They run big and the heel runs big as well. My daughter's foot slipped out of the heel and we will not be able to keep them. Super cute, just don't fit and the fact they don't come in 1/2 sizes doesn't help.

I waited 3 years before jumping on the Ugg bandwagon because I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money or that I really liked them to be honest. The weather finally got cold here and I decided to order the boots. Most of the reviews said to order a size down which I did and I have no issues. I wear a 9 and ordered the 8 and it fits perfect. The fuzzy liner inside is soft and warm but bunches up under my toes and bugs me a little. I wear socks with my boots so that might be why. The 3 stars for overall is because I have to tug to get them and I worry that the knit fabric will stretch out over repeated use. I do love that I can wear them tall or short, it makes it nice to mix it up.

This boot is beautiful and super comfy looking and feeling! It fits FAR more like a slipper though than an outdoor boot. I normally wear an 8.5-9 in normal shoes and a 8 in UGGs. I ordered a 8 and my foot slipped all around like I was wearing a slipper. The boot also felt much wider than normal and there was absolutely no arch support. This would be good to wear around the house but it is not comfortable as a shoe to walk around outside in. For the money, I didn't find this worth it and returned it.

These are super cute. Ordered a size smaller than I normally wear and they fit, but my heel kept slipping up with every step, so unfortunately, they're going back.

Would be perfect if they made 1/2 sizes. Really sad I have to return it. It really is a lovely boot.

Love the look, but my foot was swimming in it. That being said, I have really narrow feet. Though classic UGGS fit me just fine.

These are nice boots but they are not for me, I read the description and reviews, got the right size, but I thought the lining material was solid like a cardboard or plastic. It is just a fabric lining. I can tell that these boots will really stretch on the foot part and get really out of shape. I am returning them.

I have mixed feelings about these boots. On the one hand, I think it's really cute; I like the cardigan style, the buttons have nice detailing, and the boots themselves are warm and have good traction. On the other hand, they are FAR LESS comfortable than any pair of Ugg boots I have ever worn. Part of this is due to sizing; usually I wear a 7.5/8 in shoes, 7 in Uggs, but I really wish I had gone down to a 6 in these. Yes- if you wear a 7.5, do NOT buy these in a 7. Just go for the 6. A bigger part is the material. The classic cardy- unlike the classic Ugg or even the more tightly-woven lattice cardy- has a lot of elasticity in the top of the foot. That means when you lift your foot, the boot doesn't mold to your foot the same way, and you wind up having to lift and place your feet much more carefully, or risk dragging the boot or catching the toe on an escalator (guilty). They don't mold naturally to your foot the way a regular Ugg does. If there were any way to return this product, or return it for a 6 (to see if a smaller size would alleviate the elasticity issue), I would do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, it took me actually wearing them out to really notice the downsides. Learn from my mistakes, and order 1.5-2 sizes down, or just buy a different pair of boots. Really cute, but not worth the cost and irritation.

Wanted to like these because so many people rave about their Uggs. Just not for me. Prefer something more stylish and I've gotta have something with great arch support. Of the Uggs I've seen these seem more stylish than most but didn't really care for them. More of like an overly expensive slipper.

These are my fourth pair of Uggs. I am a natural size 10 but in Uggs I always order down one size (9). This is not the case with these cardys. They were entirely too small and my big toe was so cramped that you could see it since these boots are sheer. The other issue is I have very tiny ankles and small calves. They would not stay up - yes, I could wear them folded down but I was unable to wear them upright. Also it is very difficult to get the buttons into the button holes. If you have skinny legs, these boots will not work for you.
