My favorite shoe! Fits like a glove straight from the box.

I just wrote a review for one of the other pairs of Frye Carson flats that I just received. I bought Charcoal ( a dark grey/brown), Dark Brown, and Beige. The size 8 that I normally wear in flats, like Tieks, were definitely too small. So, I re-ordered and am hoping the 8.5 fit because they are amazing leather, and beutiful flats.

I wear an 8 in Tieks, and 8 or 8.5 in most other shoes, so I ordered the 8 in the Frye flats. They were far too small for me, so I have re-ordered in 8.5 and am hoping they fit, because they are beautiful shoes and the leather is amazing!

I bought my usual size for Fryes in this style. Since I wear ballet flats all the time and there was a great price, I purchased the lilac color, which is actually a sort of light purplish brown and can be worn as a neutral. The shoe is a comfortable and well made ballet flat.

Beautiful shoe. Because its leather it requires some breaking in, but I anticipated that. It is otherwise comfortable and will last a long time.

Perfect. Out of the box perfect! Came today and wore for 3 hours. Beautifully made. Shows toe cleavage I have wide flat feet and these are my new dress up shoes. But looked great with my jeans and may wear daily

Tried 9 1/2 medium. Toe box was too narrow. (My feet are narrow in the mid-foot and heel.) Really wish these fit since they have a leather sole, which I love.

I normally wear either an 8.5 or 9. I ordered the 8.5 and it was perfect.

Adorable shoe and I hate flats!

It is really pretty and stylish. However, it is too big. I will return and get 1/2 size smaller.

These are beautiful shoes and I didn't really expect arch support, so no disappointment there. The leather is great and the color perfect!

I have owned these shoes for about 3 years now, and have worn them frequently. They are about worn out, and I am contemplating buying another pair. They are so comfortable.

Fit like a glove

I am usually a size 7 but after reading the reviews I ordered a 7 and a 7 1/2. The 7 1/2 fit better. I haven't worn them yet but they seem comfortable just trying them on. There is no arch support so you would have to by inserts. I love the dark brown color too !

The Frye Carson Ballet in black is exactly the shoe I was looking for -- a simple, comfortable flat that I can dress up or down. I wear a size 10.5 or 11, and the 11 in this shoe fits perfectly.

These shoes are very stylish and comfortable. I will say the bottoms are very slippery!!

This is a classic, well constructed ballet flat. I got these to replace my old Carson ballet flats, which were black with decorative piping, and finally got worn out after many years. Glad to see this style is still around, and still well made. Thinking about ordering another pair in another color.

I purchased the golden silver vintage metallic color in a 6M, my standard size. I found the length to be a bit longer than a normal 6; but have added non slip heel pads to fix that problem. As with many flats, I feel there could be a bit more padding in the arch area. All in all, I am pleased with this flat. I love the versatility of this metallic color—-it will go with everything. My daughter thinks the look is “oh so chic-in a French way.” I have to agree. The shoe is comfortable and leather is soft. The color is wonderful, simple and pretty with a bit of shine. Styling is classic and will take me lots of places.

I love Frye. I have previously only bought their boots but finally decided to buy these flats. I absolutely love them. They felt a little tight at first but after wearing them around the house for a day they felt perfect. I usually get blisters wearing any kind of shoe without socks but these are fine. I bought the vintage grey (great neutral color) and plan on getting another pair in a different color. I always buy a 7.5 in Frye boots but I got these in a 7 and they are perfect.

When I got these in the mail I wasn’t wowed. But they are comfortable with very little break in time. Also no toe cleavage! I feel these will last me a long time and that was really what I was looking for. Classic, quality! Got them in black.
