I love these boots. They are the most comfortable footwear I own. I am normally a size 8 and the 7s were perfect.

These are absolutely adorable! I needed to go a size down in them. I'm a size 8 in my other pair of Ugg's and in all other shoes as well, but needed a 7 in them. Super cute and comfy! Highly recommend!

Love LOVE these boots! I ordered a size down because that's what I did for the short Uggs I bought a couple of years ago, this style seems to run true to size. I got them in less than a week and was bummed that they didn't fit. I ordered the correct size and was ready to "patiently" wait the 5 days for them to come. Zappos upgraded my shipping, I ordered them Thursday and they were at my door Friday! I love the grey color, they are soft and super warm. Perfect for sitting many hours in the hockey arena... Cute with skinny jeans or a skirt and tights.

Nice boots! They have many styling options. It can either be worn up or cuffed down adding a little variety depending on your style. Want to buy one more - chestnut. They are full size larger than marked. Zappos delivered it overnight! That's cool!

Love the color, but found it ran a little small. I have other UGGS and the 6 fit perfectly and these are not stretching and are unfortunately too short.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. I have to keep her from wearing them every day. It's nice the way you can wear them up or fold them down.

I just received these gorgeous black Ugg Bailey Button Triplet boots and I really love them. Deep, rich black color makes them easy to dress up or down with them. These are the most comfortable shoes I have even though I usually have hot/sweaty feet and high arches. That doesn't matter in these boots. The sheepskin really does wick away the moisture at the same time they are super cozy - your feet will never get cold in these! The inside has enough fluffy wool to make up for some of the arch support; however, they are flat footed. I am sure I can put an arch support in them if I had to. I want another pair in another color!

I absolutely love this boot. It fFits true to size and is so comfortable. Lately the Uggs I have been buying seem less soft on the inside but that is not true of this boot. The lining feels extra soft. I never want to take these off!

Got these today. Shipped and delivered fast. Great surprise to come home from work to. They're gorgeous. The color is true to what Zappos shows. I put them on with socks (I wear socks regardless of brand/type of shoe) and they fit like a glove. I don't like super snug shoes either, so even if they stretch out I don't care. They make my feet look massive (like most boots) but they're absolutely adorable! All I need is Uggs' care kit and I'll be getting another pair very soon! Thank you Zappos! I ordered my size because any time I follow the shoe recommendations I end up sending them back anyway (too small, too big).

Cute, cushy, comfy! This is my second pair of Uggs and I love them. They seem more true to size than my original tall pair (had to go down a size.) I got them in black and they are nice and dark. There are no negatives for me, but if someone needs true arch support these may not be a good choice. Just remember, no socks -- hard to get used to, but the comfort factor and temperature control is unbeatable.

This boot is beautiful! However, the previous reviews said this boot runs large and to order a size smaller. This did not hold true for me. So I am now returning the boot and ordering my true size.

These are perfect. I love Uggs, they are indestructible and always great quality. I was going to order the regular tall boot in grey but thought that these would be a little different and they are, just perfect. They are well worth the money

I bought these boots in grey, and I love them! They are super comfortable and great for cold winters. I wanted something a little different from the normal (and frankly, and little boring) tall Uggs, so I bought the Bailey Button. The buttons make them so cute and they look great with skinny jeans or leggings. I highly recommend these boots! They are worth every penny.

They do run true to the Ugg size (which is one whole size down) and when you wear them the way you're supposed to, bare foot, Oh My Word, are they clouds for your feet! I love the look of the Bailey Triplet button in the chestnut and grey. They look amazing with any outfit and fit nicely over jeans. Even jeans that are boot cut. So cozy! I live in the Midwest, so these will be wonderful for winter. I normally wear a 9.5 or a 9, but the size 9 fits perfectly.

Best UGG shoes ever. These are so extremely snug and comfortable. I wish I could wear them everyday.

These boots are so warm and fashionable!! The only thing I would recommend is to definitely spray them every year before the cold weather to help protect them from liquids. I've had mine for a little over a year now and they are still in great shape!!

Very nice, wanted to replace my old pair with the back braid but they do not make those anymore. Only issue is the pure wool they are now using feels inferior to the old wool they used to use. Also a different color wool, a bit lighter.

Just received my gray Bailey Button Triplets. I love everything about them except the quality. Definitely not made as plush/well made as my older Uggs. The fit is perfect though. I usually wear a 71/2 and the 7 fits just fine. Still on the fence about keeping them as I am concerned about the quality of the product. Great Zappos service!
