These are terrific. I had been wearing Cole Haan Tucker Venetian and these were a vast improvement for comfort and they do not look like clogs as the Klogs brand version does.

Wonderful! I have always stayed away from Dansko shoes as a male RN. But if been having L knee pain, and finally broke down and found these non-girly Dansko shoes. They are wonderful for 13 hour shifts. I have never spent this much money on shoes before, and I love them.

I work in the restaurant 10-11 hours a shift. These shoes are absolutely the most comfortable I've ever worn. Be warned they wear more like clogs than loafers. There is a little play at the heel, but I like the fit. My feet were in serious pain every day. After getting these I haven't even noticed my feet getting sore. No break in period either. If you like a more secure fit, I believe Dansko has similar shoes in a lace up Oxford style.

My husband works retail and is constantly on his feet. These shoes have been wonderful. Great arch support and cushion for someone who is on their feet a lot. Totally worth every penny.

I am very pleased with the Dansko Wayne shoes that I ordered. The fit was exactly what I wanted, the width could have been slightly more narrow but still a good fit. The shoes are nice looking for a casual work environment. My feet certainly feel better at the end of a long day. They are a bit heavy, especially when going up and down stairs.

These shoes lived up to their hype. My husband is on his feet 13 hours a day. His legs and feet ache. After wearing these shoes, he could tell a difference in his stance.

My husband wears these for work and he walks all day. He LOVES them. I work in a hospital and wear Dansko's and they are great when you are on your feet for over 14 hours a day. Zappo's rocks for the fast shipping and I will never stop shopping with them!

Mild tightness across top of foot for a couple of days. Now the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Footbed provides great padding, conforms to foot while still providing great arch support. More comfortable after all day wear than my expensive walking tennis shoes. Shoe uppers take abuse without showing scuffs. Soles haven't shown any noticeable wear despite all day wear on all types of surfaces. Soles don't squeak on floors and provide good traction on wet surfaces. Very happy, will be buying more as needed.

This shoe was stiff at first, but not uncomfortably so during the first couple days worn. As another viewer noted, wear a very thin sock until broken in. Very comfortable shoe that provides excellent support for my flat feet. The quality of the leather is excellent. This was my first Dansko purchase and not my last. Excellent shoe that dresses up a pair of jeans.

This shoe is solid. The Wayne is stylish, and the comfort is outstanding as Danskos usually are. The price is higher than other shoes. But these shoes last. You get what you pay for.

I have worn these shoes for 6 months and just love them. I have size 8 1/2 EE feet. I try every shoe and boot to find "the" one. I spend 10-14 hours on my feet, walking about 3 miles. These feel wonderful, like a second skin after breaking in. They were stiff in the beginning, but now, they are my first choice. Beside, they don't have laces.

I've worn Mephisto loafers for several years and have never been particularly impressed with them. The last pair was particularly bad; it was gorgeously made but had essentially no support and very little cushioning (I have flat, wide feet). I'm convinced the shoes resulted in very serious calf strain in both legs. I had worn Danskos clogs about 15 yrs ago and had mixed results. The footbed was very supportive, but the arch support was uncomfortably pronounced, and I had tendency to roll my ankle. Still, after reading the reviews (especially about the arch support being modified), I thought I'd give them another chance. They run slightly large and slight wide (which is fine for me). The comfort and support are marvelous. They do require some breaking in (particularly the stiff top edge), but they also feel virtually indestructible. My calf pain is gone, and my feet are less sore. The shoes are rather industrial looking and the leather smells horrible (and smell takes weeks to fade). The Mephistos are more finely crafted shoes with higher quality materials, but none of that matters much if the shoes aren't comforatble. I'm quite please with these Danskos and look forward to putting them on!

A bit narrow and heavy. Sole is thick which raises you up if your not use to it could roll ankle easier Non slip could be better have been wearing about a month just starting to get broken in feel overall a good kitchen work shoe.

Great shoes. Only issue they don’t last long starts ripping and easy water access:(

as a surgical RN I am on my feet alot, these dansko's are the best show for the job, this is probably my 7th pair over 15 years

this is my 6th or 7th pair of these shoes, I am an OR Nurse and these shoes have been a lifesaver on my knees and back, I replace them every 2 years and I have a pair for 2 jobs, amazing shoe and it looks good too

I used to wear Dansko clogs years ago because they were so popular with co-workers. I found them very uncomfortable because of the intrusive arch support (I have flat feet). The insoles of these shoes are quite possibly the most comfortable I've experienced (I've worn Rockport, Birkenstocks, and Mephistos). They are supportive without being overly firm. They're very durable; I'm hard on my shoes, and the uppers shoe little sign of wear. There are a few problems. The collar of the shoe needed some breaking in, and the sizing doesn't work quite right for my feet. The 43 was a bit too tight, and the 44 is a bit too big. The shoes are also surprisingly wide (and I normally buy 2E width). The shoes are not simply not attractive. My Mephistos are gorgeous (but the beauty isn't worth the inflated price, IMO, and they're not nearly as comfortable as the Dansko). One of my regular clients took one look at the Danskos and said, "Those look like comfortable shoes." It wasn't meant as a compliment. If the shoes were better looking and a perfect fit, it'd be an easy 5-star review.

These seem like they would be a good, comfortable shoe. I got them for my son, who will be walking A LOT while serving a mission for a church. He normally wears a size 9. A European size 42, says it fits a size 8.5-9, so that's what I purchased. I will order a size down and see how we do. Hopefully, they won't be too small.

These were way too big and super heavy. Look like they are great quality, but we returned them.
