First I would like to thank Zappos for all the service they provided to me. It took me 4 tries to find the Dansko Wil that the fit was just right. They are very comfortable for all day wearing. Each pair of Dansko Wil had a different feel to them. This just seems to be with the style of the shoe. The Stapled Dansko Clogs seem to be the same way. I am still looking for just the right pair for the fit. Again thank you Zappos.

These shoes are basically great. I have ordered several pairs and for some reason each pair had a different fit. I just reordered another pair hopefully this will be the perfect fit all the way around. For some reason the pair that fit the best wound up with a noise from the shoe while walking. ZAPPOS has been great with the return policy. BEST place to shop.

Looks better than the Karl. Heel height is not as high as the Karl either so a very good feeling shoe. (Still like my Karl's too.) Looks good with dress pants.

I love these shoes. I have been a staff nurse in a hospital for 10 years, and these are by far my favorite shoes I've ever purchased for work. They are extremely comfortable. Also worth noting is the style. I wear a U.S. size 12-13, and somehow dansko has been able to make a large shoe not look like a clown shoe. The ordering and waiting for delivery processes were painless thanks to Zappos, which is now my favorite place to shop for shoes. Cheers!

Very nice shoes...but 87 year old Dad did not like the style.

Excellent construction quality and very comfortable shoe. Provide very good support for my arthritic ankles. They stay good looking despite frequent use.

My husband uses these at work during surgery - he used to use a similar style clog from Merrell for years, but eventually when the soles started to come off, he realized he needed new shoes. I bought these for him, and he could tell right away that they were more substantial. He has narrow feet, so he does feel that he has more wiggle room that he would like when he is walking a lot during the day. But he is usually standing on his feet all day, and these look great, and keep his feet feeling great.

I just received my pair of Dansko Wil. Very nice shoe I wear a 43 the fit was basically very good. The right foot was just right but the left foot toes hit the toe box. If I had ordered one size up they would have been too big all around. I do own other shoes sized at 43 these just didn't work out for me. Tried wearing them around the house for the day but had to give in and send them back. Darn they were a nice shoe. I will give the Dansko Professional a try.

Found shoe a bit on the tall side and design did not support orthotic inserts

Think they are a great shoe. Have had them for a year. Only problem I would say is I found them about a size small. Feel the back of the shoe on my heel or wlse would have given 5 stars

Shoe looks good, and feels very well made. nice rubbery sole that is very comfortable as you step. it softens the impact making the walk comfortable. The only reason I gave it a 3 Star for comfort is because on initial use it is a bit tight on the top which affect the circulation of your foot a bit. Nothing a quick removing and resetting of the foot again won't fix (it is a clog) but the shoe is a tad uncomfortable on the first few uses on top. Now that I've worn it for about a week I am noticing that it's starting to shape better on my foot (stretching the top) so in time I'm sure it'll go away and fit better. Another important thing is that I would make sure to order at least a size bigger than yours. I say this because my shoe size is normally 10 to 11 1/2 depending on the type of shoe which would be an european size 44-45. I got size 45 (I always go bigger size on clogs)and it was WAY too small. I swapped for a 46 and it fit with the top part being a bit tight. My foot does tend to be higher on top than most and i'm also a "wide" foot. the actual length was perfect for me.

As I have gotten older (50+), I find myself putting greater emphasis on comfort when selecting shoes. Reading reviews on Zappos and listening to the experiences of friends, the Dankso Wil gets high marks in that department. Also attractive for my sore back, these shoes require no bending to put on. However, many of the positive comments come from people who stand for long periods during work -- health care professionals, chefs, bartenders, etc. The deeply grooved slip-resistant outsole does seem to be geared to these types of customers. The Danskos are indeed comfortable while standing, but it's a different story if you are walking. No problem if you stay on smooth tile floors or carpets, but two blocks of walking outdoors, even on a level sidewalk and you will wish you were wearing a more conventional shoe. And running -- forget it. Try to go faster than a trot or sprint up stairs and you will be struggling to keep the shoes on your feet. My wife says I need to get the hang of wearing clogs, but to me it feels like I have to relearn how to walk. I wear and enjoy Dansko Wils at work. Although I prefer a slightly firmer sole, I would say the reputation for comfort is well deserved. But wear something else if you will be doing a lot of walking.

After deciding to retire my old Acorn scuffs I wanted a clog with a little grab behind the heel that could pass for a regular shoe. I have a baby to get out the door every day, and pulling on boots with two bags and a baby in hand is just no fun. I usually wear an 11/44, so I started there: not even close; much too tight. I returned those and went up to a 45. Those were just about right, but a hair short and too tight on the top of my foot. I considered trying to break them in, but decided instead to roll the dice and ordered a 46, two Euro sizes above what I usually wear. These are just about right, and I'm going to keep them. I tried a Merrell Encore Bypass and Skechers Work Oswald - Balder as well, but for me this is a better shoe than either of those. Very glad for the generous return policy at Zappos.

These are some of my favorite work shoes ever. I've been a bartender and manager for about 12 years, and these rank at the top for me. I took off a star because the slip resistance value is maybe a little less than other brands that I've worn, but the comfort makes up for it. Plus the little lip on the heel keeps them securely on your feet, I've had these for a few weeks now and I just walk like normal and it's not like you have to hold them on the way you would a flip flop. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

The Dansko Wil is a well crafted, substantial, quality shoe. However, my husband was unable to get his foot through the opening due to his high instep. I will reorder this one full size up. Glad to see the seams running down the vamp, which breaks up what is otherwise a plain toe.

I've been looking to replace some older Salomon slides. This seems very heavy and inflexible and felt as if it would kick off when walking.

Could feel the back of the opening on my heel. I have narrow feet and were tight on me. If have wider feet I would go a full size bigger possibly. Had to return because didn’t have size that would fit me

These shoes are horrible. I have been wearing them every day. It is like walking on concrete. My heels are killing me. Definitely not a walking shoe.

They were just no good for my husband , who is disabled. I wish I had returned them, as they are just sitting in his closet unused

Shoe is not a 14.5 - 15 like size guide suggests. I am a solid size 14 and this shoe is more like a 13. I can't rate an overall or comfort because I had to return.
