Again and again Zappos comes through with best price and amazing customer service! This is the warmest hoodie ever -- don't get it if you don't want to be very warm. North Face always runs small, I wear size 4-6 and I bought a large.

I love this hoodie, but did not entirely understand the significance of one width fits all. I was debating between ordering a small and a medium. I ordered the medium, but when I tried it on was sure that I had been sent the small. Nope. It just fits very snug. If I had been in a store I think I would have tried on the large for comparison. Of course, I could have sent it back for free and essentially done that with Zappos, but needed it soon so I did not. I like it very much, but it is one of those hoodies that always pulls off the shirt I have on under it when I want to remove only the hoodie. The fit is flattering and slimming, but just be aware of the small sizing when ordering.

This is a cute top that will be very warm, but it is so short! The medium barely went to the waistband of my jeans. I am going to exchange for a large to see if it is longer. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I love this hoodie. It is as adorable and comfortable as it looks on this model. I seem to purchase many items presented on this model because her measurements are the similar to mine and my reasoning seems to be working for me. This hoodie is fluffy, soft, well fitted, and beautifully styled and for the color grey, it works. Totally recommend, for any climate -- except for hot humid summers, which is not my case.
