This is my first purchase of the Barricade 6.0. I have purchased five pairs of the 5.0s. I like the 6.0 but it fits tighter that the previous style. I would recommend that you buy this shoe 1/2 size larger than your normal shoe size.

Great workout shoes. Took about a week to break in but after they were perfect. Multi use shoes for lifting weights, stationary bike, basketball without changing shoes. Will get again.

Bought this shoe over New balance's top tennis sneaker. The Barricade has a nice snug fit and very comfortable. These replace my Barricade 5.0 which are still going strong after a few years.

My husband wore his new shoes, and loves them. He was happy with previous style and thinks these are just as comfortable.

Excellent tennis shoe but very firm and heavy. Much more support that other tennis shoes (K-Swiss and Nike). Barricades are known for a firm heavy fit and this version is no different but I would say is the best Barricade version to date.

Excellent shoe, comfortable out if the box. I had tried similar priced shoes from New Balance and Asics and this shoe was the best. I do have narrow feet. I am a 4.5 all court player. The only complaint is that they are a little noisy on hard surface but then that may be a benefit as it may distract the opponents.

I needed shoes that would help keep my foot stable. I roll a bit to the outside. These shoes helped a lot. They needed a bit to break in. Overall these are great shoes!

I really like this shoe. I have had other pairs of Adidas in the past and these have probably been holding up the longest. I would say if you have the money get these shoes because they are well worth the money. The majority of my friends use these shoes for tennis and they have had them for a long time and have had no problems with them. It offers great support and slide when you need it. They also come in other colors too if you want them in your preference color. Overall, great shoe purchase!
I'd also recommend:
Nike, Adidas, Wilson, and Babalot.

Great shoe! I bought the shoe for tennis but have also played basketball and volleyball in them. The stability is excellent and the fit is very comfortable. Expensive shoe but worth the cost.

Awesome shoes and awesome customer service from Zappos! The 12-month warranty is great. I used to go through shoes every other month. These shoes lasted almost 6 months. Very comfortable.

These are my son's favorite shoes. He plays competitive tennis and has tried others but always comes back to these. Worth the price!

I have loved the Barricade series of shoes over the last several years. And this is a great addition to the series. The Barricade series are stylish and are not typically sold locally, so they are relatively unique on your feet. If you think they look cool, too, then get them.

I only wear Adidas when it comes to sports shoes; it's my first time trying a tennis shoes. As usual, I'm so happy with the comfort and quality. And the best of all, Zappos shipping and costumer service is the best!

These have a very wide/stable feel to them. The rigid upper fit to my feet very well. I need to lace them up tight as molded plastic is rigid. The grip is good for a wood floor. They provide good arch support. I use them for racquetball, and they are excellent shoes for this. My feet tend to sweat in them, and I find that socks with some texture keeps feet from sliding around.

I have had five pairs of Adidas Barricades. First I had two pairs of Barricade 4.0 shoes. They were great. Possibly the best tennis shoes I've had. You should know that I play on only Har-Tru courts, both indoors and out, year-round. Then I had two pairs of Barricade 5.0. They were great, maybe even better. They seemed to last longer. Now I'm using a pair of Barricade 6.0. These are good, but they don't feel as good as the 5.0's. I wish that Adidas would not keep changing these shoes. Why must shoe companies change their designs so often? It takes time to find a shoe that works for you. Just when you've found one, it is discontinued.

This my fourth time buying this line, starting with barricade 2. I cannot find better shoes for hard play in the market. They take about two weeks to break in which is always tough. They are a little narrow if you have a large big toe. Prepare for a blister. But they still provide the best stability by far compared to other brands.
