I shopped with Zappos on several occasions. Each time I received excellent, fast, and cheerful service and great products. I especially appreciated that type of service during the hectic holiday season. I loved the little "love" notes added to our correspondence! I'll shop at Zappos before I shop anywhere else.

These were like wearing your favorite pair of comfy socks with a sole. They're warm and comfy. In true UGGs fashion, they were a bit flip flopish but all in all very comfortable. They are true to size.

I bought 3 pairs of these style Uggs for my daughter-in-laws for Christmas. They all loved them. One thought they ran a size too big. All loved the comfort, style and thought they were so cute. Again, very happy with Zappos, the only place and way to buy shoes.

The Ugg Classic Cardy is extremely comfortable. Very soft and versatile. I normally wear an 8.5, and ordered an 8. It's just a tad too big, but a 7 would have been too small, so I kept them and just got used to it. Would highly recommend this shoe.

I got these for Christmas from my husband, and I have to say I haven't really taken them off since. They are so comfortable.

Cannot believe the quick shipping! Placed my order late Monday night and they were on my doorstep Wednesday afternoon. I usually wear a 6.5 shoe so I ordered the 6 and they are perfect. I checked with the online chat customer service rep. before ordering to get their opinion on the size that I should order and that is the size they recommended. I have never felt a shoe so soft inside. This is my first pair of UGGs sand I imagine not the last!

The boots were just what I ordered and were delievered very quickly. Zappos is a great place to shop.

These are warm, flexible, attractive and fun to wear. I first saw them on my granddaughter, and I am now living in them myself!

I bought these for my 18 year old niece for her birthday and she loved them. She usually doesn't like trendy things, but these kept her feet warm and she got many compliments.

I got these Uggs for Christmas and I love them! They are super comfortable and super cute! I got these in navy blue and I love them! And BTW, when you first open them, I love the new shoe smell! I would recommend these Uggs to anyone!

I ordered the Charcoal Silver knit in the size I wear for the suede Ugg boot (8). I am typically a size 8.5 in a regular shoe and the size 8 suede Ugg fits me perfectly. The size 8 in this cardy boot fit just fine. I have a bit more room than I do with my suede Uggs which I assume is because of the knit nature of this boot. The Charcoal Silver color is fantastic.

My niece in Virginia really wanted a pair of real Uggs, so I looked at the different styles and decided to buy these for her 16th birthday. They're perfect for all sorts of weather conditions and can be worn different ways for a variety of looks; perfect for a teenager. She loves them and Zappos got them there on time even though I didn't order them until a few days before her birthday...thanks!

I love them. They are bigger than they seem though. When you wear them it looks like the horses with the fair and puff on near their hooves.

These were my first pair of classic style Uggs, and I am in love! They are my go-to shoe this winter and I get compliments every time I wear them. My true size (size 8) fit perfectly. I will say they are quite warm, and I find that when I wear light socks with them, that actually keeps my feet more comfortable than just bare feet, although I've done that as well and it's muy comfortable. Great boots. Highly recommend!

I got these today and I adore them. They felt big to size but if you wore thick socks you would probably be fine. They are not particularly warm in my opinion like other Uggs are that have the sheepskin inside the calf areas which I like since I live in Texas. You can wear them short or with the buttons and I liked wearing the two buttons and having the third slouch down. They are not small on the calves as other reviewers have stated. If I could sum it up in one sentence it would be that wearing these shoes is like wearing your most comfortable worn in sweater on your feet!

I ordered these as a gift. She absolutely loves them though they are huge on her! She wears a 7.5, so we ordered a 7: still way too big. We're going with a 6 and hope it fits better.

I have never owned a pair of Uggs before, and was reluctant to spend this much money on a pair of boots. But these turned out to be more than worth it. It is hard not to wear them every single day! I took everyone's advice and ordered a size down. For me this was much too small. Ordering true to size worked.

When I read these reviews it's clear people just don't get the sizing of Ugg boots. These boots are supposed to be snug when you get them! They stretch big time. I wear a 9 in classic Uggs (I have a true 9 1/2 foot) and need the 8 in the Cardys. People, give them a chance to stretch out if you wear them without socks.

These were ordered for my daughter who has very big feet and can't find anything to fit. She loves them and the shipping was very quick too.

I love Zappos! Ordered the UGG Classic Cardy boots in grey. They arrived in one day, as promised. They were a birthday gift for my daughter and she loves them. Exactly what she wanted. Fit is perfect and the style is awesome.

Love, love my UGGs! I have worn them folded down with my straight legged jeans tucked in and my boot cut jeans over the top. Either way they work! I also love wearing them pulled all the way up with tights and skirts. I have received tons of compliments and requests on where to find them. It's still a neutral color but not the standard boring black or brown.

I ordered 2 pairs of these boots, one for my daughter and one for myself. We both love them and would recommend them. They were delivered in a few days, much sooner than I thought.

Love these! Seriously, size down one size when ordering. I originally ordered my normal size, 7, and even with thick socks, they were way too big, I exchanged for a 6, and they are perfect, even with thick socks. I love these boots! They're so comfy and warm, and I love the way they look with jeans, leggings, etc. And Zappos service is beyond good; they are such a great company to deal with. The exchange was so easy.
