After reading the reviews, I thought this shoe would be great for my son. I purchased the hyper blue color, but after one day of wear the Nike logo on the strap faded. I told customer service, they sent a new pair the next day. Zappos is a great company! Other than the defective first pair, these shoes are durable. It is very versatile, my son has worn them with a nice dress shirt and bowtie. The laces get stuck to the velcro, but the snags are not that noticeable. My son wants other colors. Thanks again Zappos!

I bught these for my seven year old god son for his birthday. I heard from his parents that he loved the shoes and put them on right away. I was also told that his older sister (nine years old) went online to search for them and asked for the same pair of shoes for herself. In the end, he loved the shoes. They looked great out of the box and appeared to be able to withstand extensive use for a little boy. The color was nice very nice and looked comfortable. I ordered a 13½ which is his normal size in shoe and was told that the shoes fit perfectly.
