I walk in these all over the city and almost as comfy as my running shoes (ankle of course a little stiff because they're boots). Love them! I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9, and the 9 fit me perfect. So if you tend to run in between sizes go for the larger size. I love how the boot adjusts for my calf size to make the perfect fit. Other girls are always checking them out, which is the best compliment!

This boot exceeded my expectations! They day after I got them I wore them for 22 hours including 8 hours of flying and they were extremely comfortable! Moving back to Alaska soon and these boots will be great in the wetter conditions! Much more stylish than I thought they would be too. As some previous comments stated the ankle is a bit wide but overall a great boot!

Great boots! They fit like a glove on my feet from day #1 and so comfy. Zappos got them to me really quick so will be shopping for more shoes from them. These boots are definitely made for walkin' in style and comfort.

Same problem as the other Keen boots I ordered, too tight across the foot. The boot itself is awesome, I wanted to keep them so bad and kept hoping if I wore them around the house long enough they would losen up but alas I had to give up and send them back. Hopefully someday keen will recognise the tall ladies with big feet.

Very cute, and they looked well built and sturdy without being clunky. However, there were a little too snug around my muscular runner's calves. The boot itself was a fairly tight fit as well, but I did get my foot into it and it was comfortable once it was in there.

These boots look great, but they cut into my ankles. I orderd my usual size and it is a tiny bit snug so I am ordering the next size up to see if that help.

Great looking and best of all comfortable. Fits true to size (even put superfeet in). Unfortunately tough to tuck many jeans/pants with any slight bit of bulk or even a tiny bit of flair, but doable with thinner and pencil-tight jeans. Traction on sole doesn't look great, but haven't tried them in the ice and snow. Overall, a nice boot.

I bought these to travel to London. I wore them for a couple hours at a time before the trip to break them in (the leather was a bit stiff around the ankle), and they were always comfortable. I walked a couple hours the first day with no problem, but walked about 6 hours the next day, and started to develop a blister on my ankle (even though I wore thick socks). I guess that's to be expected with so much walking, but I was a bit disappointed. I weather and proofed them before I left, and they stood up well to the typical London rain. They're a great looking boot, though, and blister and all I'm glad I made the purchase.

I absolutely loved the style of this boot! Unfortunately, my 16" athletic calves were in no way being zipped into this boot. Too bad, I was surprised by how much I liked them!

These boots are super comfy, as comfy as sneakers or regular Keens. The leather is substantial and I think they will last a long time. Love the buckles. My calves are slim so they look best with pants inside. I can wear them with a long skirt, but with a shorter skirt, there's too much gapping at the top.

Just got these boots and they are cute on, but way to tight over the arch of my foot. I am a Keen fan and have several pair, I order a size 9 and they usually fit great. I'm going to try the Shelby Hi boot, hope they fit better. ;-)

These boots are staple in my wardrobe this season. Every time I wear these boots, I get compliments. The first couple of times I wore them, they were a bit tight across the balls of my feet (I have wide feet and these don't come in W), but now they have stretched slightly and are perfectly comfortable. They fit over leggings and skinny jeans and the purplie color is beautiful with everything - browns, blacks, and everything in between. Two thumbs up.

I have not had any calf length boots in many years. I love Keens and thought this pair might work for me. I have muscular calves and have never found any other boots that fit comfortable. These boots have a bit of stretch at the top so they can adjust to your size. At first they were a bit snug but after wearing them a bit they loosened up. The foot portion is typical Keen footbed and felt great. These are great casual knock around all purpose kind of boots. I think I will enjoy them for many years.

I spent a lot of time researching different boot options and finally chose these Keen boots. Overall, I am super impressed with the fit and have no complaints. In the past, I have had issues with my calves being too wide for tall boots but these fit great with room to spare. They have formed to my feet nicely and are super comfortable to wear all day and night. I know some people have commented on the bottom tread but I see no issue with wearing them all winter. I highly recommend purchasing these!

I could not find these boots in stores where I live. I ordered these boots in the Purplie color from the reviews. I am glad I ordered a half size up but the width is good for my extra wide foot. The color is a good neutral that can be worn with brown or black. I have a very muscular calf and with a little tugging got them zipped over my skinny jeans. Very comfortable for walking but a little slouchy in the ankle. I am looking forward to wearing these for many years!

I so wanted to love these boots, but they just didn't fit. The style is great, and the Keen footbed is wonderful, even if only because you can remove it and add your own if you wish. Unwisely, I only read the reviews that said the calf was huge and assumed these would fit my wide calves. Had I read the product details, I would have seen the actual circumference and avoided ordering these. My calves are 16.5 inches around, and these boots were only able to be zipped up with another person to help me pull the sides together. This is obviously not a tenable situation for my circulation, comfort, or ability to get ready in the morning by myself! Also, the boot is kind of short compared to other boots, so that's something to take into account. Because Keen is known for comfort and because their shoes accomodate a variety of foot sizes, I'm disappointed that they don't offer this boot in a wide calf size. I'm giving them 4 stars for the lack of that option, but these are a great pair of boots for someone other than me who has much smaller calves. So sad that I had to send these back! I ended up trading them for the Born Massi, which are also comfy, but not quite as cute as these.

Oh, how I wanted these boots to work for me. I loved the purple color and the fact that they were great everyday, wear comfortably with jeans or a skirt boot. But I could not get these boots to work for me. The leather around the ankle is quite loose and as I walked in the boots, the leather would crease and poke into my skin. Yes, they may have broken in over time and maybe thicker socks would make it less obvious but I'd rather start out feeling good about a pair of Keens and not hope that they'll be more comfortable than they initially feel. Still searching for the perfect boot.

The buckle comes off as a nice feature allowing you to adjust the size of the shaft but you really can't (try to make it smaller and the elastic bunches uncomfortably and I can't imagine having it stretched out would be any more comfortable) also a lot of extra room in front of ankle that I wouldn't expect in a boot with a full length zipper.

Major bummer: I love Keens and I was excited to get this boot. The leg opening was given, and I measured myself, but I could not zip these boots. Sorry I'm not a waif! I've always had this problem and it is really disappointing.

I've been looking to replace older Keen boots that I love for a while, so I decided to give these a try. I have thin calves and slender legs, and these did not work at all for me. Around my foot, they felt great and were super-comfy, but my leg was swimming in them and they just looked silly. They are also pretty stiff and sporty-looking, and wear more like a snow boot than something that might work with dresses or skirts. (Which I had been hoping for.) I returned these, and I'll keep trying.

I own Keen sandals in a 9.5. I don't wear them with socks. Since I was ordering the boots for winter, I thought I'd give myself more "wiggle" room, and ordered the size 10. I'm glad I did. They feel yummy on, very chic. I won't know how they hold up to the elements, here in Maine, for several weeks, but I'm fairly confident I'm going to be glad I have them. And the purple? Non traditional, and I'm glad I went with it.

I am happy with these boots, and will be happy if they last for several years. They are a little more casual than I anticipated, and when I walked for 4+ miles in them, they gave me blisters. But I should have worn thicker socks.

I love the boots and they're perfect for winter. The calves were a little tight but not enough for me to send them back. They stretched within a week or two. I am still breaking them in and I've had them about a month, but they are comfortable.

Just got these today. The brown leather is very pretty and darker than expected or shown (a good thing!) but very stiff. This is my first pair of leather boots, maybe ever (I usually buy fake leather to save money), so maybe leather is always stiff. They feel sort of like casts! On my feet! I needed something that looked good with fleece jackets & jeans as well as nicer tops as I'm a mom running around in a minivan, but I didn't want hiking/rugged either. These definitely fit the bill, but wish the foot part was more shaped. It's sort of pod-like. I'm petite, not overweight, but have "sturdy" ankles and wider calves, so I have a terrible time finding boots that actually fit. These fit well around my calves but I can't tuck my boot cut jeans in. They're comfortable and definitely warm. I'm keeping these for sure but hope they break in and get softer, especially around the ankles where it's so stiff. These are not dress-up boots but I'd wear them with my jean skirts & tights, leggings, skinny jeans, and under boot cut pants and jeans. If they are actually water resistant, what a bonus!
