I wear a size 9 and ordered an 8 and 9 to try. The 9 worked much better for length, my toes were too crowded in the 8. My heel slips, but I can easily prevent that by wearing knee-high socks and folding them down and under my heel. So it is like I have a double layer on my heel but single around my toes. If I lived in a colder climate I would just wear two pairs of socks, but then my toes may get crowded. I have narrow heels, high arch, wide toe box, about 14½" calves, 5'10". These are extremely comfortable in all respects. Could have better arch support. Not too hot for Winter down South, but also keeps you warm in real cold (I tried them in 25° weather and they were great). I put spray weather protector on them but try not to wear them in rain. They did not stretch as much as everyone says, so that was good. I mainly got them because I am newly pregnant and I wanted shoes that had some give to them if my feet or legs swell. So far so good!

I reallly like these boots. Very stylish and love the fact you can wear them either up or down. It has not been cold enough here yet, so I can not comment on how warm they are. I usually wear a size 9, but after reading other reviews, I ordered a size 8 which fits perfectly.

Love these boots. Wear them short or long. If you do wear them over jeans alot they will stretch out though.

Fits too big. I tried to contact Zappos online to change for a size 10 and for different COLOR but none were able to assist me. Kept insisting i had to call customer service which is very inconvenient since i don't have phone service. Only have online access so i had to keep this big boots.

These are very comfy but know that if you have narrow feet, the heel is very wide. I have added arch supports AND a cushion to my 10s (my truest size is 10 1/2 AA) and now they fit, albeit still a bit wide in the heel.

I ordered a size lower (I am a 6 and ordered a 5), it feels a little snug at the toe; hoping it will stretch out like the other reviews say. Color and quality are great though!

I wear 6.5 and read the reviews suggesting to buy down a size for Uggs, but I had to return the size 6 I ordered for a size 7, so if you're new to Uggs maybe try them on in store first before ordering on Zappos. Otherwise, very comfortable and the color is basically the color shown in the picture with just a little more of a blue-purple shade than the grape purple shown -- I find it very nice.

Very comfortable and a cute boot. I love the versatile style with this. I only wish the toe area were a little harder for protectection. You sometimes get that sock with a rubber sole feeling. Overall I love these boots.

I wear a 7½ so I ordered a 7 and I think they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and warm even though the wool is only on the bottom. I prefer to wear these pulled all the way up and not folded down and sometimes they slouch a bit. I guess that is "in" right now anyway, huh?
