Extremely fast delivery, sneakers filled exactly as advertised. Only place I can go to find women's size 10.5, and the free shipping both ways sold me on Zappos.

I bought these shoes for my 11-year-old daughter, who has a very narrow foot and who can be rather rough on her shoes. Not only does she find it to be very comfortable, but I think the "live version" of the shoe is much cuter. The pictures definitely do not do it justice! I have found New Balance to be a wonderful fit for narrow feet -- with excellent quality/durability for the younger ones. (This is our third pair.) Just keep in mind, NB runs smaller than other brands. Because of my daughter's fast-growing feet, I had to play around with a couple of sizes before we got it right. I suggest starting at 1/2 a size larger than normal. (We had to go a full size up!) Hope this was helpful; enjoy your shoes!

Shoes look and fit great. I usually wear a 8 1/2 N but I bought a 9 to make sure I had enough length which worked well. Would definitely recommend.

I have a very narrow foot and a narrow heel. This is the the most comfortable athletic shoe I have ever purchased. Snug to the heel and will not cause blisters. I am waiting to purchase another pair. At last, someone has finally made an athletic shoe for narrow feet which is very hard to find. You will love this shoe! Also, lightweight so you don't feel like you're wearing a couple of boats! Very comfortable, great walking shoe. I've been happy with every pair of NB shoes I've owned.

Very comfortable for my slightly wider than normal feet. NB sneakers are often a little more roomy than other brands. Very light weight.

Shopping and shipping were the usual Zappos quality. My first pair of New Balance, and they fit great and feel better for the 8 to 12 hours I'm on my feet at work.

Toe box was too low for my foot causing pressure on top of my toe nail. Other than that it's a nice shoe.

Comfortable shoes, great shock absorption, cute style. The only improvement they could make is better arch support.

These shoes are comfortable for walking. My only problem with them is that there is no arch support in them. I removed the insoles and replaced them with ones that had arch support. I like the fact that they come in a narrow width.

I ordered this shoe in my regular size and the length fit perfectly. Unfortunately, it felt very narrow. I need to order a wide shoe occasionally, but only if the shoe runs narrow. I returned the shoe and ordered a wide, which still felt too narrow. I would not recommend this shoe for those without narrow feet. Also, the shoe had no arch support and there was no room for an insert of any kind.

As soon as I saw them I could tell they were too small! 8.5 N fits like a 7.5N (Maybe even a 7N?) Also seems to be more narrow than most narrows. Sending these back, not sure if 9.5N will fit. As they are so small can't tell about the comfort level. They do look nice.

I don't know what New Balance is doing with their product (maybe outsourcing to a different place) but their sneakers have drastically changed. This one not only runs smaller as others have stated, but has a very hard ball of foot area - not a great walking shoe. Very disappointed in what used to be a no brainer for me-8N and any walking shoe was great. Also causes the foot to pronate in at the front.

This shoe is very pretty, but I was surprised at how loose the mesh on the top front of the foot is. If I get them dirty, (and of course that will happen), how in the world will I clean that fragile area without damage? I find them comfortable to wear, but am currently reserving them for no-dirt locations.

Although this is a nice looking shoe, it has a very hard foot bed. As soon as I tried them one, they immediately came off. Rock hard. Also, the listed reviews were correct that they run small.

I wear a 10N, and found these shoes to be very short. They felt like a 9 or 9½.

Very comfy shoes! I wear a wide shoe and have bunions but this shoe provides support and allows enough stretch to be the perfect shoe for my situation.

I wear a 10.5 shoe. Zappos never disappoints with their variety! These are comfortable walking shoes. I need to wear an insert in one shoe and it fits well with no discomfort.
