Great snow boots. Very functional and kept my paws warm in Park City. The only very minor complaint I have is the insert tends to follow your foot out when you're taking them off. Would have been good if it was attached to the inside or tab at the heel to attempt to keep it in place. Otherwise, very solid. Would recommend.

Bought these for my 15 year old son. He liked the style and they were wide enough in the foot for his wide-width size 12 feet, but he said they felt uncomfortably snug across the ankle/heel and loosening the laces didn't fix it. Perhaps that is a width issue back towards the heel (he wears a EE width). Good boots, but not the fit he needed.

I had a pair that I used for a couple of years for hunting in snowy areas . The country was pretty rocky and Sorel does not have steel shanks so my feet were completely sore after each day on the rocky trails. I gave them away and replaced them with Brownings that had steel shanks and heavy cleated soles and that saved my feet from feeling bruised at the days end.

I ordered one size larger, good idea, they run a little small, no pull tab at back of insert and have to unlace very loose to get boot pulled on. Too bad they did not put a pull tab on insert, also pull tab (loop) on outer boot shell is so small your finger wont go through it, will add our own leather pull string. A definite overlook on Sorels side...but Zappos shipping was spot on again, delivered as advertised, UPS in our blizzard #2, great job Zap!

Very warm boots, but incredibly difficult to put them on and to walk in them because they are so stuff and bulky.

I had high hopes for this boot. Once they were on, they feel great. I knew they would be warm and I appreciated that they were not super clunky. However, I had to fight with them to get them on. If I put them on with the liner inside, it got shoved to the bottom of the boot. So, I had to remove the liner, put it on, then put the boot on. That worked, but it was no picnic. The laces had to be loosened from top to bottom then of course, re-tightened. I envisioned having to devote several minutes just to get the boots on every time I wanted to wear them. Just didn't seem worth it.

I have real mixed feelings about these boots. While I absolutely love the look and feel, the fact that the liner comes out every. single time. I take them off absolutely drive me nuts! They say it's so you can wash it in case it starts stinking, but in the meantime it annoying as heck!

Second pair of sorel - thinking first time was just back luck. Nope. Second pair of Sorels. Both leak. Unacceptable!

Left boot leaked through the sole the 2nd time I wore them and first time I wore them in wet snow!

When I ordered these boots, I really thought they would save me from the cold snowy northeastern weather, however to my dismay I cannot even fit these boots. I am a size 13 which is the size that I bought however the inner lining of the shoes that keep the feet warm prevents me from even putting them on my feet. I have not tried on the shoes until now, it has snowed out and for the life of me it is impossible to put these boots on. I like the look of them but sadly I must return them and slip/slide in the snow this morning. I really wish that Zappos would comment on how the inner part of the boot can cause the size to be smaller.
