I adored these shoes when I got them from Zappos back in November (which was amazing customer service as per usual). However, I sadly was only able to wear them a handful of times until they stretched out so much that I can't wear them anymore. They no longer stay up and even wearing leggings under them, they fall right off. I definitely recommend going down a size because even if they fit right off the bat, they will get bigger.

I really wish they made these in 1/2 sizes. I ordered both the size 7 and 8. 7 was too small so I returned them, but after only a few weeks of use the 8 has already stretched out a bit and floats off my heel, causing me to trip! Also, there is a sharp thread somewhere inside the boot that irritates my foot. Bummer. Otherwise they are cute, just hard to get your size right.

I have been looking for these boots for 2 years after having seen them on someone at a coffee shop! I was soooo excited to finally find them for myself. ADORABLE!!!! Very comfortable and stylish. Love them!

These are my second pair of Uggs and I absolutely love them! Their comfortable and cute but I wouldn't recommend walking long distances in them. I made the mistake of ordering a size down but these Uggs are true to size. (If you wear a size 8, order a size 8.) But since I was ordering with Zappos, getting my correct size wasn't a problem. Free shipping both ways for 365 days? Zappos will always get my business!

This is a really cute style. It fit true to size. I ended up returning it for a sheepskin lined style, as I really wanted it for warmth, and the knit is not as warm as the sheepskin. Very cute, though!

Great good looking shoes, comfortable, and agreed with other reviews (which helped me decide on these shoes). But not meant for walking long distances. They are first and foremost slippers. I took them to San Francisco, and there was one day when I had accidentally worn these (and my other shoes I brought were left at a friend's home, I was unable to retrieve). Carless in San Francisco, I walked a lot, and my foot was slipping and sliding inside. Granted, they were comfortable as heck, but man, I was "clumping" around as it was like wearing big socks with a big flat sole stuck to the bottom of them. No blisters ever appeared, but I no matter how fast I clumped and walked, I couldn't keep up with the crowd's fast pace walking. Love them otherwise. Very flattering and warm. I spilled coffee on them and stained the wool part in places a bit here and there, but they're just darker spots that you can't notice too much anyways. I purchased the grey color.

Always easy to find what you want and get it quickly. This was a present for my 15 year old daughter - exactly what she wanted!

This was my 1st pair of Uggs and I absolutely love them. Very cute compared to other Uggs. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to wear them more than a handful of times because I live in Florida. These are super cute with some skinny jeans.

My daughter loves her new boots! She wears them every day! The delivery was prompt and convenient since they were delivered to my door. I plan to order again through Zappos. Very satisfied.

I love these boots, they keep my feet warm and are so comfortable. I'm planning on getting them in Navy.

Very warm, those with narrow feet may need to wear thicker socks.

I bought these boots for my daughter, but also tried them because we wear the same size. Usually we take a size 8, the 7 seemed snug and the 8 seem a little big prob 1/2 size. They are very comfortable and are definitely well made compared to other knock offs. I would definitely recommend them.

Love, love, love these boots even more than I was anticipating. The fur lining keeps my feet warm while also providing extreme comfort. They are also super-stylish. I like the option to pull them up or roll them down depending on the style of jeans that I pair with them. I followed the advice of other customers to size down to the nearest whole-size if in-between sizes. I'm a solid 8 1/2 so the size 8 fit me perfectly! Best boots ever!

These are great boots. They are very comfortable. I wore them all over the Sundance Film Festival and felt trendy and warm.

Totally in love! These shoes are like walking on a cloud. Super cute and warm too. I live in a pretty hot area, but these shoes keep my toes warm without being too hot (no one wants sweaty feet). I have a high arch, but I did not have any problems with support.

These are seriously the most comfortable shoes ever! I read all of the reviews about sizes and decided to get a size 8 (I normally wear 8 1/2 to 9) and they fit perfectly. As I have worn them (which is nearly every day) I have noticed that they have become looser in the heel and they slip just a bit when I walk - not enough to cause a blister or anything, but it is noticeable. Even with the slight slip in the heel, they are so comfy! And, I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

I got these for my 18 year old granddaughter she loves them. They were a perfect fit.

Cute, comfortable - they definitely won't stay knee high if you wear them long with the buttons fastened all the way up, they'll slouch, but I wear mine folded over anyway. Also, important to remember they are not waterproof!

Recently I purchased the Classic Cardy. What a comfort these boots have given me already. The ease of style and function are unsurpassed and, is has made these boots my favorite. Slip in and go is my motto with these great boots. Thank you Zappos for the overnight shipping, that is really cool.

Love my new boots. Zappos was wonderful to deal with. The boots were delivered quickly. The operator was really nice. And worked out of the USA.

These boots are so cute, and I get lots of compliments every time I wear them (I've only worn them up all the way so far). I have skinny calves and did notice that one boot seems bigger around the top than the other and doesn't quite stay up all the way, but it doesn't bother me enough to send them back. I am normally an 8 and ordered the 7. I'm glad I did b/c without socks they fit great!
