Originally I was not a fan of Uggs, they are not the most flattering boots. But I really like the knit boot it has a different look than the classic. I have a wide foot and high arches normally I wear a 9 or 8½W and the 8 fits great. If you are looking for arch support this is not the boot for you but for light walking and something to keep you warm they do the job! I am tempted to buy another pair and they will definitely be from Zappos.

When pulled up weight of knit tend to pull down on my pants. Also rather stiff sole with no support.

This boot was larger than the size I wear. I wear size 9 but should have ordered size 8. Overall they were comfortable and really nice in fashion.

So I love, love these boots! I first discovered them around 2012 and those pair are still kicking! I wanted some in another color since those had held up so well, and thankfully I was able to locate them on Zappos. They look and feel to be the exact boot I wanted and have in a different color. However after about 8 months, some of the fibers start to come loose around the sole. It looks a bit tacky and considering I haven’t even had them a year, is disappointing to say the least considering my 2012 models don’t even have this issue. Luckily I am able to have them replaced. It’s been not longer than 12 months since I received the replacements, and the thread around the “Ugg” tag on the back of one of the boots is all frayed. Cutting the frayed part off would only worsen the appearance it seems. So while I love the comfort of these, unfortunately the quality has really gone downhill.

The comfort of this boot is good; however, I was disappointed with the overall look. I wanted to wear it as a tall boat, but it does not stay put like you see in the photos on the UGG website. It slouches as you walk and ultimately looks better when folded. Also, the boot almost has a winged look to it as there is too much material beyond the buttons. I am considering sewing it down. I would not buy this product again just based on the overall appearance.

I like the looks of these shoes, but I have a very high arch, and the shoes felt too tight on the top. The seam that goes across the top limits the flexibility of the material. I could get them, but I could tell that they wouldn’t be comfortable after wearing them all day. I do not have this issue with another pair of UGGs that are a different style.

This boot looks great and are perfect for cool days. However I might have ordered the wrong size because they do not wrap around my foot the way I thought. Other uggs are nice and secure while I feel like my foot is not supported in this one

I love the color (I got the grey) and versatility of this boot; however, it conforms and shows the shape of your foot. It also stretches with wear which results in a feeling of the shoe flopping when you walk. The boot is very warm, cozy and stylish. I would recommend a half size smaller than your regular shoe size.

I really want to like these because they're so darn cute (enough to make me finally give in to the Uggs craze!) but, even at a full size smaller than I usually wear, my heel slips. The odd thing is that everything else seems to fit pretty well, with the exception of maybe being a bit wide... hmmm. I really wish there were half sizes available. Thank goodness Zappos has an excellent return policy because I'm not sure if these guys will be hanging around or not. :(

This is an adorable boot that's super comfy and it feels like your wearing slippers, that is until you start walking. Once I start walking I'm basically dragging the boot. I feel like a child in that respect, like a lazy college kid, dragging my feet, because the boot is quite heavy (the sole), and the upper is basically a knit, so there is no support or strength to hold your foot in properly... but it's too cute to give back. :)

I bought these twice. First in size 7, they felt way too small. So I returned them for an 8. The 8 still feels a little tight with socks, but too loose without socks. I own 2 other pairs of UGG boots and absolutely love them, they are both a size 8. These boots have a different fit for sure. I really like my regular UGGs better. But Zappos does an amazing job with exchanges!

After seeing several girlfriends wear these and look super cute while doing so, I excitedly bought my own pair. Unfortunately, my impression of them is very "meh." They look pretty cute, but they're not that comfortable. I bought a size 6, which is what I usually get in Uggs, but they felt way too loose. I wear my other Uggs without socks, but I have to wear socks with these to get them to kind of stay on my heels. Even then, they sometimes still manage to "eat" my socks while I'm walking. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn't buy them again. I'd probably go with the Bailey three-button instead.

These boots have no structure or stability. They are just soles with a sweater. So when you walk, your foot slides all over the place. They are really beautiful. They just need structure.

I'm returning these shoes. However, I bought the ones in gray and I love them. I don't care for the gold thread in them. I don't think I would get as much wear out of them as I would a solid pair and I don't think these are appropriate even for casual Friday in my office. They do slouch a bit. Sometimes I have to pull them up (I don't wear them folded over). I thought the sizing was fine. I tend to wear anywhere from a 9-10 in women's shoes and the 9 worked great for me.

They really are super cute and warm and comfy but the knit fabric gets loose and is inconsistent between shoes. Some are too loose on the calf. And the ones that seem to fit loosen up and droop. And there's no way to tighten them if they're too loose. Unless you have big calves, you might not look good with the cuff turned up.

Good boots, but they collect dog hair like crazy. Not great with two dogs. Also you slip a little in them.

If you have small calves, these will be cute. Mine aren't huge but the buttons stick out on the side and make them look huge! I am just not crazy about these and will be sending them back.

Not worth the money because they get dirty and full of lint too quickly. Would not buy another pair.

They are my first Uggs, but after one wear I have to say I feel cheated because there is no lining in the leg portion of the Cardy style and the wool is itchy! So the only way to wear them is over jeans or leggings. Trying to sell them now on Craigslist for a fraction of what I paid for them. Wahhhh. Want the all suede style now. They are fuggly but the sheepskin feels really snuggly and does not sweat! Pretty amazing.

I have been happy with Ugg footwear in the past. They are well made, attractive when worn despite the clunky look, and surprisingly comfortable after hours of wear. The sheepskin does not roast the feet. This model the cardy has been a disappointment for my daughter because the shaft will not stay up. I think Ugg's knit products should have size options for the circumference. She should have checked the circumference data offered on all of Zappos' descriptions of Ugg boots, the only web site to have so many details about their products. One boot was wider than the other, even though both were marked correctly. These boots are now made in China, and their fit and quality shows it.

I wanted to love this boot but it was so uncomfortable. I live in London and I walk everywhere so a comfortable boot is a must. This boot has zero ankle support and felt as if they were sliding off my heel with every step.

This boot looked good in photos, but fit very awkwardly. I have narrow feet and calves and my feet and legs felt like they were drowning inside even though length wise it was the correct size. They just didn't stay put and my heels slid out with every step. Also the "sweater" upper part was itchy.

I had to return these boots because although there were really cute and stylish, I could not wear them for comfort. I am a 10.5-11 in show size normally so I ordered a 10 in these boots which was the perfect fit as far as length. However, the sweater type material of the boot made it so the width was wider than normal and my heel kept sliding out when I walked in them. Also, you have to wear jeans or leggings under them if you want to wear them rolled all the way up your leg. Rolled down is cute, however the support is horrible on your foot and around your ankle as well.
