I am happy with these shoes. I think there is going to be a little bit of a break in period, as they are just a little tight, but I think I will be able to work through that just fine. I did order a wide and kind of expected it to be a little on the sloppy side but it really isn't, so either my foot is getting wider or the shoes are on the narrow side, even in the wide width.

New Balance has extremely comfortable tennis shoes like the WW1615WB and others. These are almost the worst pair of tennis shoes I have ever walked in and that was almost impossible as they made my feet hurt all over and my ankles sore. Never experienced anything like it before. Really bad shoes. Don't waste you money and hurt your feet.

I don't have a wide foot, and wear a medium width, but I would say that these shoes do run a bit narrow. I normally wear a 9 in sneakers (Asics/New Balance), but the 10 felt much more comfortable. They are also fairly low profile. Unlike the MBT and Skechers Shape Ups brands, I like that these shoes don't make my feet look like boats. They also don't require you to have "learn" how to walk in them, as they already seem to support one's natural gait. I wouldn't expect these shoes to achieve your New Year's resolutions for you, but I don't doubt that the technology could enhance your posture and engage more leg muscles.

I absolutely love these shoes! They were a little weird at first because they felt too narrow, but once I got my foot in the shoe I had plenty of room. I do, however, miss the arch support I had in my last pair of New Balance sneakers, but maybe after wearing them for a while they will mold better to my foot. I plan to buy another pair of these though!

I bought two pair of shoes from Zappos. These and another brand. Both were for my daughter who has flat and wide feet. Neither worked for her, but I love these! I am an exerciser, but not so hard anymore, mostly elliptical and weights these days. These NB's are not meant for aerobic or anything like that, but they are extremely comfortable and better looking "in person". I have high arches and Asics usually work real good for me, but these felt real comfy and I liked the "balance" idea in the sole, maybe an unintentional work out! Really nice, a little pricey, though! Everyone who has seen them likes them, even my oldest daughter who is really fashion conscious!

Seemed like a really nice shoe. I have a wide foot and complications from bunion surgery; New Balance is the only brand that will accommodate my needs. I have used their shoes for years because I can find most styles in a D width. This style did not have enough "mesh" in the design, I seem to need the "give" across the instep and I will order the Wellness 850. I am hoping the 850 will be perfect. (I still think the 1100 is a little cuter.)

The shoes are comfortable and very lightweight. I have a wide foot. The only problem I had was one of the loops for the lace broke and now hangs there. May have to return.

Love these shoes! I haven't had New Balance shoes in a while but was attracted by the colors and was not disappointed in the fit. I found them true to size.

They are actually working your legs more than you will realize. I where them all day long and have notice my legs being tired by the end of the day. No one can tell they are a toning shoe either.

Love these shoes and they do not look like toning shoes. They are very comfortable, run true to size, but are more black and purple than pink.

This shoe is the most cushy, comfortable shoe ever but unfortunately toe box allowed too much wiggle room and wrinkled with each step! Obviously not the proper fit for my slender thin foot. The shoes are great, my feet are the problem.

I love New Balance shoes, and this pair is no different. My normal size works fine, though I find it is a little snug when wearing socks. But this is acceptable once I start walking because of the balance board technology, I like knowing that there is no way these shoes will slip off my feet as I walk. I have noticed that if I walk slowly, I don't really feel like it is a workout, but once I pick-up the pace I can really feel the burn (just like in the commercials). Also, if you wear these shoes for an hour or so working out, then switch to a regular sneaker, your balance can feel a bit off at first which proves that these shoes work.

True to size. Sleek finish that is easy to clean. Lightweight and comfortable. Would definitely buy a second pair.

I'm very pleased with these, although so far I've only worn them for a full day just once. I've worn NB & Brooks for running, but as a nurse, I want something that will be kind to my feet when walking & standing throughout a 12-hour shift. These are low-pro, lightweight, and not styled like clown shoes. I compared with the NB Rock & Tone, Reebok EasyTone, plus the MBT Tunisha & Skechers Work Shape Ups (see reviews). My biggest concern with these is that the mesh and perforated suede material will be hard to clean - I'll be investing in a can of Scotchgard for sure. I think I feel some kind of "energy return" in my foot; we'll see if it makes my butt look good in a few weeks.

I just received my cute black and pink New Balance sneakers. The pink is more of a purply color. Anyway, I normally wear a 7 or a 7.5 and in these, a 7.5 fits perfectly. The shoe is pretty narrow and not bulky at all. I have high arches so I can't feel any arch support, but the shoes are still comfortable. Someone with regular arches may feel support there. I haven't noticed any toning properties, but I have only had them on about an hour. Anyway, I like the look and feel of the shoes and I think I will get a lot of use out of them.

These shoes are great. I have tried many different kinds of walking/exercise shoes and these provide the best support. I have somewhat wide feet, and they fit very well. They are also lightweight and not bulky.

Well I'd better order anther pair! They're gorgeous, cushiony, with support in all the right places. I've received many compliments, then surprised exclamation, when I explained that they're not just pretty but built for toning and comfort - and can be worn for many hours on hard surfaces.

First off, thank you Zappos for your speedy service! I've been wanting a toning shoe that didn't look funky on my foot like some of other brands do and I found the right look in this shoe. I don't know what some of the other reviewers mean when they say this shoe is uncomfortable. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I have tried. They're more comfortable than my fairly new running shoes. I wear a 7 in shoes other than sneakers, but for some reason in sneakers I wear a 7 1/2 and that's what I ordered and they fit just fine, even with my orthotics. These are the shoes for you if you want to tone without looking like a circus clown.

I love these shoes! I normally don't wear sneakers. I'm 60 and normally wear shoes like Arche but I really wanted a good shoe to just wear around. I bought these and am having a hard time not wearing them everyday! They are extremely comfortable and I can honestly say that my lower back feels better when I wear these. I love the color and I also bought them in the dark gray to wear this fall/winter. I highly recommend these shoes.

I have no idea what the previous reviewer is talking about. I just bought these, on impulse, from a brick and mortar store (very unusual for me, I\'m a dedicated Zappos shopper). I was attracted to their light weight, soft grey suede, and the fact these were toning shoes. They fit me true to size, narrow heel, roomy toe box, very comfortable. These aren\'t heavy duty toners such as the Skechers ones, but I do feel all my leg muscles working. I shall wear them for dog walking and at the gym.
