The leather appeared stained like a pen burst all over it (probably: leather was not dyed uniformly) when it arrived. The material on the inside of the bag (some kind of plastic-y polyester stuff) is really noisy. The piece on the leather strap that controls length broke pretty quickly, so I can't use the strap any more.

I love this bag and have received many compliments on it. However, after about a month of use, one of the shoulder strap anchors broke off. Luckily Kenneth Cole has a repairs shop that I'm going to try - I really loved this bag. Am using an old handbag to carry my laptop now, but it's not nearly as comfortable and spacious as this great bag.

I received this bag as a gift two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the metal buckle on the shoulder strap broke this morning on my way to work. I had loved the bag for the short time that I've had it, but now realize that the quality is not as good as I had thought. Buyer beware!

Bag was great to start but wore out quickly. Lining on the inside ripped at several seams and the pockets became useless. The Velcro strap on the inside also sticks to the lining and created a large hole in the lining. The leather quality is good but I have to buy a new bag after less than two years.
