have the right size, but I was really disappointed in the quality of these shoes. Also, make sure to order your true shoe size as opposed to a size down like in other Uggs. As always, VIP Zappos is fabulous and will definitely continue to buy from them! I'm very disappointed I didn't love these. They are so cute when not on, but open top is larger than it first appears and looks very bizarre if you plan them for anything other than house slippers. Also, as slippers I did not like the open area as that part of my foot was very cold; it felt colder than wearing no shoes because the draft was more noticeable compared to the coziness of the enclosed part. Sadly not a keeper.

I ordered the bomber jacket black because I didn't like the tan bottom on the other black; I liked the white. Everyone said that they run small, but I am a true 9, and just got the 9. They were skin tight on me! Also, I guess what I didn't like was that they didn't come up very high. They are even lower around the ankle in person. I tried on the Ugg Bailey Button at a department store, and realized that that was more what I was looking for, personally. I would skip this shoe and go for the Bailey Button Ugg, because it folds down so nice, and runs true to size. If you are going to get this shoe, please go up a size, unless you want to squeeze into a slipper each time to get it on your foot.

I thought these were adorable and the perfect addition to my collection of Uggs. I am typically a size 5 in Uggs, but read the reviews and ordered up. The 6 was too big so I ordered the 5; it was way too tight. I like a snug fit so my foot will mold the slipper, but the 5 was so uncomfortable I couldn't make it work. Too bad, they're so cute, but I'm returning both sizes.

Bought a similar style of Ugg slippers about two years ago and thought these would be comparable. Sadly, this style does not come close to my old ones with regard to comfort. The quality of the slippers is fine (it has the plushness that one would expect from Ugg), but it runs at least half a size too small and is extremely narrow (I have "typical" B width feet). Also, the soles are fairly stiff and the band across the top has very little "give"; perhaps it was designed to stretch out over time. Overall, I was really disappointed and sent the slippers back.

Very disappointed in my Ugg slippers. Extremely rigid sole and toe area. When you walk in them your toes push forward and your heel flops out of the slipper.

Last year I ordered a size 6 UGG slipper (Coquette, I think). They were too big. This year after reading reviews and talking to people who wear UGGs, I ordered a size 5. My toes were all the way at the bottom of the shoe. Great little shoe; very warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, UGGs just don't fit me. Had to return them.

This slipper did not come in my true size, I had to buy the half size up, and cannot even walk around in these things without the back flopping off my heel. Why build a pricey pair of slippers that do not fit a woman's foot? Feel ripped off, and really wanted to love these slippers. Always pined for a pair of UGGS. Now I will never buy them again!

If you have a good arch then avoid this shoe. There is no give across the top of the arch.
