These are so comfortable! My Asics Gel running shoes were making the balls of my feet sore after only a month or so of wear, so I ordered an assortment of new shoes from Zappos and these felt the best. They are marketed as trail shoes, but I am a sidewalk/bike path runner (six miles a day) and these shoes are working great. My feet are fairly narrow and I have high arches. These were a good fit without additional inserts. The color is unusual, but I really like it.

I love these shoes. I just needed half a size larger. It provides nice arch support and is very comfortable. They look better in person!

I have been using these shoes for about nine months, and they are great. They are very comfortable, provide great arch support, and I like the look of them. I use them for walking and running on a gravel trail and cement. I have not had any problems.

These shoes are super comfortable and true to size! I wear them hiking a lot in Colorado and get many compliments. I love the color, it's very cute! I would buy these shoes again!

These shoes are hot hot hot! I ordered them for the color, thought I would just try them out, not really thinking that they would be keepers. Boy was I wrong! Not only are they cute and sassy looking and they are very comfortable, lots of cushioning and arch support. They hang on to my feet very well. My feet are typical of a woman's foot-narrow in the heel, wide in the forefoot. I typically have a hard time finding athletic shoes that fit and are comfortable. But these sure work well! I love them a lot!

Hard to go wrong with Adidas. These are comfortable from the first time they go on your feet. Versatile shoe for street, trail and beach running.

I love these shoes! They are very cute and extremely comfortable. The Response Trail are my favorite running shoes. I just wish they came in more colors.

I have loved the Trail Response shoe for years, but can't find them locally. They fit great, the darker colors don't show dirt and they are light for a trail shoe. I don't run trail, but do run in wet, snowy conditions a lot and these shoes hold up great.

They were very comfortable when i first put them on, but then felt discomfort on top of right foot. Had to pull up and fold my sock over for 2-3 weeks; now they are perfect! Love 'em.

Nice sneaker. I run/walk a couple of miles 3-4 times/week in them. I didn't have to break them in and they have a nice way of "hugging" your ankle.

I found these shoes very stiff for me. I am very light (100 lbs) and I think these would be good for a heavier runner.

I have always run in Adidas shoes and generally stick with the Response. Thought they were super comfortable at first. Each time I have worn them after that initial run, I have ended up with HUGE blisters on my heels. Disappointed.

Buyer beware! These shoes are marked as a "Trail" shoe but they are anything but. The first time I put them on I slid all over my hard wood floors! How can a trail shoe not be secure on hard wood? I took outside and same thing on porch, walk and concrete. I cover treacherous terrain on my trail runs and cannot trust a shoe where I cannot walk secure in my own house let alone my driveway and expect these shoes to stick to rocks and wet terrain. My Asics Nimbus 13's are awesome but thought I would try an actual "trail" shoe. These do not compare at all to the quality of my Asics. I run, jump, and can fly down very steep terrain (extremely rocky terrain) in my Asics and never slip but these shoes had no grip, no suction, no traction? I can't believe no one mentioned this in the reviews I read before I purchased. They also were almost a 1/2 size "larger". It didn't bother me much when I put them on... didn't notice it that much from comfort in the big size but thought it strange since usually sizes are smaller if they differ at all. I held it up to my Asics Nimbus and was clearly a 1/2 size longer in the toe and almost a full size to a Nike I just purchased (trying out). Both the Nike and this are going back. Thus far nothing compares to the quality and comfort of the Asics Nimbus. I just bought the Nimbus 13's by the way...they are much better than the 11's and 12's. I recommend them. They are cushy, breathable, light weight, grip like super glue, have great traction and speed and energy to them. Plus I like the new fuchsia/yellow on them. Try these once Zappos gets them. I love the Asics. Never tried Adidas before. What a disappointment. My high heels have more traction than these do.

I love Adidas but I don't love these shoes. The back doesn't feel deep enough so that my foot feels like its coming out of the back. The arch support is not good. I wore these walking for four day sightseeing and my foot hurt so badly. I have worn Adidas for the past 10 years and have never experienced anything like this before. I am extremely disappointed. I wish I could return them.

I've been wearing Adidas Response Trail since high school, about 15 years ago (ahem) and I am a regular wearer of Adidas for other sports shoes and apparel as well. I'm a casual wearer- I don't trail run, per se, but run on the bridle path at Central Park and around the city. My favorite feature is all the cushioning- this shoe has always supported my foot well and feels like I'm walking on a cloud. Very comfortable, will purchase again. Also, I love the colors- the pink is very bright and pretty and I receive many compliments on them.

This is a fabulous shoe for walking the streets of a big city (Paris, for example) as well as for serious hiking. Descending on a steep incline near Chamonix, my ankles were very stable. My feet did not slide to the bottom of the shoe and therefore toes were protected. And, they are gorgeous. Will buy these again.

Great shoe. I've been wearing Response Trail for over a decade and I love the support and sturdy feel of the shoe. The color is perfect too - it's a little more 'hot pink' than the picture seems to indicate, which looks great against the grey.

I use custom, rigid orthodics for arch support, and these sneakers are amazing for the use with them. There is ample room for my feet and my inserts. I am ordering my 2nd pair because they're a gem. Also, they are very cushioned and are a pleasure to wear.

I run on roads and dirt paths a lot and I have always liked how Adidas fit. These didn't disappoint! They are extremely light and the toe box is wide so toes don't feel cramped after a 6 mile run. Lots of support in the heel and arch and lots of cushion. Plus, you can't beat the hot pink color! it's a winner!

I tried on 7 pairs of running shoes before going with these. They were by far the most comfortable and supportive of the bunch. I feel like I am walking on air when they are on. I walk\/run 3 miles a day on the street\/sidewalk. I need a shoe with some cushion which is why I opted for these over the other shoes I tried. Really like the color\/style too.
