Great shoe

Shoes are lovely, soft and this style is attractive on my feet that have walked many miles. My only desire is for a 10.5 size. The 11 is a little big. But the of the leather is smooth and soft. Thank Frye Company, stay in business.

Absolutely lovely shoe. Most comfortable to wear. And its design goes from casual to work attire to dressed up.

My most comfortable shoes! I own a lot of Fryes: I live in Manhattan and walking on concrete is hard.

I like the look of the shoe. However, the shoes make a squeaky sound when I walk and I almost slipped on my kitchen floor while trying them on- the bottom sole is slippery. So I'll probably return them unfortunately.

I am a lover of Fryes Carson flats - I have about 20 colors (some now discontinued), and confess I have actually stockpiled them, so Ill always have some when I wear them out!

This is my 5th Carson ballet. The quality of leather for this one is below par from what I expect from Frye..

These shoes are so lovely, but they didn't fit my feet well. I ordered my regular size, but the toe area felt crowded and the heel was slipping off. I was disappointed to have to return them. They seem like good quality and have soft flexible soles.

I have 3 pairs of Carson ballet flats, love them and live in them. I have bunions and these are some of the only flats I can wear comfortably. And as with all Frye shoes and boots, the more you wear them the better they look.

Love the western style of the boot, the very smooth leather and the overall impression. Goes with everything!

To say I am highly disappointed in my customer service experience is an understatement. I placed an order for 2 pairs of Frye boots on 2/23/24. I received the boots and unfortunately they did not fit. I have had Frye boots in the past and have been very happy with them and in the past have been a good fit for me. I decided to call customer service to see if I could get further information on the fit of the boots and to see if ordering a bigger size was the correct answer or perhaps a different style. The first time I called I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then was disconnected. I called back the next day and was placed on hold and then received an automated message stating I should leave my name, telephone number and some one would get back to me. After at least 5 days with no call back, I decided to order the same boots from Amazon in a 1/2 size larger. In the meantime on 3/10/24, I put in a return request to Frye for the 2 pairs of boots I purchased. I sent the boots back and received confirmation the boots were received on 3/14/24. I sent an email, as you can see below, on 3/26 because I still had not received a confirmation email stating the return to my credit card was processed. I was told to give it a few more days. It is now 4/2 and I have yet to receive an email and/or a credit on my credit card. There have been 13 business days since you received my return. I know I sent the boots back in perfect condition because I could not get my foot into themthey were never even worn at all. This was the reason I originally called because I have had Frye boots in the past and they have always fit me well. I thought perhaps I could get a CSR on the phone and ask some questions about the fit of the boots I ordered or different styles. Since I never received a return call, I decided to return the 2 pairs of boots. So not only did I receive terrible customer service (none at all), I havent received any confirmation the return has been processed and still no credit on my credit card. Also, the bill is due this week so Im paying an extra almost $500 to avoid paying interest. This is awful service and could easily be avoided. No company takes over 13 business days to process a return. The 1/2 size larger I ordered from Amazon did not fit either. I requested a return, received the return authorization and mailed the boots back. I received a credit to my credit card the next day. Its unfortunate, The Frye Company has beautiful boots, but terrible customer service. It is now going on day 17 (business days that is) since I began the return process with your company and still no credit. Sincerely, JoAnn Atwell

This is my 4th pair of the Carsen ballet flats. They are so comfortable and large great for daily wear

I love these boots. So excited to wear them. Dont need socks , they will be great for summer and the color is beautiful.

I need to return them because they sent the wrong color and are too big. It clearly says black but the ones I got are brown. I always wear a 10 in Frye boots, but these are too big.

As always, Frye has created the perfect boot.
