This item is a gift to our granddaughter for Christmas; therefore the above questions cannot be answered at this time. However, I rated the ordering and delivery part 5 star because that part was super.

i love these uggs sooooooooooooo much i have then in moss but they dont make those colors any more. i love them because if you get snow on them they wont get as wet as the classic kind.

First off i love these boots they are so cute! I like how you can wear them up or folded down. Also, I was reading another review that said she was usually a size 9 but had to get 8 and i had that same problem, i had just gotten a size 9 in the classic uggs but the 8 fit me better with these.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for, they are so cute and comfortable. I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY BOOTS, they are so comfortable and most importantly, WARM!

I love the way they feel, feels very good on my feet. I wear a size ten in women shoes, and I read on the website too order a size smaller than what you normally wear and ordering a size nine was true to size.

Being a high school student, I need a pair of boots that are warm and stylish, and with these, I got both! I usually wear size 7 sneakers, so I ordered a size 6, and they fit perfectly. I"ve only have them for about a week, but i have noticed thaton other people who have this style, the back where the logo caves in, which makes them look a little like knock offs. But other tthat that, they're great boots!

I have had these boots for 4 weeks now and LOVE THEM! There was 2 day out of the 4 weeks ive had them i didnt wear them (because it was raining) I TOTALLY THINK YOU SHOULD GET SOME!

Was AMAZING to wear except that shoe was too small when buying one size smaller. Would NOT reccomend buying a size smaller because mine were definetly too small. The shoe was still very comfortable and stylish! They keep my feet totaly warm and cozy! :)

i just got these uggs today and i already love them!!!! since i loved them so much i will be buying another product! i good thing about them is that you dont have to get the care kit to care for them(:

i love love love my knit boots, but i am unsure of the best way to care for them. cleaning and what not. Amy Suggestions??

I got these in black and I'm so glad that I did! The color and style makes them so easy to wear with a ton of different outfits, especially since you can wear it several different ways! It's basically like buying a couple pairs of boots for the price of one, it's great! I wear these so much, people probably think I don't have any other pairs of shoes! The only sad thing is that I bought the kids version because when I went to go get the adult version, they didn't have my size! I was so eager to get them that I just bought these without thinking. I think I'd like my pair better if I got the adult version so they'd have an extra button for some additional height. Regardless, they're still very nice and definitely one of my favorite boots.

I've had these boots for almost FOUR years now! I bought them way back when, I believe the color is called Plum or something... The GORGEOUS dark purple color has stayed perfect, no stains or anything. They do not wear out easily, like I was originally worried they would. My favorite way to wear them is all the way up over jeggings/tights. The only thing to be aware of is that if you plan on styling them down with two buttons undone, the top corner will drag the ground and become frayed and worn out. I saw it happen to a friend's. Mine however are still FABULOUS.

I recieved these boots for christmas last year and love them! ive worn these in the rain and never stain (even without the spray) i get so many compliments at school. goes great with sweat and skinny jeans/jegigngs! For christmas im getting another pair! i would so recomend the is everyone!

I LOVE this boot i just got them and they are adorbs!!! I also have the bailey buttons but those didn't hold up that well but these are amazing!!!! they are so cut and versatile and i wear them everyday. I LOVE my uggs!!!!!!!!

I wear this boot for everything! Whether I'm running errands, going to work, or going out with some friend. They are so warm but they don't make your feet too hot. Love, Love, LOVE!

I got these for my birthday and I love them! I kind of knew I was going to get them and I was so exctied when it was finally time for me to open them and get to put them on! They are so comfortable and warm, and look great with any pair of jeans I wear! These will be the boots I wear all winter!!

Hello to ALL, I just purchased my first pair of UGG's and I must say I am very impressed. I was thinking why didn't I have a pair long time ago??!! First, the shipment came pretty fast because I ordered them on Sunday and they came today which is Tuesday so I was pretty happy with that, Second; the moment I put them on, I fell in love. You might read different comments on here how women fell in love with their UGG's well its true... It's something I think comes natural the moment you put them on. ( LOL ) I have the BLACK CARDY and I plan on purchasing more!! Trust me if you plan to buy UGG's, it's worth every dollar!!

I love them sooo much! I sprayed them with normal UGG treatment spray cuz I've seen people who wear em that got stains... i treat extra careful since they're new and I'm hoping they wont stretch too much

I love these boots even though all UGG's are pricey this is totally worth the buy. I have worn my boots in the rain and my feet did not get wet. Also one morning I went to get breakfast so i put on my UGG's (no socks) and my feet stayed warm (it was 49 degrees).!
